I had 3 estimates from other companies and not only did I like Trish the best but Ultra Patios estimate was the best price by far!! And I got more for my money meaning the Patio I ended up with was actually bigger than the other estimates and was insulated!!! Trish was so easy to work. We bounced off Ideas with each other and she and the Supervisor Adel worked with me all the way through the build process which resulted in a Patio way better than I imagined! The business is licensed, and the build was permitted with the county. Anthony came out for a quote and after discussing some options we agreed on a design. We were able to get what we wanted with only two footers; most others quoted 3-4 which really blocked the view from the sliding glass door. the color options were standard, and we were happy with the quality of metal. The final product was completed in 4-6 weeks with a combo full and half lattice. Beautiful patio cover that will provide us shade for years to come. They were subcontracted by Purchase Green (see review) to install turf and edging in our back yard…read more Marco boasted that they've been doing this in Las Vegas for 15 years, yet the kept breaking metal spikes because our yard is hard. The workers were careless in the way they cut the turf boarders and installed the Bend-a-board edging. The turf edges rolled up in a matter of a few days and the boards lifter out of the ground. We had them do the edges over again twice and same crappy results. Just the worst workmanship.

The process was easy, and relatively fast. The three man crew was very professional, respectful, and made sure to completely clean up each day so our yard didn't look like it was under construction, even though it was. The vision for our home has become a beautiful reality. I would definitely hire them again if, and/or when the opportunity presents itself.

After our meeting with Ken Kessick/Advantage Landscape, we knew we'd found the company we would choose to work with. Our project included major clearing and trimming existing plant materials and filling in an in-ground trampoline. We made the switch to synthetic turf (love it!), replaced a rocky side yard with a paver pathway, new flagstone pathways, a wonderful, round hardscape planter to mirror the existing pool/spa design and added so many gorgeous new plants and trees. The Advantage crew was top notch and nothing we wanted moved a bit or modified was ever a problem. We had an awful experience with another company and were really worried about finding someone honest and reputable. We saw a friend's yard and we were so impressed that we asked for details on which company did the work. We spoke with Kalian at Advantage based on the recommendation and we were immediately impressed with her knowledge and kindness. We met with Ken the following week and he walked the property with me making suggestions. Ken definitely has a great eye for landscaping. Matt was also great, helping us on a daily basis with the logistics and giving his opinion on how to make the area shine. His prices were within reason for the scope of the project (unlike the other company we had hired, whose project/contract price was almost 3 times the estimate of the project AFTER we paid the deposit). The final result was incredible, but what really stood out was the entire experience working with Advantage. They truly listened to what we wanted, took our ideas seriously, and also brought their own creative vision and expertise to the project.
