We used Clean It to the Max while getting a rental home ready for our family to move into. The…read moreprevious tenant had smoked in the house for four years, so this wasn't just a normal move-in cleaning. We were doing a much larger smoke-remediation project and needed the carpets and tile/grout professionally cleaned as part of it. They cleaned the carpets, stairs and landing, did a deep scrub before extraction, treated the carpet for odors, and cleaned roughly 600 square feet of tile and grout. They were thorough, professional, and fairly priced. What stood out most to me was that they didn't seem interested in just getting in and out as quickly as possible. They actually took the time to clean everything properly. The tile and grout in particular came out looking much better, and having the carpets professionally cleaned and treated was another important piece of getting years of smoke residue and odor out of the house. Very happy with the work and would use Clean It to the Max again.

We hired "Clean It to the Max" to clean 777 square feet of travertine tile in our home. While the…read moretile itself was in decent condition, the grout had become discolored from regular foot traffic and occasional accidents from our dog. Since we were preparing to sell the home, we wanted the floors to look their best and reached out to this company for a professional cleaning and sealing. The owner and an assistant came out to do the work. While the results were acceptable, we were disappointed in a few key areas. First, they caused damage to a wall corner inside the home, and also backed their truck into a rented dumpster in our driveway. Thankfully, the dumpster wasn't damaged, but we received no apology or offer of compensation for the damage to our property. In terms of cost, we were charged $875. Considering the job took only a few hours and they used readily available consumer-grade products (specifically StonePro products, which can be purchased on Amazon), we felt the price was excessive. Given the quality of the materials, the brief time spent on the job, and the lack of care taken with our property, we do not believe we received good value for the price.

I scheduled an appointment with Bruce from Highlands Window Cleaning, for 8:00 AM this morning,…read moreafter he had provided a quote on February 17, 2025, for $180.00 to clean (7) Windows & Screens and (2) Glass Sliding Patio Doors at my townhome. Bruce showed up this morning and advised me that "I can't honor the $125.00 I quoted you". I reminded him that his quote was actually for $180.00, and I added that I was willing to pay a little extra if need be. Bruce's response was, "I'm not going to even give you a price because you won't like it". Needless to say, I felt that his attitude was very unprofessional. I would not recommend that anyone waste their time with this company as my experience with Bruce was a very negative one to say the least.

I'm having solar screens installed and the Solar Screens company (Solar Screens City) suggested…read morethat I get my windows cleaned before the installation. They recommended Bruce, the owner of Highlands Window Cleaning and I am very glad that they did. My entire experience with Bruce was nothing but great. He came out to our house to give us a quote, asked about removing the screens in preparation for the solar screen install, and did not try to up sell me at all. The day before the cleaning, he took the time to call me to postpone the cleaning since he had a family emergency in California (his father was shot and wounded in that senseless shooting in that dance hall in California). I was so impressed with Bruce that he remembered our appointment. I would have been a basket case but this speaks to Bruce's professionalism and care for his customers. Fast forward a few weeks, Bruce cleaned our exterior windows today and he did a fantastic job. I have never seen our windows so clean and sparkly. The price was more than fair and I could not be happier. In short, Bruce shows up on time, returns calls and texts in a very timely manner, is polite and professional, and he is just a good guy and the kind of guy you root for. So- if you ever need your windows cleaned, do yourself a favor and call Bruce at Highlands Window Cleaning. You will be very glad that you did. I know I am. Mahalo, Bruce!

Long story... I am a mom who had a roof leak from rain water that went into my drywall. I hired a…read morebig well known water restoration company to do the demolition (it was covered by insurance). They removed the drywall which had mold but the studs had virtually no visible mold. They informed me that I should do a mold remediation to the tune of $2000, with an additional $500 mold clearance test (none of which my insurance would cover). The guy was a fast talker, and quite the salesman. I felt so much pressure and so I called Pinnacle Restoration. I was thinking maybe they'll have a lower bid for the remediation. When the owner saw the area, she informed me 1) the other company did not demo enough of the drywall and 2) if I was her client, they would've treated that area for free and it was ridiculous what the company was trying to do. I will be hiring them for the treatment which will be a SMALL fraction of what the big company was trying to charge me. I'm so thankful to Pinnacle and their expertise and honesty. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest person in the business.

I will not be taking down this truthful review as requested by the owner. Why? Because I don't want anyone else being taken advantage of. The money I received was for my damaged floors and walls and the real restoration work which had to be completed by a company that did not overcharge and under-deliver!
