We needed kitchen countertops replaced and work done in both baths (extensive work in the master). So glad we decided to hire 702 Services to do the work- they are reliable, accommodating, and professional. They do great work and took care of EVERY aspect of the job from countertops to tile to plumbing to painting (so much less to worry about on my end). I will absolutely be having them back for more improvements in the future.

Hi my name is Alex I am so happy that I was referred by my next-door neighbor about these guys. I was just outside watching then get done with some work at his house he ended up getting some bathroom remodeling done. I was just talking to my wife about getting Our bathroom and kitchen remodeled. The best timing ever so I ended up talking to one of their employees gave me the contact info for the owner and ended up speaking to him two weeks ago in regards to getting started with some work they just finished up with my bathroom it looks amazing I am completely happy and satisfied my wife is happy that's the most important thing thank you for the great job highly recommended these guys

702 Services did an amazing job remodeling my master bathroom. it looks like a totally different bathroom. Alphonso and Eduardo did an awesome job. Isaac came right out to give me a quote and checked on the progress often. I am going to hire them to do my other bathroom. You will not be disappointed if you hire them.

Mantle shelf that Andrew installed for us. Love it
    Alyssa B.

I'm so happy with the result! I have been wanting to put a mantle shelf above my fireplace since we bought the house. Three different handyman businesses declined my project because of the difficulty of putting mantle on an uneven surface of my stone wall. It looks amazing!

They installed a dog door into the side of the house. They were very quick and the dog door came out perfectly.

The team members at 702 Services are not only professional and reliable, they're true artisans. They did our plumbing, tile and electrical work on our bathroom remodel project and went above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend them for any handyman or remodeling job you might need done.

New paint exterior and interior of office building. We had cracks in the stucco and 702 Services did a perfect job.

I am happy to give this company FIVE stars rating. Not only that they saved me money, but also did an Awesome job. I needed to paint my office building and repair all stucco cracks. I was amazed by how good and professional the work was done. Thank you!

    Lincoln Log stair trim

TLDR: They oversold a job, lied about the nature of their crew, and from what I could see are essentially amateur DIY folks who spend all their money on trucks instead of the right tools and training. I would not recommend them for anything related to carpentry or flooring. In the rest of the review I will honestly detail my experience with 702 Services. I hired Isaac to add trim to my stairs and repair/caulk/paint my trim. The trim was not in ideal condition and did require repair in some areas. He didn't seemed deterred and made it seem like he had seen this type of job many times before. Isaac was confident that he could get it done in 3 days with a team that he had worked with for years. Including himself, his partner Paz, a "stair guy", and a "paint guy". The quote was a bit higher than I was expecting but Isaac seemed like a professional who knew what he was doing and I wanted the job done right so I agreed. That was the last I saw Isaac. The day the job was to start the first person to arrive was the painter. Instead of a painter that had worked with Isaac for years, he was someone who was hired on OfferUp two days prior (luckily he turned out to be the only professional in the bunch and I kept him on after I cancelled the job). He was not told he was a subcontractor, was not accurately informed on the nature of the job, and rightfully suspicious of the whole gig. After the painter arrived Isaac's partner Paz showed up. He primarily spent the first day supervising the painter by sitting in my kitchen on his phone. Immediately it was clear that the job I was sold on was not the one I was getting. I was told the first day was going to be prep and repair with caulking and painting starting the second day. The painter started painting right away instead of repairing the trim and filling in nail holes, when I told Paz he agreed to pay the painter more for the full package (which was included in my original deal with Isaac). Isaac couldn't show up because of a family emergency and the stair guy was going to come the second day. Paz started sizing stair trim and was clearly out of his element. I offered to let him use my chop saw and other tools but instead decided on using my finishing saw (the only tools he brought himself were a caulk gun and a tape measure; which seems odd considering the nature of the job required precisely sizing and cutting trim). The pieces were not uniform or cut neatly, but I was assured the "stair guy" was coming tomorrow to clean it up. They also didn't seem to be aware that stair trim (or any trim) shouldn't be stacked but cut at adjoining 45 degree angles so there's no gap. When I told Paz I didn't want my trim to be stacked on top of each other (they looked like Lincoln Logs) he assured me that the stair guy would know what to do. When I called Isaac he told me he was coming himself the next day and would make sure everything was going well. The next day it was just the paint guy and Paz again. Isaac never showed up (only saw him for the quote) and Paz told me he had not planned on Isaac being there (despite me being told directly by Isaac otherwise) and that the stair guy wasn't coming because it was a simple job that Paz could do himself (it was not and he clearly could not do it himself). As I was processing this, Paz had to leave for a family emergency (which is totally understandable and I hope all is well with his wife). At that point I realized the job was not being done at the level of quality or professionalism that I was sold on and that I was being overcharged for the amateur DIY quality of work. I called Isaac and cancelled the job. Isaac became very defensive, insisted that he did not oversell his work, literally compared his company to WalMart that "needs to charge a significant mark-up to be competitive" (so neither a quality contractor or good businessman it seems), and then hung up with a huff. The only saving grace is that a couple hours later Paz came back, apologized for the confusion, sympathized with how the job wasn't going as planned, and returned my deposit (minus the amount they paid the painter). Which was a very pleasant surprise that I was honestly shocked by. I get the feeling Paz is just as much a victim of Isaac's grift as I am. All in all, Paz seemed like a great guy who was just in over his head doing a job that he was not experienced in doing. Isaac gave the impression of a conman, or one of the amateur "house flippers" who got their training watching TLC, only good at selling folks on jobs and then cutting as many corners as they can. Maybe they are better at plumbing, maybe I really just got them all on a very bad week, maybe they are good at small out of the box jobs when you just need a helping pair of hands. Regardless they are not skilled craftsmen and I would not recommend hiring them.

When we had renovations in our home several years ago, we felt like we weren't a priority for the contractor. I eventually had to take over managing the tradespeople to get it finished. For our bathroom renovation this time, we contacted Jerezee. Shon was our project manager and he not only checked in every day, but was on site (or a quick call away), to help solve issues as they arose. He also gave excellent input for those quick decisions and made it easier on us. We realized we didn't need a bathtub, but instead a cat cabinet for our litter box. Shon found just the right people to bring that vision to reality. Both us and the kitties are happy!

When we first met with him we had high hopes, but it soon became obvious their field work and the office are on different pages. The quality of their work is poor, and they do not seem to take any pre-cautions to protect work they have completed. The new floor and marble countertop we had installed was severely scratched before it was even turned over and they argued we were being too picky and would not fix it. The quality and timeliness of their work was so substandard, we decided to have them only complete two of the three bathrooms and we went with another contractor for the 3rd who was much more prepared. If you have a standard bathroom with no high-end fixtures or finishes, I think they would do fine. I do not think they are used to working with anything that requires quality or higher finishes. The timing was also twice what they promised, so just be prepared to have it take longer if you go with them. When we decided to go our separate ways, it was noted in the final paperwork they would support any issues we had when completing the 3rd bathroom, as they had bought a large portion of the material. Well, we had issues and reached out to the office and the owner (Roy) who never called me back. I actually spoke to their office who assured me someone would call, but never did. We had to re-purchase some cabinets they had provided for the 3rd bathroom as it had parts missing because of damage caused by their own workers who installed the door pulls wrong and it damaged the face of the cabinets. Apparently, they never replaced the items and would not even call us back so we could find out how to get more. Very poor customer service. DO NOT USE Jerezee Construction unless you want a big headache. We have photos of their work and can provide more information if you would like. We had originally planned to not write a review but after they would not call us back for material support, we felt it was warranted to warn others about their business practices. You have been warned. Stay away! I need to update my review since another person called mine into question. The communication was poor and Roye did not check in with us during the project once. Maybe our project of $45K for 3 bathrooms was not big enough to get the support needed, but the final product and organization was very poor. Even after we parted ways, we were assured they would offer at least warranty support for the bathroom they did and on materials but we could not even get a call back. I said it before and will say it one more time. If your project is small and low quality finishes and you have no timeframe for completion, then choose them. If you want the finish product to be undamaged and finish within the original time agreed upon, choose another GC. We found another GC to complete our master bathroom and entire upstairs and it was night and day. DO NOT USE JEREZEE

I had to water some outdoor plants to find plaster on my flag, house and brick wall. The job was rushed and it was obvious. I purchased a high end primer for the glue areas, a little sanding and spray texture in a bottle to fix myself. They needed to slow down and these small details wouldn't have been missed. Update #2 review: Mishaps happen and a lot of companies I've worked with don't stand behind their work; not the case with Medina Remodel. He was quick to return my phone call and was on my door step within a few hours. Everything was fixed, cleaned and left as it should be. I'd do business with him again. Update: two outlets textured over, overspray on my bed and the texture on the windows is sliding off. Medina is coming to fix the issues. He was quick to call me back. Removed glue from wallpaper backing, skimmed, and textured two bath rooms, Put me in his schedule at the last minute and worked all weekend to complete the job. I did the painting and in hind site I should have let him manage the entire job. He communicated effectively, gave us a contract, ahis bid was competitive and cleaned up the mess and hauled off the trash.

They were honest in what they could or could not do (Insurance. You know.) My one request during the work in my kitchen, living room, family room area, and dining room was to please save my granite countertop. Naturally the cabinets had been drenched beyond recognition and had to be removed. The reason I wanted my granite to be saved is because when I bought it seven years ago, it was 3 cm thick, which is a centimeter thicker than most granite and I was able to find it for a great price. Plus, it fit into my design ideas perfectly. Somehow, against all odds, they saved my granite! The amount of work that had to be done to remove my destroyed engineered hardwood flooring and replace it with new engineered hardwood flooring was epic. But the work was done, the wall repairs and painting were done, and everything was beautiful. Moe was outstanding and answered all of my questions. Each crew (because I had so many different things that had to be repaired) was polite and answered all of my questions. Plus, at the end of every day, they cleaned up their mess.
