Perfect timing, pleasant and reasonable. Used to clog a kitchen sink very simple and efficient.

Just excellent all around. They came highly recommended by my plumber. I was pleased from start to finish.

GRS came to my home same day after my current septic company was unable to assist with my problem. Jimmy was amazing. Very professional and courteous and worked tirelessly to clear the problem. With it being 3 days before the holiday I am very impressed with the level of service and care this company showed. Will recommend to everyone I know and use them whenever I have future issues. read more

Everything! Great company! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. Would recommend to all.¡!!!!!¡

excellent company, highly recommend. we had a blocked drain with a garbage disposal and called my regular plumber and he recommended guaranteed rooter. our guy doesn't do that work and said GR is reliable and won't overcharge. they came that day, fixed it within an hour and at a surprisingly low price. (had used rotor rooter and their price was astronomical!). we were very pleased and our tech Jimmy was knowledgeable. definitely would use again! read more

We had a sewer blockage that was backing up into the bathroom shower. Called Guaranteed Rooter Service and they provided excellent response and kept me updated on their ETA. Nate their technician was friendly, polite, and super informative. He explained the issue, showed me everything that was happening and quickly got to work to unclog the main drain. As I'm part of an association, he took pictures and provided a great write up as well. I highly recommend Guaranteed Rooter Service - they were terrific! read more

Very quick to service my clogged septic line and price was very reasonable I believe Jake was the one who came out to the property and he was thorough and explained the work. Price was fair . I will call them again if I need them. read more

Jake was very prompt in getting back to me after I left a message with the answering service, and was able to set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived WAY before the scheduled time which was a nice plus! We had a complicated kitchen sink clog that required a good bit of problem solving, but Jake was professional and explained every step of the process. He was even able to solve a very complicated blockage in the washing machine drainage pipe that has been plaguing us for year. Pricing was reasonable for the amount of work! Would definitely recommend! read more

I am a fairly-new homeowner and was faced with a blockage in my pipes that was creating issues throughout my house. I was so nervous about getting it fixed but I am so happy my mother recommended I call Guaranteed Rooter Service. This father-son team (and the other gentleman who accompanied them) was responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable. They helped keep me calm and informed during the entire process. I've already told all my friends about them and highly recommend them to anyone in need!! Thank you so much!! read more

They are always prompt and reasonably priced. Plus they are calm during an emergency!

I recommend these guys for your rooter plumbing service. We had an overflow in the basement that turned out to be a clog near a slight belly in the pipe. It was refreshing to have a technician offer their expert advice that doesn't include more services or products. Rich told me sometimes these things happen and might never happen again. Also he gave me a timeframe to watch out for repeat problems saying THEN, we might need to do some excavating. The gentlemen were professional, kind and efficient and tolerant of excitable dogs. I mean, they had our problem solved within the hour after arriving and the problem had occurred the night before. Thank you Rich and your partner whose name I can't remember because I'm the worst. read more

I called these guys to clear a line in Newport. Prompt service, excellent manners. And the price was very fair. A lot less than the chain rooter service. Highly recommended. read more

I have used this company twice in the last year. Last year Dave came out to fix our backed up drain, and this year Nathan came out. Both of these guys did a fantastic job. They were very responsive to my phone calls, even called me back at 9pm- I was very impressed! I'm a local realtor, and will be recommending them to all of my clients. read more

What great service and employees ! Took care our plumbing issues quickly and expeditiously. I highly recommend them

I appreciate the prompt, efficient service I got from Guaranteed Rooter. I called with a stopped main drain line at about 11 on a Thursday morning. David was at my door about 90 minutes later and the line was cleared within the hour; he attacked the roots of my problem with a chewing tool on a mighty snake and the tub and toilet were back in business just like that. The cost was competitive, the response excellent, the technician courteous and professional. David promised they'd be back in two months for a free follow-up if the problem recurred under normal use. I hope that's not necessary but I appreciate it. I would recommend Guaranteed Rooter to anyone in the kind of jam I was in. It felt good to take a shower again! read more

Our septic line was backing up. I called on Saturday to set up something for Monday. (I'm too cheap to pay overtime rates!) They told they could itMonday but that the schedule was busy. They checked in 3 times to to tell they were coming. I was the last stop of the day. The owner showed up exhausted from a busy day and treated me like I was the first stop of the day. I've never see such competence and professionalism like this. He was unbelievable. Explained everything and got the job. Would highly recommend them! read more

Guaranteed Rooter Service - Plumbing Near Me - West Kingston, Rhode Island

Top-notch service. Recommended as ace specialists by my regular pIumber, I phoned an SOS to Guaranteed Rooter. They returned my call within 30 minutes. Dave arrived about three hours later and quickly diagnosed the problem: an obstruction in the commode drain line that backed up into the shower. He disconnected the sink and rooted out the old galvanized steel drain pipe. 50 years worth of hair and rust. Yuck! Dave took extra precautions to keep the bathroom clean and completed the job in less than an hour. You do not get this kind of professional, friendly service in the big city. The work is guaranteed for 90 days. read more

There is absolutely no other business I would call now for sewer or any drain issues. Another company told me the day before that we needed $6500-$16000 worth of repairs. The first gentleman I spoke with (I think Richard?) Put me a ease and sent Nate over who was there in 15 minutes, he completely explained to me the design of the sewer and how the previous company missed the issue. 1/2 hour later and our problem is solved (proved to me by watching the pipe operate normally for a while via the pipe camera). My wife was leaving on a weekend trip and Nate and I were able to her to go relax and enjoy herself worry free. What a great Mother's Day gift they gave her. read more

We have had these folks twice over four years. Both times the main lines going to our septic system needing cleaning. In both cases they resolved the problem of the clogged lines by removing one of the toilets and using a power snake. Today (3/26/19) the service technician (David) did a wonderful job. The first tech (Nathan) was also very good. I forgot to post a recommendation for their first visit but didn't want to miss this opportunity. Highly recommend. Great job. Richard read more

I had a backed up sewer pipe that spewed out of my washing machine hookup. They sent Nate first thing in the morning, and he fixed the blockage. But there was another blockage 48 hours later, and when these guys say "guaranteed," they mean it: Dave was out that morning, and worked on it for hours to clear it in every direction. Shortly after, I had the original iron pipes taken out, and as they suspected, they were rotted from the inside and catching all kinds of material. They were fast, courteous, and dedicated to getting it right. Great job. read more

Absolutely exceptional service. Nathan was kind and knowledgeable and worked efficiently at fixing the problem, which was tree roots grown into a main septic line. I can't say enough good things about Nathan, and he went above and beyond to not only fix our problem, but to leave the bathroom space in excellent working order. He reset our toilet and replaced the bolts at no extra charge. So reasonable for so much work. Cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

Our basement became flooded from roots that infiltrated the French drains around our foundation. We called in the afternoon and got a quick call back from Nate, who promptly dispatched Dave out to our house. Within an hour Dave was on site with a 100 ft. snake that purged the line of the roots, and opened a floodgate that emptied our basement. Dave was a great guy - very friendly and professional. We have used a well-known national company in the past, but feel that Guaranteed is a better value. read more

A Plumber recommended this company when they could not help me and I have had 2 excellent experiences. After some less than great experiences with well-known national brands, I would not hesitate to call again. Professional. Cleaned up. Work guaranteed. read more
