The tech that arrived at my home at 7:30 pm pumped the septic tank but was unprepared to run a snake through the line. He did not have a snake to remove the clogged drainage pipe nor did he have any tools to open the line. Further flooding came that night when my water softener recirculated despite the fact that I had been told it was unnecessary to unplug it. The tech came the next day and I was charged twice for the digging fees and a second emergency fee. The invoice appeared in my email three days after they quickly charged my credit card. I was grossly overcharged for these services and will never call them again. He was fast, very friendly, and got the job done. (Thank God the rain stopped) The main office scheduled this without any issues-they answered all the questions my husband had in regards to obtaining a title V certificate that passes - and they gave him a 12-4 time that they would be there at the house (it could've taken that long, but our system was new) and their guy came into the house quickly - to check about no garbage disposal, he checked the piping in the basement - and then went right outside to continue the inspection without hesitation.
