Amazing service. Super knowledgeable. If you have drain issues, they are the ones to call. I called this morning and Sean showed up an hour later. I was not sure if my sink issue was due to a blockage further down the line but Sean was able to figure it out in the first 10 minutes. Would highly recommend. read more

I have been calling on these guys for at least 10 years. They are always incredibly responsive, and show up quickly to solve any clogged drain issues I have had. I had managed five or so houses in the past and several of them had septic or cesspools. They always saved the day. read more

Tech Jonathan was great. Very helpful, professional, personable. however I felt the charge of $350 to only camera scope the pipes was very expensive. I don't think it took longer than an hour. There wasn't a clog after all so they did not have to do anything else. Sorry I used them. They did quote me $350 in the beginning and I agreed so it's my own fault. Live and learn. read more

They were recommended to me by another plumbing service specifically for drain cleaning. Scheduled an appointment for me right away. They called ahead and were right on time. They explained everything to me in detail and managed to unclog a very tricky drain. Price was even lower than expected. Highly recommend them for any drain issues. read more

I had this company come to my house 3 x for an issue with sink water outflowing to my dishwasher, All 3 times they snaked my drain. All 3 times, the water still back flowed into my dishwasher. I was charged for the first 2 visits, and the fee was waived for the third visit. When I called the FOURTH time I was told, "this is your last free visit"!! How do you say that to a customer who has an unsolved issue?!? read more

Cannot give zero stars unfortunately. Had shower drain cleared for $200. Backed up again after roughly 6 weeks. Called company and spoke to Manager who was very short with me, told me there was a 30 day guarantee and was not willing to be flexible in the least. She told me to call someone else and hung up on me. Was happy with the service at the time but will not be paying them again as they said I would have to. read more

I hope that I never require their services again but will recommend them to anyone in need! read more

Price charged was exactly the price that they quoted before doing any work, and was certainly reasonable. Would call them again, for certain read more

Shawn was awesome to work with! Contacting the company was easy & they sent someone out to our house by the next day to unclog our kitchen sink/washing machine drain. Shawn was quick, efficient & I loved that he took his time to explain the process to me. As someone who is not handy in the slightest, I really appreciated the extra time he took to show me how everything worked & what he was completing. Thank you again for all of your help! read more

I can't recommend them enough. Both affordable and informative, the two guys that came to unclog our plumbing got the job done quickly and educated me on how to solve issues myself moving forward as a new home owner. They also referred Friendly Septic, a septic pumping company who were also top notch. A seriously great network of reliable, clean and reasonable services for my needs. Won't be shopping around unless anything changes. They deserve the business. read more

My Mother in law's bathtub would not drain (house vacant for 6 months). Riley Plumbing recommended Anderson. I called and they said they'd be here the next day, late morning. They called and 9:10 and said they were on the way! By the way, I discovered the cellar's lateral drain had leaked. Both issues were resolved in a very expeditious way. The techs were polite, friendly and very experienced. Excellent price too! I recommend Paul Anderson Drain Cleaning enthusiastically! read more

These guys are who you want to call for drain cloggage. Don't bother going to anyone else. We had a massive main line leak in our basement due to a clogged sewer line. We first called the city who contract Kuik Plumbing out to us. They were unfriendly and unhelpful. I then called Riley Plumbing and they contracted these guys out to us. Their customer service was remarkable, two professionals came out within 30 minutes of talking to me and fixed the cloggage in 30 minutes time. They even replaced the sewer cap that Kuik drilled into for us. I highly recommend these guys across the board. Couldn't be more thankful to shower and use the bathroom again! read more

I give this company a high rating. Tony was great! He showed up quickly, was very nice, & reasonable. We were dealing with an unknown clog. Tony eased our minds with his tone and skills. read more

The owner seems great but if you like the "extra little touches" then seek one of the bigger name pros. The techs left black streak marks on my bathroom floor, a huge wad of dirty paper towels in my waste basket, and worst of all broke a piece of the tub - didn't replace it- and never told me about it!! I discovered it a short while after they left; called back and was told "oh yeah I forgot to mention that." I would recommend asking for someone other than Brian and his partner. I'm giving 3 stars only bc the owner was quick to respond and get someone over in short time. Even though he referred to me as "Dear" several times, which I'm choosing to assume was meant as a term of endearment and not in a condescending, offensive way. Wonder if he refers to his male customers as Dear? I usually leave plumbing to the experts but this experience made me think I should take a class and add Plumber to my DIY resume. read more

Reasonably priced, good and quick service. Had a tub drain that was clogged and Paul fixed it quick.

My tenants had a clogged kitchen sink. I originally called a smaller company and they messed up on the scheduling and didn't even show up, then I decided to call the big corporate company so it can be over and done with, but I am really the kind of person that would rather pay a small company so I am so glad I was put in touch with this plumber after reading the reviews on yelp! I called Paul Anderson company this morning and they have already been out to the house, fixed and done. My tenant said Shawn was professional and fast. I am an out of state landlord so it's always a plus to have companies I can count on to take care of my house. Professional service, fast and speedy, and more than fairly priced! I would definitely recommend this company again and we have a new plumber! read more

I had a sewage backup in the basement and hired another company. They made a number of mistakes that resulted in them saying we needed a major $4,000 repair job. Ben from Paul Anderson came to give us a second opinion and solved the problem with one of those long trash grabber devices and fifteen minutes of snaking. They seemed very reliable and reasonable. The whole job cost less than what other companies quoted us just to snake a main. Definitely recommended. read more

Washing machine wasn't draining properly, water was backing up onto my basement floor. These guys snaked the drain pipe and removed tons of tree roots. Cheap and fast! What more can I say! Thanks! read more

I just called this company this morning because my kitchen sink was stopped and i had tried everything to get it to work. Will definitely use them again if the needs arises. read more

The incompetence of the company is unbelievable. Terrible customer service and an inability to handle their scheduling. Wouldn't know about their service, they didn't even make it to the appointment. read more

I've used these guys twice in the last 5 years. They've come on the same day, are really nice and solve my issue promptly by getting rid of tree roots backing up my pipes. I've heard nightmares from friends about companies telling them they need thousands of dollars of pipe replacements in my area....These guys are honest, reasonably priced and great at what they do. read more

These guys made my problem worse. I had sewage backing up in my basement toilet. Anderson's two young guys showed up at the same time as the remediation outfit. The two plumbers removed the toilet, cleared the drain, replaced the toilet, then said "You're good to go" to the remediation guys. The remediation guys flushed the toilet once and it was a total clog, because the plumbers had LEFT SOMETHING IN THE TOILET. Much more water flowed onto the floor, over the sill, and into the carpet than was there before. The plumbers were getting into their truck when they were called back to redo the job. While they did the work, we were paying the remediation guys to wait in the driveway. When we called to complain to the owner, he said, and I quote "Stuff happens." No apology. No acknowledgment that his team had made the problem worse. Instead, he said that the problem couldn't have been made worse because a toilet flush is only a gallon and a half of water (???). He said he would not bill us but refused to offer any recompense for the extra we have to pay the remediation company. Then he hung up on me. STEER CLEAR. Mr. Anderson, for future reference: you did yourself a huge disservice by not simply apologizing for the mistake your employees made. A simple "I'm sorry" would have gone a long way. What a shame. read more
