It was Thursday morning around 8. Steve avery showed up at around 1 pm and acknowledged that the pump should be replaced. He had the chamber pumped on Friday and said he would get a new pump. We had to refrain from using excessive water. He just left us hanging. I called Friday evening and he said he had the pump but wouldn't work on it til Monday. Monday came and went and he ignored our calls. Also Tuesday ignored our calls. Tuesday night promised Wednesday morning. Nothing. Finally came by Thursday without speaking to anyone, left in 30 minutes . No communication until Monday when we got a bill. Still no communication but assume work is done. Called and asked for information on warranty. Still nothing. It's been 10 days​

I first encountered this vehicle on my road as I was stuck behind them as they drove 10 mph for about half mile. Then at the stop sign, this truck sat and sat and sat with zero traffic stopping them. I honked to let them know I was there and so he responded with a long blast of his air horn. I then tried to drive around this truck, and so he waited until I was almost past, then pulled out and tried to race me. I could go on but I won't. I will add that this grumpy crap hauler recognized my car a week later and then began similar antics. Cannot believe DOT would license someone who drives like this. I reached out via yelp messenger and got a response within the hour and they dispatched at technician over within 2 hours. The technician arrived Joey, and was professional and courteous. He identified the blockage and setup some tarps around the sink area to minimize dirt. He snaked the drain very thoroughly and resolved the blockage. Joey was chill whole time, explained some of the possible root causes behind blockage and preventative measures. The flat fee was way cheaper than the ridiculous profit charged by roto rooter last time. Will definitely use john sewes for future plumbing work.
