Cody (estimator), Justin and Francisco (Installers) were all a pleasure to work with. Overall, the gutters look great! Their design for the drops are nice. I thought it would be bulky and affect the house look. It didn't! They handled working around our fiber optical and electrical line on the roof edges. They were able to cut our hvac pipe to drain into the gutter. And they were able to handle our special request of having the gutters drip away at least 5'1"-5'2" away from our house foundation. We got the gutters due to foundation issues, and the foundation injection company required gutters to warranty their injection work. Cody is responsive and has great customer service. He can try to work on a deal with you too. Zelle is cheaper than credit card with a transition fee. Pay 50% 1st, then 50% when completed. Met Justin and Francisco. Both are great at greeting and talking. Heard all my concerns and plans. Coherent and professional. Refreshing and not usually a norm for Vegas. This company was referred to us twice....one by foundation injection company, and the other by roofers. read more

I found City Seamless through YELP -- yeah YELP -- and couldn't be happier. I schedule an appointment with Kristen (I hope this is her name) who was very nice, very responsible and nice to talk to. They are busy, but got me in for an estimate with Rob within a week. Rob showed up on time and walked me through different options. He explained how the installation would go and helped me pick the right color for my house so it would match. I immediately felt comfortable with Rob's knowledge and his approach and booked him on the spot. We scheduled an install 2 weeks later. On the day of the install Sam was running a little late, but let me know promptly by text (some material snafu) but he arrived right after his text and got to work. It was a hot day so I kept checking on Sam and his helper. They were so nice every time I went to check they showed me what they were doing and double checked that the color was good. I was surprised at how much work this really was, but the attention to detail ensuring all the angles are cut nicely and everything fits together was more work than I ever imagined. After the crazy rains in early February and a recommendation from a neighbor, I called City Seamless for a quote. They were so backed up, they couldn't schedule me until March 8. A few days prior, they called to reschedule for the following week due to a job that conflicted. I agreed to have Robert come out on Monday, March 15 to give us a quote. He showed up on time, seemed knowledgeable and had great ideas for how to install the gutters. His quote was reasonable and he said he could do the job later that week, so I agreed. Robert was scheduled to begin our gutter installation at 8 am on Friday, March 19. At 8:30, he called to say he was running late and would arrive by 10 am. He assured me that he would still be able to complete the job that day. He finally showed up at almost 1 pm and another gentleman joined him mid-afternoon. While they were working, I went out to examine the job and noticed that our newly repaired stucco had been damaged. Robert apologized and said he'd done it while opening the gate. He also pointed out that we would now have to put a large rock there to assure that the gate doesn't open too far and dent the newly installed gutter. Ok - maybe we should have known that before? In addition, I noticed that the gutter installation in the courtyard appeared crooked and Robert said not to worry because it's double glued and sealed inside. See pictures below. By the time he finished, it was dark so we weren't really able to see that he left an incredible mess behind. The next day, I went outside and there were hundreds of screws, metal scraps and debris all over the area where they worked. It took about an hour to clean everything up, and weeks later I'm still finding debris and screws in my landscape rocks. I reached out to the company to let them know of our experience and never heard back. Since I had paid in full, I guess they felt no need to do so. It hasn't rained since our gutters were installed so time will tell if they're sealed and work properly. We can only hope they do! I gave them two stars because my initial experience was positive. They'd get one for the actual experience of the job. read more

I would not recommend this company. The guy supposed to show up to give a quote but he changed my appointment for his convenience. He called did not gave me enough time to respond, and left a message said there was a cancellation prior to my appointment. He could not came because now it is out of his way. He went home early or did something else but forced me to change my schedule. He showed up the next day but squeezed in-between my appointment and another appointment. He rushed through about 30 minutes, and was not willing to answer any more questions because he was late for another appointment. He was rude. He said he will send over a quote, but it's been weeks no messages. Their first impression and work ethic are bad. I can't imagine if they start installation how much worse it can be? I reached out to them via Yelp and got an immediate response. Their estimate schedule was like a month out. So I requested to be put on the calendar and be contacted if they get any cancellations. I received a phone call less than 2 weeks prior to my schedule and got an appointment a week sooner. The estimator, Ignacio, came down and was really nice. He have us a reasonable estimate and schedule for installation immediately. The day prior to install, Ignacio called to reschedule since he wasn't able to get the materials due to the supplier being close on Labor Day weekend. We end up rescheduling a week later. Day of install, Ignacio showed up 2 hours after the scheduled time. He just went to work and finished the job. The only small issue I had was my new lattice was slightly damaged from the ladder he was using. It's not a big deal but I wish he would have told us. Other than that, the gutter looks great. Just have to wait and see when the next big rain happens to see if it works like it's supposed to. read more

Not only was their quote quite a bit lower than Perfect Home, they didn't give me any silly talk about how no one else is a "real business," and "everyone in Vegas operates out of their garage, and doesn't pay Workman's Comp" and other BS (I work out of my home, and DO pay WC, and DO have an office, etc). The other company couldn't install until January 22. Anyway... Bobby indicated they were fairly busy, and couldn't do the install til after Xmas. I explained I needed it done prior, as we have travel occurring and want the work done before the January rains hit. He tasked a crew that was returning the same week, from a far-off remote job. Since my job was small, he was able to fit them in for a same-week install. That was the second "amazing." The third amazing was the speed and quality of the work that Jimmy performed. I called City Seamless Gutters after finding them online. We needed gutters installed in places on our home. The gentleman answering the phone was really helpful, professional, and eager to answer any and all questions. After talking for a few mins, I went ahead and made an appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate on the total cost of doing this job. They gave a window of time to come by my home and was told I would get a call before anyone showed up at my door. Not only did the gentleman call within the window, he told me he'd be at my home in 16 mins. He showed exactly 16 mins later. He introduced himself and got the cost estimate done in a timely manor but also answered all my questions. The cost was well within the budget we had setup for gutters. I chose the paint colors I wanted and he gave me the written estimate. He was friendly and nice to work with. The gutters were due to be installed on a Tuesday morning, and again they gave me a time window. However the installer had a cancellation on Monday before our appointment and called to see if I wanted the install a day early. I told him yes, and he said he'd be at our home in 45 mins. Like before, he was right on time to the minute. He introduced himself to me and got right to work. It took him about 3 to 4 hours to get the job done and it looks great. I've had them do my house in two phases as I am on a tight budget. I did the first water area first. The results were beyond my expectations. I no longer had a canal on the side of the house with the walkway to the backyard. The second part was to remediate water going under my garage door from the roof and water hitting my kitchen window.
