We hired them…read moreto do several small projects throughout our house, including painting several ceilings, painting rooms, repairing drywall, installing new drywall, and installing trim woodwork. The work done was highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory. They got paint on our floors, on our furniture and linens, did not remove switch plates before painting, painted a room the wrong color, got wall paint all over trim. Very sloppy drywall repair and completely unsatisfactory trim woodwork. The company has several crews of workers, so you don't know who you will get. After much (argumentative) back and forth with the company, they did send someone to fix mistakes. Thankfully they sent someone different (Danny) who was honest and skillful. He spent 3 full days fixing the mistakes of the original crew.

During the process we mentioned many times with phone calls, and text the inconsistency of the job their crew was doing. The "project manager" would show up for 5 minutes and leave. In my opinion he has no hands on siding experience at all. We asked for meetings to go over what was going wrong with this job, and we were always stood up, no communication. The crew would work after 5pm in the dark to get the job done. I don't think they knew any of their crew that was subbed out. They came in a van from MA. we were left with a disaster siding job, as other contractors put it totally incompetent. Here are some of the problems we were left with. They did come back to try and fix a few things, but what they fixed was still not fixed such as some siding above the front window that now has a buckle in it. 11 torn screens, a broken boat trailer light, gutters dented and put back on incorrectly. We now have to replace them due to the damage removing them., A back door they put on that does not close, our new deck was chipped, and scratched, also they put screwed blocks into the deck to hold their ladders, AC unit covers incorrectly attached, broken and cracked they need to be replaced, they took it upon themselves to change the architect arch on our garage to a square opening and did not ask, electrical wires screwed onto the roof, caulking to glue together siding on the shed, shed door attached with a big space at the top, finish work on the shed is a disaster. This is a lot, but I can back it up with pictures. The owner came over after the job was done, and all our complaints, and said it looked good. I don't believe he has any experience himself with siding. We went to the town hall to check if they pulled a building permit, and they did not. They told us they did. We are left with a disaster, and expense of paying for another company to fix it. Please do yourself a favor and find another company, they don't know what they're doing.

On the flip side, at one point, the owners/bosses appear. They were typical bosses wearing clean jeans, pointing, and talking. I work from home and ended up losing 6 hrs pay. They offered to follow the wires from the router to reconnect, but since they didn't know what they were doing initially, this failed miserably. If you hire this company, DO NOT ALLOW THE OWNERS TO TOUCH ANY WIRES!!! They proved their incompetence. Normal folks would simply disconnect the boxes, and reconnect. Beware!!

The job site was tidied up and neat after each work day. Maikol Figueroa was our forman and he was so easy to talk to. I was very concerned about a glass structure under a portion of the tear out and Maikol handled it with full integrity. The roof is amazing and beautiful; we could smell the beautiful cedar scent while they were working. There were a few roof issues discovered during the project that were handled beautifully with a few conversations and now our roof is solid and secure. He was on time, did excellent work from an impressive setup, stayed in the estimate and was just an all-around nice guy. We had Jose, a week and a half ago, come clean are driveway, sidewalk and small patio by the pool and he was done within an hour and a half with fantastic results. Before he left he pointed out some problems I had on my roof and gutters/grain spouts which could fall at any minute on someone walking to the pool. I was dreading fixing this for a long time because I knew it would be very pricey. He showed me pictures. He showed me videos and then gave me a quote, for if I wanted to get the job done at a later date. I was so impressed with his initial work and the quote he gave, I took a leap of faith and decided to go with JJ Gutters Power Wash for my Roof and Gutter problem. Jose was the most transparent and honest person I have ever meet. I asked many questions along the way and did a lot of research which brought even more and more questions in regards to my roof. Every time, Jose listened to my suggestions and explained why something would or would not work. He worked with me every step of the way until I was comfortable with every detail. And yes, I was that client that wanted to know every detail. Today, Jose and his team proved to be highly professional and easy to work with. His crews had excellent attention to detail and they also cleaned up after finishing the job, which was greatly appreciated. They were punctual, completed the jobs as promised, and the quality of their work was beyond excellent. I couldn't be more pleased with how my roof and gutters turned out. Sometimes you come across situations that you wish a super hero would come and solve all your problems. I truly feel that Jose was my super heroes because he was able to make my house like new. I feel very blessed that God put him in my path. Honesty is very hard to find in most people these days. But you will find it in Jose. I now have a house that is like new. Thanks to JJ Gutters Power Wash commitment and dedication to doing the job, doing it right and at a fair price. I would definitely use their services again and again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional power washing services, roofing services or gutter services.
