Every part of the job that was started got delayed because they ordered incorrect or insufficient materials. There was no communication through out the project. If we didn't chase them down for information they wouldn't provide it. They were unprofessional, disrespectful and clearly amateurs at what they do. Trash and building materials were left inside my home for months. My house was left exposed to the elements for several months (because they started a job not realizing they didn't have the right materials). My basement was flooded due to their negligence causing thousands of dollars worth of damage. Everywhere I turn I find more poor craftsmanship. I would avoid this company at all costs.

I would not use this company again. I contracted Colin to remove some dirt and debris from my yard…read more Prior to the job start, I met Colin at my house and he explained his process and I detailed what I wanted done. He specifically stated that they would use a shovel to hand dig around the asphalt so they wouldn't cause any damage. The day of the job he brought in another gentleman to operate the excavator. The operator went straight into a pile of debris right by my asphalt and took a 10"x10" chunk out of it and caused a crack leading to my house. All 3 of us were there and witnessed this happen. I asked them about it and neither of them acknowledged my question and continued to work. Before we started I showed them a back section of the yard I specifically wanted gone. Colin kept saying that he understood what I was asking, but they kept excavating the wrong part of the yard. I continued to try to clarify that wasn't what I was looking for and then Colin just walked away from me in a huff. I then went up to the operator himself to try and explain and the response I got was "I'm trying really hard to be nice to you right now" . Which was a surprisingly aggressive response to receive when you're asking the people who are removing dirt on your property to remove the correct dirt. At the end, the operator dumped a bucket of dirt over the crack to intentionally cover it up and then he left the job site without letting me know he was leaving or confirming with me that the job was done. Colin was ready to leave as well, but thankfully I hadn't paid him yet, so I went back over to the crack to address it with him. It was only after I called him out for it A SECOND TIME at the very end that he took responsibility and acknowledged the damage. Colin did have someone come out and fix the asphalt, but only because he got caught. If you do use him, make sure you supervise the entire job.

We recently hired them to create a level pad with retaining walls in our back yard for a playground/swing set for our daughter. They were so easy to work with and were meticulous! He was on time, did excellent work from an impressive setup, stayed in the estimate and was just an all-around nice guy. We had Jose, a week and a half ago, come clean are driveway, sidewalk and small patio by the pool and he was done within an hour and a half with fantastic results. Before he left he pointed out some problems I had on my roof and gutters/grain spouts which could fall at any minute on someone walking to the pool. I was dreading fixing this for a long time because I knew it would be very pricey. He showed me pictures. He showed me videos and then gave me a quote, for if I wanted to get the job done at a later date. I was so impressed with his initial work and the quote he gave, I took a leap of faith and decided to go with JJ Gutters Power Wash for my Roof and Gutter problem. Jose was the most transparent and honest person I have ever meet. I asked many questions along the way and did a lot of research which brought even more and more questions in regards to my roof. Every time, Jose listened to my suggestions and explained why something would or would not work. He worked with me every step of the way until I was comfortable with every detail. And yes, I was that client that wanted to know every detail. Today, Jose and his team proved to be highly professional and easy to work with. His crews had excellent attention to detail and they also cleaned up after finishing the job, which was greatly appreciated. They were punctual, completed the jobs as promised, and the quality of their work was beyond excellent. I couldn't be more pleased with how my roof and gutters turned out. Sometimes you come across situations that you wish a super hero would come and solve all your problems. I truly feel that Jose was my super heroes because he was able to make my house like new. I feel very blessed that God put him in my path. Honesty is very hard to find in most people these days. But you will find it in Jose. I now have a house that is like new. Thanks to JJ Gutters Power Wash commitment and dedication to doing the job, doing it right and at a fair price. I would definitely use their services again and again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional power washing services, roofing services or gutter services.
