They laid out what info they needed from me, provided scheduling options quickly without needless back and forth, and provided an easy portal and confirmation emails for a smooth process and status tracking. The actual service was also pretty good. The only thing I wish they'd clarified was how they handled stains, such as marker stains. They shampooed, agitated, and deodorized the carpets, and took extra care with the areas where our dog had accidents.
