I found Roseville Vision Center and went for my appnt last week. It was quiet. There was not a sea of people waiting and the employees were kind and helpful. The doctor I saw was amazing as well. He took quite a while with me and explained many issues I was having that no one previously brought to my attention. He corrected my prescription for my contacts and gave me some other helpful hints about issues I was having. Roseville Vision Center was night and day from where I had been going. The staff, from the time I arrived to choosing a new frame, to seeing the ophthalmologist were all friendly and professional and Dr Maboudi was wonderful. I had to repeatedly ask questions on my own and eventually had to go to the front desk for help. Another staff member tried to assist me, but I felt this should have been handled by the optician. I even requested a different optician, but none were available, so I was sent back to Michelle, which made the interaction uncomfortable. After my visit, I completed a survey and requested follow-up. The office manager did call me, but no resolution was offered. Two months later, my glasses became scratched. When I contacted the office, I was told I had declined a warranty. However, this was never explained to me during my visit, and I did not sign or receive any documentation showing that I declined it. Overall, I felt unsupported throughout the entire process and that important information was not communicated to me. I would not return to this location.
