He questioned me about my problem and I let him know what was going on. He asked me a couple simple questions and next thing I know he was on his way to my house because he said he had some time to do one more run before the sanitization place closed. Turns out my septic was so full that the tampons my stupid brother's girlfriend put down the toilet ended up backing up and clogging a drain. He then referred me to a draining company to have them come out the next morning and unclog the drain, he actually made the phone call himself sitting in my driveway and scheduled the appointment for me! Customer service like this goes a long way... He now has a customer forever and someone to refer more business to him.

This business is appropriately named…read more Whoever drives their truck is a rude and aggressive driver. I first encountered this vehicle on my road as I was stuck behind them as they drove 10 mph for about half mile. Then at the stop sign, this truck sat and sat and sat with zero traffic stopping them. I honked to let them know I was there and so he responded with a long blast of his air horn. I then tried to drive around this truck, and so he waited until I was almost past, then pulled out and tried to race me. I could go on but I won't. I will add that this grumpy crap hauler recognized my car a week later and then began similar antics. Cannot believe DOT would license someone who drives like this. I have called this business to ask to speak to the driver and I will update this if I receive a call back. Given my experiences I would not recommend this business. I have a further update. They cleaned out the tank and found the issue causing the overflow, which was a simple fix. The quote was low and they didn't even try selling extra work or a new system update. Not only did they show up exactly when scheduled, their service was amazing. I recommend them to anyone near Foxborough who needs help with their septic system.

Due to weather, and issues with one of the lids, the job took more than 1 day to complete, but they showed up when the said they would always followed up with me for progress updates. The bill was exactly what they quoted. Great service, highly recommended.
