Very pleased with Palatial Patio Covers. They removed my old wooden covers and built two new modern covers. Everything went smoothly from the initial estimate, to teardown of the old covers, installation, and final inspection. The new patio covers are excellent quality and really enhance my backyard. Many thanks to Anthony and his hardworking crew. I highly recommend them. read more

After researching for a few weeks on patio covers and receiving a handful of quotes, we found Anthony at Palatial Patio covers. nice friendly family-owned small business that delivers quality products for a reasonable price. The business is licensed, and the build was permitted with the county. Anthony came out for a quote and after discussing some options we agreed on a design. We were able to get what we wanted with only two footers; most others quoted 3-4 which really blocked the view from the sliding glass door. the color options were standard, and we were happy with the quality of metal. The final product was completed in 4-6 weeks with a combo full and half lattice. Beautiful patio cover that will provide us shade for years to come. The final inspection provided us with a residential building addition to keep with our home records. Thanks Anthony, for a job well done and at a great price! read more

Excellent customer service! Install and detail was great & spot on! Our original patio cover blew off and on to the roof of our house back on March 2nd from a severe wind storm. The original install by Proficient patios back in 2017, was the worst, customer service was terrible and some serious faults on the install. Anthony and his crew at Palatial knocked this install out of park!! Would highly recommend this company. Friendly and knowledgeable. read more

We hired Palatial Patio Covers to install a patio cover by our pool. From start to finish Anthony was great and very professional. The Installers were professional and thorough. They were hard working and are an asset to the company. Overall, we were extremely happy and satisfied with the entire process. Our cover is up and looks beautiful. Thank you to Anthony and his team!! read more

I LOVE my patio cover. I shared my vision with Anthony - a lattice top, with a privacy wall, a ceiling fan and he delivered. Originally, I opted for one privacy wall but after the install, his team shared his concerns about the stability and suggested another privacy wall to make the cover extra secure. They also wired the fan and installed it. I really appreciate him being transparent about the stability of the cover considering all the crazy winds. I love my cover. I highly recommend them. read more

We're beyond pleased with the finished project from Palatial Patio Covers. The price was reasonable. The service was exceptional. We talked with Anthony (a great communicator, always in touch and he knows his stuff) about a quote and from there he took over the project. His amazing staff of Branden and Daniel were here to do the demo from the old sun shade and then in a couple of days the new structure was up. These fellows were clean and quiet and left the construction site spotless. Our only regret . . .is not getting Palatial Patio Covers sooner. Thank you Anthony, Daniel and Branden. Great Job. read more

We contacted Anthony at Palatial Patio Covers about building a carport. He came out within two days, gave us an estimate and we were able to select the style and colors we wanted immediately. Their first crew came out and prepared the sight, took the time to do the site work according to county code and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional. The second crew came out to install the structure, they too were very precise and professional and again thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. If you are interested in a high quality and professionally completed project, Palatial Patio Covers is the company you want to do business with. read more

After obtaining multiple quotes to extend our small back patio and install a extended pergola, we decided to go with Palatial Patios. The results were better that we could have imaged. Anthony provided us with a detailed quote that perfectly captured our vision and provided us with a technical drawing used for easy HOA approval. He scheduled the concrete contractor, took care of the permitting and explained the process in detail. The job was completed quicker than expected with no delays, and the price was more than competitive. We highly recommend Palatial Patios for your next project. read more

Anthony and crew were able to build a patio cover when we renovated our backyard and matched our existing twenty plus year old cover exactly. It looks like they were both built at the same time. Timely work, permits handled, all around good job. Highly recommend! read more

Excellent company to do business with! We had our cover installed last September. Anthony was very professional, easy to work with, has a great personality, and is very accommodating; especially since he had to wait on our HOA approval to start the job. We also love the attention to detail he and his crew had when installing our cover. They filled in all the cracks/seams so every corner and connection had a smooth finish. They also touched up any imperfections on the cover itself. The installers who worked with Anthony were professional and worked quickly and efficiently to get our patio cover done in two days. Then a couple of days later, his paver crew reinstalled our pavers seamlessly. You cannot even tell they were removed to do the footers. We highly recommend this company and have already given their information to a few of our neighbors. read more

Great price, great service, and great people! Update: I needed a fan cover for my patio cover (because water kept getting in it) and they came out super quick and got it added with no charge! Great company that takes care of their customers. read more

Anthony and his team are a pleasure to work with, start to finish. Anthony, the owner, personally comes out to go over the project and give the quote. During this process he explains all the engineering and helps come up with ideas and placement. Unlike most companies, the owner is also onsite during the build process and very hands on. I could not the happier! I have had Palatial build 3 structures on my house over the years: a carport on the front of the house, a gabled shade cover on the back (Palatial designed), and most recently a beautiful RV cover. I am pretty OCD and can't say enough good things about this team. Great fair pricing, great work quality and all around professionals read more

I reached out to this company because I need to replace one of my post of my pergola. It was bent due to my new puppy 1 year old at the time (rescued from Afghanistan) was playing with my 7 year old dog (from Jordan) and they ran into the aluminum post (funny now but not then). Anyway, Anthony was very attentive to my messages via the Yelp app. He came over and let me borrow the color palate to match colors during the day and evenining to see which ones would fit my 23 year old pergola. We coordinated a day during the week and Anthony had sent out one of his experienced technician, his name is Jesse, he had another younger individual with him as help. Jesse has been installing Pergolas for over 30years and brings tons of knowledge. The work only took about 1 hour or less as they had to set up and tear down the old stuff. Jesse took the time to also help secure my old pergola as some of the other posts were wobbly. All in all, I highly recommend Palatial Patio to either do new install or replace. read more

For a few years, we have been on the fence about getting a patio cover for our home. With the Vegas heat, to enjoy your backyard it is practically a must! Enter Palatial Patio Covers. Josh, Anthony, and their team was extremely prompt and friendly, responding to my quote request right away, and scheduling time for an estimate was a breeze. We were given a very reasonable price, honestly lower than what we thought building a structure like this would be. The next day, we decided to move forward. During the whole process, which is not overnight (what build is honestly?), Josh and his team were in constant communication with us about everything, and was very honest and upfront. They explained the process in detail, and we never felt like we were left in the dark. Any hiccups were taken care of, and the build was never pushed back enough to where we felt uncomfortable. We only had one issue, which was that the concrete pouring people (NOT part of Palatial Patio Covers) that came out to pour the cement, completely re-arranged my furniture, didn't put it back, and my umbrella ended up tipping over our table, breaking our candle holder. They could have been more neat as well, as they got cement over multiple parts of our rocks. The finished product, was so worth the wait. The color that was chosen works beautifully with our yard, and the quality of their Alumawood patio cover is top notch. We are so happy to finally be able to spend more than a few moments outside without suffering from heat stroke! I want to extend our most gracious thank you to the team. They did a wonderful job, built the cover within a day, and showed tremendous respect for our yard, and always let us know prior to coming by so we could arrange for our dog to be put up. These people care, and definitely deserve your consideration for business. read more

As long as I've been a homeowner in Las Vegas (almost 30 yrs) it's been a challenge to get reliable, quality work done at the home. Not the case with Palatial Patio Covers! These guys definitely made me a happy customer! I went from a slat covering to a solid covering, and it looks just great. Anthony was the rep I dealt with from estimate to installation. That was nice, having one point of contact throughout the process. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He showed up for the estimate, was clear in what was provided and the costs, kept in communication with me while I was getting estimates, and then showed up when he said he would to do the installation. All huge pluses in my book! Two installers came out (Anthony was one of them), and they had the old cover removed and the new one completed in about half a day. The price was competitive and the install went smoothly, right down to details like filling in and touching-up paint on areas of the house stucco where the old cover was attached. They cleaned up after themselves, and put everything back in place when they were done. I'm very, VERY happy with my new patio cover from Palatial Patio Covers, and have no hesitation in recommending them, regardless of how big or small the job. read more

Very pleased with our patio cover! Anthony was excellent to work with - would recommend!

We loved working with Palatial Patio Covers. Anthony and his team were responsive, professional and did a fantastic job. They came out promptly for an estimate and we talked through a design and options. Once our materials were ordered the install was quick and the end result is gorgeous. We had an awful 1970's aluminum patio that we upgraded to an insulated, modern patio that looks great with the updates we're doing to our backyard. A month later, we noticed we were missing a little screw cover and Anthony came out the next day to fix it and left me with a couple extra, just in case. Couldn't be happier with the service and results, thanks guys! read more

After living in my home for 10 years, I called numerous businesses looking for a quote on a patio cover. Only 2 replied with a call back. Palatial was one of them and Josh came out within 2 days and quoted me. He gave a great explanation of how this would look, colors and price. Within a few days, because of the professionalism I felt from this company, we decided to move forward. Christina in the office was awesome with giving me weekly updates on the progress of getting permits approved and materials on site. 4 weeks after the initial quote, my materials were ready and permits were completed. Three days later Anthony and crew, came out to put up my beautiful patio and we are now enjoying it daily. Thank you so much Team Palatial. I 100% recommend this family company. AA ++ read more

This review is long overdue. Palatial Patio built our backyard patio cover last May, and a year later it still looks amazing and we couldn't be happier. We had 5 patio companies come over and measure the patio and give us a quote. A few of the companies were pushing their recommendations on us, some of which we disagreed with - like having two columns instead of three, or not reinforcing the center beam - and we didn't give them a second call. But when Palatial Patio showed up, Anthony answered all our questions, made us feel like our requests were totally reasonable (I wanted a reinforced center beam to hang a hammock from, something the other companies balked at), gave us a fair and competitive quote (with a military rate), and more importantly, built the patio cover just how we wanted. To my surprise, when Anthony and his crew showed up to build it, they knocked it out within a day! Oh and on top of all that, Anthony took the time to say hi to our dog and totally spoil him with attention and scratches, and tell us about his dog as well. For animal lovers like us, something that simple goes a long way. We've gotten so many compliments on the patio from friends and guests, and more than a few have asked for Palatial's information to hopefully have one built for themselves. I installed lights and misters during the summer, and for Halloween and Christmas we had lights and props hanging all over the patio for a perfect holiday atmosphere (spider webbing looks amazing!). I can't recommend Palatial Patio enough, and I'm incredibly grateful to Anthony and his team for transforming our backyard into a place we now love spending time in. Call them up and get your quote, I promise you won't regret it. read more

So, DESPITE the fact that the summer heat pushed back the job; the owner who works on a crew getting sick pushed back the job; them needing to put a support pole in concrete pushed back the job; and them not having the correct part on hand pushed back the job, they finished just two weeks after I expected it to be done. I missed it being finished for my family party, but DESPITE all those issues, the work was done under the supervision of the owner (who started the company 30 years ago). I appreciated the perfectionism that he brought to the job...Being a perfectionist myself, I can say, without hesitation it was worth every little delay. I LOVE my big, new pergola, with privacy walls about 3/4 of the way around. I chose one inch between slats to allow the breeze to come through. I love, love, love it. I am a southern girl who grew up sitting on our front porch. These guys gave me a little bit of home. And, did I say I LOVE it? Thanks, Guys!!! Kathy Schiefer read more
