Needed a new groomer and picked Pawgo strictly because I've seen one of their vans in the neighborhood. Booking was easy online and they had next day availability with Tracy. Pricing and services clearly stated on the website so I wouldn't get any surprises. I received several confirmation texts and a text when Tracy was on her way with an estimated arrival time. Tracy showed up when she promised. We spoke a few minutes about what I was wanting. Our long hair Spaniel mix hadn't been groomed in about nine months and was a mess. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations. One, they are half the cost of what the other groomer cost and having next day availability was a red flag. It did take about 90 minutes for the groom, but again the dog was matted and she can be difficult to groom for she is wiggly. I must say, when Tracy brought her to the door when finished I almost didn't recognize her. My dog looked great. Probably one of the best grooms we've ever had. And my dog didn't look stressed. I've pre booked the next appointment. I can't vouch for other groomers or the service they provide within the Pawgo network but Tracy was fantastic and I'd highly recommend. read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after three separate no-shows, I feel obligated to share my experience. I booked appointments for my son Vinny's haircut on three different occasions, and each time we were either completely stood up or left without communication. No follow-up, no accountability, and no respect for our time. As a business owner myself, I understand things happen, but three times is a pattern, not a mistake. Since our dog has become a senior & the doggy salon can be stressful for him we decided to try out Pawgo, the mobile dog groomer .... well they've become a lifesaver for our pooch! I just love Pawgo & the convenience of them coming to our house to groom our dog! I can book them all the way through the end of the year with the same stylist & you have a 24 hr cancellation window! We've been using them for over a year now & have been completely happy with their service without any complaints! With that being said we'd never take our senior dog back to a salon now since he's become used to Pawgo coming to our house! read more

Jasen actually is one of the only ones that knows who to deal with Oliver's triggers and I have peace of mind when he is in jasens hands! We know him for about 9 years now. When Jasen left the pet club I made the mistake of letting another groomer try to groom Oliver and they told me Oliver was a bag dog ! He gets really stressed out while grooming since I had him and now that he is older he gets the occasional seizures. He is not a bad dog he is a rescue dog with resources guarding and very sensitive to certain parts of his body: ears, feet and they had all this history on him and the things they said about him really hurt me and made me cry and I hada horrible heartbreaking experience there. Later I found out Jasen had his own mobile business and we are forever customers! I remember the first day Jasen I told him olí was a rescue dog and olí gave him so much trust that Jasen picked up like nothing! I could not pick up Oliver the first week I had him! So the fact that Oliver let Jasen pick him up the first seconds of meeting him is simply incredible! Jasen is an angel and one of the only people I trust with my son ! read more

Groomer, Trinity H., cancels on us at the last minute .. literally, the morning of our appt. while we were sitting at home waiting for her. Appt. was at 0900 and she texts at 09:11 to tell us she "has been sick" and couldn't make it. If she "has been sick" she could have texted the day before. we booked an appointment with Antonella for June 1st. She contacted us to inform us she would not be able to come due to a medical issue. We rescheduled for today , June 4th. at 10:00. I was in contact with her as to her process in getting our dog to and from her. She replied with her requests. This was around 9:30 so I assumed we were still on. I texted her at 11:00 AM asking if she was still coming. No reply, I again messaged her at 11:30 AM, no reply. I've yet to receive an explanation as why she never showed up. I found this very unprofessional and rude. We've used PawGo in the past with Kristy as our groomer and have been very pleased with her service. Kristy was unavailable which is why we went with a different provider. I strongly feel Antonella be avoided. read more

This is the second time I have had problems with Pawgo. The first time I had a groomer cancel on me three times in a row meaning I took two days off PTO, sat and waited for hours for someone to not show up, so my dogs were filthy for a photo event. Ruined that. Then I decided to give them another chance as it must have just been a groomer that was unreliable. Now this time, there is some kind of an error that I am getting when trying to log into my account. It says error 3678 not found. They have no number or email to contact them for issues. They have a spot that says contact us but they took the actual contact part out so you cannot contact them. I keep getting a text frojm the supposed groomer but it is not really her it is AI and it cannot really do anything. Total nightmare and they say they will charge my card if I don't confirm. What a mess! You guys you need real people or a way to contact IT. You have a lot of personal info on people and you need to help them access their accounts. read more

This company scheduled our dogs on a recurring schedule without our knowledge and let us know less than 24 hours before their appointment. We had to cancel as no one would be home as we have to work. Without our knowledge they charged our card $207 for canceling and without notification. We reached out, trying to fix the issue and was told they would get back to us.
