They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through different fabric and color options to find the right fit for my space. Their recommendations turned out to be spot on. The final result looked even better than I expected and complements the home beautifully. Excellence Awning made the process easy and delivered a result that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended

I first had my awning…read moreinstalled about five years ago, and at the time they were very reasonably priced and provided great service and workmanship. Recently, the fabric was damaged due to extremely high winds. When I reached out to them again, what truly stood out was their responsiveness. Unlike many vendors who stop caring after the initial installation, Excellence Awning answered right away and came out promptly to assess the issue. They were honest, efficient, and solutions-oriented. Instead of pushing an unnecessary full replacement, they clearly explained my options, either replacing just one panel of the awning or choosing to replace the entire awning and recommended the most cost-effective solution. That level of transparency is rare. On top of that, they even helped fix a switch issue related to a GFI outlet while they were there, which went above and beyond what I expected. Overall, Excellence Awning is professional, responsive, fairly priced, and stands behind their work years later. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

Dave was excellent in working with me in regards to maximizing the size of the patio up to backset requirements required by the city and my HOA. My HOA requests a bunch of information in order to provide approval, Dave came through and personally dropped everything off to me. The work was done in about 2 days, it turned out excellent and I am glad I chose these guys to do it. Neighbors have already asked me about the cover and I immediately told them to check out Metro Awnings and to talk to Dave because of my positive experience with them.

I got very reasonable pricing for both patios and I'm happy with how they turned out. Trish even helped draw some sketches for my HOA approval. They stand by their work too. The price they gave us was "all in," no surprises, and still came in below competitors without sacrificing quality. You can immediately tell they have over 30 years of experience. Every step--from planning and permitting to installation--was seamless. The team went above and beyond, ensuring every detail of our vision came to life. They even prepared the solid patio cover to be fan and lighting ready, included a gutter drain system, and cleaned up beautifully after the work was done. We love the finished patio cover--it completely transformed our space. Not only is it stylish and sturdy, but it's also super functional, especially in the Vegas heat. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and have already recommended them to family and friends. Trustworthy, experienced, and genuinely kind people. Thank you, Ultra Patios, for making our backyard dream a reality!

So I called and had to leave a message. No one in the office during business hours! The next day I got a call from Rob. He scheduled a technician which was only available two days later and was told he would call before arriving. Around 4:30p without any notice of his arrival he is at the front door. When I opened the door, he said [I'm the window treatment guy]. No uniform, no name tag, no company vehicle, no business card and looking questionable, I had to ask him for his name! I let him into the house and he walks in with no shoe protectors on right on my white entry rug (I was shocked) so on to the issue at hand. After several attempts of doing the same thing myself and the HD help desk did, he had no fix and said that he would have to come back on another day during HD business hours to call them to help him resolve the problem. This was on a Thursday so I said what time Friday works for him? He said it would be sometime next week [he does not work Friday because he lives in Arizona, I live Nevada!]. So off he went home never to return nor have I heard from Rob to reschedule the appointment! This was all unprofessional at the highest level. Oh you may wonder if my shades and repeaters ever got back on line with the hub and the PowerView app? I fixed it myself!!! For new high $$$$ installation, great service.
