I got very reasonable pricing for both patios and I'm happy with how they turned out. Trish even helped draw some sketches for my HOA approval. They stand by their work too. From the start, they…read morewere incredibly professional, punctual, and transparent--and their quote was much more reasonable than the other companies we considered. The price they gave us was "all in," no surprises, and still came in below competitors without sacrificing quality. You can immediately tell they have over 30 years of experience. Every step--from planning and permitting to installation--was seamless. The team went above and beyond, ensuring every detail of our vision came to life. They even prepared the solid patio cover to be fan and lighting ready, included a gutter drain system, and cleaned up beautifully after the work was done. We love the finished patio cover--it completely transformed our space. Not only is it stylish and sturdy, but it's also super functional, especially in the Vegas heat. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and have already recommended them to family and friends. Trustworthy, experienced, and genuinely kind people. Thank you, Ultra Patios, for making our backyard dream a reality!

I really wanted to leave these guys a good review, but unfortunately, my experience has been…read moredisappointing. Parker seems to commit to jobs that either he is unable to finish properly or may not have the experience to complete correctly. I hired them to build a pool equipment wall with a gate, but there were several issues with the installation. The piece mounted to the brick wall was left loose, and the gate hinges were installed incorrectly. The patio cover itself was installed well, and I was happy with that portion of the work. However, tile around the base was damaged during the installation. I was told it would be repaired, but months later, it still has not been fixed. They also installed a sheer descent water feature. They had difficulty completing that portion of the project properly, and the overall execution felt amateur. The water pipe for the sheer descent is still visible and needs to be covered with additional Alumawood to properly finish the installation. Communication and follow-through have also been a major issue. I have had to constantly reach out to Parker myself for updates rather than being kept informed. On multiple occasions, he told me he would come out to address the outstanding work and then simply did not show up. After months of waiting, there are still items that have not been completed. Parker was hired through USTurf, another company I have unfortunately had issues with during this project. I genuinely wanted to have a positive experience with both companies, and I have been extremely patient and given them plenty of opportunities to make things right. I understand that issues can come up on a project, but it is not acceptable for relatively simple repairs and unfinished items to drag on for months, especially when appointments are made and then missed without follow-through. As of the time I am writing this review, the work is still not fully completed and the outstanding issues have not been resolved. Based on my experience, the biggest concerns have been workmanship on certain parts of the project, communication, and ultimately following through on commitments.

Charlie helped me fill out my HOA application form and it went extremely smooth. He explained the entire process from HOA approval to permit and inspection and the time expected to finish the process. Charlie and his crew did an awesome job cleaning up after as well. More than happy with Custom Outdoor Creations and would highly recommend them.

We had an awful experience with another company and were really worried about finding someone honest and reputable. We saw a friend's yard and we were so impressed that we asked for details on which company did the work. We spoke with Kalian at Advantage based on the recommendation and we were immediately impressed with her knowledge and kindness. We met with Ken the following week and he walked the property with me making suggestions. Ken definitely has a great eye for landscaping. Matt was also great, helping us on a daily basis with the logistics and giving his opinion on how to make the area shine. His prices were within reason for the scope of the project (unlike the other company we had hired, whose project/contract price was almost 3 times the estimate of the project AFTER we paid the deposit). The final result was incredible, but what really stood out was the entire experience working with Advantage. They truly listened to what we wanted, took our ideas seriously, and also brought their own creative vision and expertise to the project. The team went above and beyond to help us make our entire yard perfect, paying attention to every detail and making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Their professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. We can't thank them enough for transforming our yard into something we absolutely love. I would recommend them to anyone who will listen!

Maybe, she thought that I was supposed to know exactly what to ask because apparently, I asked a stupid one, in her opinion. I guess she didn't like it when I told her that I was not going to use their install services (as they only do installs and sales). As I mentioned, I was getting quotes for supplies, but I did not know that they didn't sell the supplies they install. Lesson learned...if you're not going with the company right off the bat, don't bother asking too many questions because the initial attitude will change as this person's did.

100% the right place to go for Gutters. My top three (3) reasons:…read more [1] The Product. I found Perfect Homes through a neighbor whose gutters still look fantastic and have worked without issue (over the initial 5 years). Not only is the quality of the material a top/better grade, the size of the gutter is larger than what you'd get from Lowes/Home Depot and many competitors (thus able to handle the monsoon rains without overflowing). [2] The Installers. Jeff & Ed are the best (make sure you ask for them)! Super nice gentlemen and so easy to work with. They showed up promptly at the time I requested (7am) and were done in less that three (3) hours. Both Jeff and Ed are highly experienced (decades in the gutter trade) and both very friendly & professional. FYI - these gentlemen respected my property and home as if it were their own. They were also very meticulous with clean-up (I found absolutely no debris in the weeks that followed installation). [3] The Warranty. It is truly a zero hassle process. I initially purchased my gutter in January of 2026. Unfortunately, once the Vegas heat hit (June) we started noticing several waves/pointed sections. Even though the gutter channeled water effectively, the gutter was a little unsightly. I called the office and sent pictures. The owner called me back the next day and immediately scheduled Jeff & Ed to come out and replace my gutter. Jeff & Ed showed up (with precise color-matched materials), removed the old gutter (entirely) and installed a completely new gutter ... with a smile! One heads up item, Anthony (our initial sales person) gave me a bit of the used car sales vibe. Their prices are not the lowest (or the highest) but, for the reasons I mentioned above, I am so pleased I overlooked the "vibe" and went with Perfect Homes. Thank you Perfect Homes!

Finding a company that can properly construct a patio cover on a second story balcony is very…read moredifficult, so allow me to save you some time: Call Las Vegas Outdoor Shade and Patio. Our west-facing upstairs room off the balcony gets direct full sun and cooked like a ceramic kiln in the summer. AC could never keep up. I wanted shade for the room and a covered respite where I could sit and enjoy a breeze without risk of spontaneously combusting in my lounge chair. I contacted seven companies and most didn't want to do it, while others would but tried to steer me away from getting city permits (BIG red flag...you don't want to bypass this step, because an unpermitted structure attached to your home is likely not properly engineered and both a legal liability and a major dent to your home's value if you ever sell). I gave up and figured it just wasn't doable, until my wife showed me an ad for this company. Armando met with us and walked us through options, designs, colors, tradeoffs, and the overall process. He installed these for years before starting his own company, so you have a business owner who understands every detail about your project from design to installation, what will work and what won't, and can offer insight to things you might never think about. Armando pulled our house blueprints from the county, coordinated engineering, and obtained the required city permits. Note: The actual cost for engineering and permits was refreshingly reasonable because he doesn't inflate those costs. In fact, the cost was actually LESS than the companies that wanted us to skip the permits. The project then commenced. The crew opened up the balcony floor and reinforced the internal framing to support the weight of patio cover posts and hold them in place for when those insane winds rip across the valley. If not properly anchored, high winds impart on the roof the same lift effect that enables airplanes to fly...yet another reason to engineer and permit your project. They then patched, textured, and repainted the ENTIRE balcony floor and it looked even better than before they started. The patio cover roof attaches to the house frame structure and they handled the re-stucco work, et al. We couldn't be happier with the final result. It looks great and the room is significantly cooler during the day. It also didn't budge during the recent wind storms. Now to answer the question, "Would I call on this company again?" The answer is "yes," and I already have. I'll upload photos for Phase 2 when that project is completed.
