Tech Jonathan was great. Very helpful, professional, personable. however I felt the charge of $350 to only camera scope the pipes was very expensive. I don't think it took longer than an hour. I had this company come to my house 3 x for an issue with sink water outflowing to my dishwasher, All 3 times they snaked my drain. All 3 times, the water still back flowed into my dishwasher. I was charged for the first 2 visits, and the fee was waived for the third visit. When I called the FOURTH time I was told, "this is your last free visit"!! Called company and spoke to Manager who was very short with me, told me there was a 30 day guarantee and was not willing to be flexible in the least. These guys are who you want to call for drain cloggage. Don't bother going to anyone else. We had a massive main line leak in our basement due to a clogged sewer line. We first called the city who contract Kuik Plumbing out to us. They were unfriendly and unhelpful. I then called Riley Plumbing and they contracted these guys out to us. Their customer service was remarkable, two professionals came out within 30 minutes of talking to me and fixed the cloggage in 30 minutes time. They even replaced the sewer cap that Kuik drilled into for us. I highly recommend these guys across the board. Couldn't be more thankful to shower and use the bathroom again! read more

The owner seems great but if you like the "extra little touches" then seek one of the bigger name pros. The techs left black streak marks on my bathroom floor, a huge wad of dirty paper towels in my waste basket, and worst of all broke a piece of the tub - didn't replace it- and never told me about it!! I discovered it a short while after they left; called back and was told "oh yeah I forgot to mention that." I would recommend asking for someone other than Brian and his partner. I'm giving 3 stars only bc the owner was quick to respond and get someone over in short time. Even though he referred to me as "Dear" several times, which I'm choosing to assume was meant as a term of endearment and not in a condescending, offensive way. Wonder if he refers to his male customers as Dear? I usually leave plumbing to the experts but this experience made me think I should take a class and add Plumber to my DIY resume. read more

I've used these guys twice in the last 5 years. They've come on the same day, are really nice and solve my issue promptly by getting rid of tree roots backing up my pipes. These guys made my problem worse. I had sewage backing up in my basement toilet. Anderson's two young guys showed up at the same time as the remediation outfit. The two plumbers removed the toilet, cleared the drain, replaced the toilet, then said "You're good to go" to the remediation guys. The remediation guys flushed the toilet once and it was a total clog, because the plumbers had LEFT SOMETHING IN THE TOILET. Much more water flowed onto the floor, over the sill, and into the carpet than was there before. The plumbers were getting into their truck when they were called back to redo the job. While they did the work, we were paying the remediation guys to wait in the driveway. When we called to complain to the owner, he said, and I quote "Stuff happens." No apology. No acknowledgment that his team had made the problem worse. Instead, he said that the problem couldn't have been made worse because a toilet flush is only a gallon and a half of water (???). He said he would not bill us but refused to offer any recompense for the extra we have to pay the remediation company. Then he hung up on me. STEER CLEAR. Mr. Anderson, for future reference: you did yourself a huge disservice by not simply apologizing for the mistake your employees made. A simple "I'm sorry" would have gone a long way.
