Doug came to our home and assessed the damage in less than 48 hours and began the drying process. Because insurance was involved, it was the longest part of our process but Vanessa Rodriguez was so kind and helped with any questions I had because this is something I have never dealt with. I was able to call or email and she was always there to answer quickly. Will, he came every day to check on the drying process and also did the deconstruction. He was super polite and also very helpful with any questions I had. After insurance payment rolled through, scheduling for reconstruction happened quickly and was able to finish in 2 days! --although it wasn't the quickest process and frustrating to have multiple problems, I am happy to get our house back together and having nice people to help you is a plus, it literally makes you less aggravated and more patient when you have nice and understanding people on the other side of it.
