This business is a scam. They tried to repair a section of pipe that didn't need it because I…read morewasn't home during the initial inspection and it would have cost us 12k. The actual job took 3hrs and a part from Lowes which should have cost 2500$ based on the estimate. They billed us almost 6k. I've called no less than 30 times to resolve a 3000$ discrepancy and I have not heard back from anyone. They have noted someone spoke to me which has not happened. They sent the bill to collections to ruin my credit because they refuse to update the invoice with the correct hours. I finally got in contact with someone yesterday and the photos, timestamps, and so on don't exist in the system anymore. Funny. They wrecked my decorative stone heaping dirt on top rather than using a tarp. Unfortunately I think we will be taking them to court. Good luck... but don't hire these guys. I have had plenty of good plumbers these guys are swindlers.

He asked me a couple simple questions and next thing I know he was on his way to my house because he said he had some time to do one more run before the sanitization place closed. However, that has not been the case, as the handle has not loosened and remains in the same condition as when I initially installed it. That comment raised additional concerns for me, and it is what ultimately led me to file this complaint. I feel I was overcharged without receiving a proper repair or resolution.
