I called Lewis at Permanent Solutions and not only did he offer a free quote, but ran diagnostics with me over the phone, instructing me how to remove the shower valve and explaining what I was looking for. He was very responsive, professional, and friendly throughout the process, and I felt his quote was reasonable based on what I read on google. I also loved the technology he uses. Everything was digitized from quotes to payments and receipts. I even got up-to-date texts when he was en route to my residence. But the very best part was how quickly he worked.
