Horrible company. No getting through to them through phone. Our neighbors did service getting their dog groomed. The lady left her van door open the whole time and all hair flew outside into our yard, into our front door entering our home and garage. As we said you need to clean this up her response was a laugh and it's part of the job hair goes everywhere. The wind will take it eventually. First off what kind of response is that. It's not even our service being provide for our animals for you to just destroy our landscape with huge hair balls everywhere. Let alone not clean up after yourself and ruin the streets letting your hair go everywhere and keep blowing wherever. I have scheduled since the first review two times and waited weeks in between for the Groomer to show up to groom my dog, which has mega esophagitis therefore, I have to use a special service to have her groomed... Each time 15 minutes before my appointment, I have been canceled Due to equipment not working... First it was the truck that wasn't working then it was her clippers that weren't working... And in between each one of these appointments, Samantha attempted to get me to schedule with her new gig that she is doing for grooming at 64th and Bell... I cannot have my animal groomed at a regular groomers. I'm very disappointed with this service. I had such high hopes for it but the equipment never seems to be working and the groomers have side gigs where I guess maybe they make more money. I'm not sure what the situation is... She then informed me that she would never work for me again because of the way I spoke to her and she informed the office that that was the case I'm certain she would like to keep me away from them And sharing the information. I would love a call from the company, but they're not calling me back either and I'm sure it's because Samantha said I'm hateful or something. I really am not hateful. My dog has needed a grooming for over a month now and I've had two cancellations at the last minute and numerous calls trying to get me to go into her new shop instead of using the truck at my home this whole thing has been so sad because it's my dog that is suffering she is matted. She's not a healthy dog. She's in pain and she needed a grooming and I counted on Pawgo and I counted on Samantha to do this. I gave them many many chances. Very very disappointed in Samantha she cried and carried on about needing to pay her rent, but this is not my problem and the company has not called me back to even clarify. read more

I have experience grooming but I decided that this time I needed someone to do it for me as I have felt tired the past couple weeks. I found Angela on pawgo to which it looked like she had good reviews. I communicated to her very thoroughly how I wanted his haircut. She went against what I said and just shaved his face. It wasn't at all what I asked for and it's frustrating given how much money I spent along with a tip. You see the dog and you see what kind of haircut he's already got going on so I don't understand why his face needed to be shaved. On top of all of that, she didn't even clean his sanity. I know he was not matted either so it's not like she had a reason to do so. She took it upon herself to do what SHE wanted. She did not listen to me and that is not good service. I have been trying to contact this company for days - called several times and attempted the chat and have been unable to share my recent experience with using Pawgo, so will share this here in hopes I get a callback and am able to express my concerns and lack of professionalism and courtesy of this company. I have been a customer for years and through the years, have had a few issues with cancellations from the groomer, but nothing like the experience we have had over the last few days. I am also not one to complain, but the complete disregard of my husband and my time and complete lack of courtesy from Gabriel on Saturday and again on Monday has forced me to no longer be a lifelong customer of Pawgo. We had an appointment scheduled and confirmed on Saturday @ 3:45pm. We received a message that he was running late but would be there in 20 minutes. We waited, and waited, and then at about 6:30pm were contacted that there was an issue with the generator and he would need to cancel and reschedule. This wasted our entire Saturday - strike 1. We explained that we could reschedule any time M-F after 5:45pm and a second appointment was booked for Monday evening at 5:45pm. My husband and I are very busy and I own a business and respect my client's time and appointments. Gabriel contacted us on Monday afternoon to see if we could move our appointment earlier, and we responded and said the earliest we could be home would be 5:30pm and I arranged my schedule and rushed home. My husband also rushed home to be there and rearranged his schedule. We let him know we were home and waited and waited again for a response and an ETA. We reached out a 3rd time at 6:20pm and asked if he was still coming. We received NO response at all from Gabriel or Pawgo and the appointment then just appeared as canceled at some point, with no explanation, no communication, and no call. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. We will no longer be using Pawgo in the future since they do not respect their client's time and scheduled appointments and do not even have the common curtesy to let us know they are not coming on an already canceled and rescheduled appointment. read more

I'm very very disappointed with the lack of communication this groomer Ky did not have. He's rude and 2 times disappointed me. The first time I felt sorry for his situation this second time he did not pay attention he did not communicate with me. Never provided services and I'm getting him for fraud he charged my card on file. POS NEVER schedule with Ky. He is trying to put blame on me for his mistakes. I would absolutely own up to my mistakes. I used to really like him and he does a great job but he handled this last situation very badly. He is a mean person and he probably is truly mean to the animals. He's fake.....sad read more
