The service was through AT&T and the offer at the time - January 2024 - was $55/Month but with a $250 Gift card. I never received the gift card and when I went back to them (it took 4 phone calls to get someone to actually assist me). they said that it was AT&T's fault. They would do nothing to help. When you talked with the AT&T rebate folks, they indicated that the order for service was not sent in with a rebate offer listed. There was not a $250 offer in January to begin with. I sent over the emails from AVA and AT&T is going to follow up on their false advertising. AT&T did offer me what was being offered (not through the rebate team but through their customer service... After asking to cancel my service) in January. I also used a service for moving through a concierge service that was a nightmare also. Best advice - Skip these so called Concierge services and contact venders yourself. You will get any offers that are legit at the time and will make sure that everything is on the up and up and follow through.

They kept moving the time and eventually showed up at 5:30. They charged us $180 for the cleaning though that was not the price we agreed to, and they didn't have a conversation with us about why they were increasing the price til after. We clean our 1 bed 1 bath unit regularly, and it stays in good shape. The cleaners decided that instead of a standard cleaning that we agreed to, that they were going to do a deep cleaning, without bringing this up with me. Because of the lack of reliability on this service, I wouldn't recommend to others.
