He was fast, very friendly, and got the job done. (Thank God the rain stopped) The main office scheduled this without any issues-they answered all the questions my husband had in regards to obtaining a title V certificate that passes - and they gave him a 12-4 time that they would be there at the house (it could've taken that long, but our system was new) and their guy came into the house quickly - to check about no garbage disposal, he checked the piping in the basement - and then went right outside to continue the inspection without hesitation. Thank you for the passing title V and your sound inspection, where you contacted the town in a timely fashion too ... to get the area marked - your company did an awesome job, and we would highly recommend you in the future to anyone with septic that needs pumping or a title V inspection. When I made the call, they called me back. I had put in calls to numerous places. No one called me they were the only ones and they were polite and willing to help out in my situation which is an unusual one. When they understood my predicament, they were willing to try to help me out and they did find a way. I am so glad they did we found a way to make it work. This business is appropriately named…read more Whoever drives their truck is a rude and aggressive driver. I first encountered this vehicle on my road as I was stuck behind them as they drove 10 mph for about half mile. Then at the stop sign, this truck sat and sat and sat with zero traffic stopping them. I honked to let them know I was there and so he responded with a long blast of his air horn. I then tried to drive around this truck, and so he waited until I was almost past, then pulled out and tried to race me. I could go on but I won't. I will add that this grumpy crap hauler recognized my car a week later and then began similar antics. Cannot believe DOT would license someone who drives like this. I have called this business to ask to speak to the driver and I will update this if I receive a call back. Given my experiences I would not recommend this business. I have a further update.
