The service person who came was very professional and informative. It did cost about $90 just to get the system looked at which I was not expecting at the time. The total ended up being larger than I had expected, but I was willing to pay it because I needed my heat turned on immediately. He could not have been nicer, kinder or more professional, same as Tim. Both of those gentlemen treated me like we were neighbors and have been friends for a long time. Anytime you're dealing with plumbing, you know that it could go badly either in terms of what you need or how much it's going to cost. But in both cases, this entire experience went as well as it possibly could. I very much appreciate Tim and Victor and I have a new plumber going forward. I can't recommend them any higher. This is the easiest decision I'll ever make in the future.

They went above and beyond, lending us a temporary water tank while we waited for the install, showing up in the middle of the night when we had a carbon monoxide alarm that turned out to be unrelated to their work, and hooked us up with an electrician to sort out our thermostats. I would absolutely hire them to do any job in my house.
