How dare you judge someone like that with virtually NO information? The rudness is off the charts. Never even got to an estimate or work, just telephone rudness is unbelievable! All I asked for is an estimate on fixing one outside wall that was crumbling from the neighbours sprinklers and to look at another wall that my other neighbour is claiming that I have ruined and there is not a mark on it. I just needed a contractor to look at it. The woman on the phone started screaming that NO NO NO they will not get involved! I don't even think she understood what I was saying....just too busy screaming at me. UNBELIEVABLE! I can only imagine what kind of service they provide, I am glad it didn't go any further. Larry with Paradise Builders did an amazing job on our back yard 5 years ago. He designed and built a custom bar with a grill, drop in cooler, and cabinets built in. He also created a beautifully designed custom patio cover to meet our desire to have no beams blocking entry into the pool and converted an unusable area in our backyard to a gorgeous paver patio with lighting built into the ground. 5 years have gone by and we still LOVE everything about our back yard. I just had the owner, Larry, come to my home for an estimate on a patio cover. I asked for a quote on attaching a pergola to my house, after high winds blew my old cover off. He said there was no way to attach it to stucco!!!!!! LOL Really???? Most homes in this valley are stucco and I see pergolas all day long. I called some other contractors and they had a good laugh, as well as I did, after I got over the shock of a "contractor" not knowing what he's doing. Don't waste your time on these people.
