She made the process so easy with her HONEST opinions. She tells it like it is. If she did not like a light we selected, she would tell us straight up. Or when it came time that I liked one light and my fiancé liked another... she would explain which one worked better. Or if neither worked, she'd quickly pivot to a 3rd option that usually worked much better with the flow of our house and we both liked more than either of our selections. With Diane's expertise, great recommendations, and honest opinions on each light, we were able to select every light in our house in 2 hours (we were looking for 2 weeks before coming here). It was very refreshing having a salesperson with such brutally honest feedback. By the end, we all agreed on every single light and there is not a single regret or second thought. Save yourself some time and go to J&K first.

We purchased our new home back in November of 2020, Justin kept in touch with me until March of this year. He was very professional, and not pushy at all. I'm extremely satisfy with the work they did. We ran into some issues (no fault of them), since I had some electrical issue. Throughout Justin keep communicating with me and stopped by the house multiple times until the problem was fixed. I recommend Justin and his crew! Professional, on time, clean work and cares about the work! He wants to make sure you're happy, if not, if won't leave or stop until you are. Family guy, local and someone who cares! Thank you guys for all you did!

We began our search several months ago for a considerably large purchase of outside lighting, but no matter where we shopped, service was minimal, and assistance was so brief that one might say there was none at all. Until our visit to Mancini's Lighting, we felt unsure and confused. It was the team work of the owners at this establishment, through their sincere concern to please the customer, that awakened our desire to continue this endeavor. David and Marie Mancini spent a phenomenal amount of time and effort assisting us by talking with my husband and me, and based on our discussions, presented a multitude of catalogs from which we could select what we felt would match our exterior decor. And, when we finally saw what was the "eye-catcher" for our home, they immediately checked on availability. There was not a thing to be left to the imagination as they ordered samples of the various styles of these fixtures for us so that we could be sure these thirty-three new pieces would thoroughly enhance our home. Pricing is reasonable and more than competitive. When we received the samples, we were thrilled. The rest is history. These knowledgable , very patient professionals have made us so happy, so satisfied, and so proud and thankful that we purchased from Mancini Lighting. They are the ultimate in this business!!
