You get to speak directly with the person who's coming to fix your AC. You already know this is not some giant organization that's modeled on constantly trying to upsell you on something. Phap arrived promptly the same day and was able to diagnose my issue( indoor AC blower fan was constantly running, would never turn off). He was able to resolve the issue quickly (fan relay switch was stuck) and then, (gasp) he didn't charge me anything! This made my day, as I was prepared for the worst. He gave me tips on what to do if the issue returns: I may need to have the control board replaced ultimately if it keeps happening. But he told me I can order the specific control board online from Amazon if I need him to replace it, as that will save me a significant amount of money compared to him getting it through his supply house. Thank you Phap. You have a loyal customer forever. As an aside, I saw in other reviews people wondered why Sooner Air was previously known as Mighty Oak Air as well as Win&Nguyen Heating and Air Conditioning. I asked Phap and he told me that in our Sun City Anthem magazine his services got listed under landscaping because of the name Mighty oak. He kept getting calls for landscaping instead of heating and air, so he changed the name to Win and Nguyen. But then people couldn't pronounce the name. So now he is Sooner Air.

The small logo of General Quality RV Repair was inserted into an invoice he sent us even tho' the invoice appeared to be from him. We totally were not comfortable entrusting Lannie to do the work. We have used mobile repair people numerous times in the past when travelling and most are honest and fair. We did not feel that way in this case. Lannie quoted us almost double the retail price for the parts even though they were available on Amazon for almost half. The invoice he provided was payable to him even though he had inserted a small logo from General Quality RV on it and we were not comfortable with that. We understand having RV places of business do furnish parts but normally you pay retail and not an exoribitant price. Even the price quoted by Johnnie Walker was less than General Quality and not just for the parts but their's also included the labor. We declined because in our opinion we felt we were being scammed. Lannie then contacted a business in town he said we could pay. Everything may have been totally above board but we were just not comfortable working with him.
