Finally we called this place and since we needed service as soon as possible, they said they would meet us a Walmart in Henderson. So when we got there Darrell was already there waiting for us. He quickly got to work, and measured the amount of oil removed, first ~2 quarts per our request and then asked us to drive around the block to get the oil sensor reading. We still had a warning light when we got back, so he removed another 1/2 quart and it was perfect. We were grateful for the timely and accurate work, and could tell Darrell was very experienced. My upgrades included a 1,920 Amp Hour LiFePO4 battery bank and a complete Victron electrical system. I upgraded my AC unit to a 18K Furrion Chill Cube Heat Pump. Cameron said not to worry I can have a guy out today. A few minutes later a guy named Randy called and we sent some photos of the vent etc. He came out within an hour or so and had the vent replaced. Oh with a way better quality one than we had. When you are a long way from home and have a breakdown it's great to have folks like Cameron and his team that are still in the customer service business. Thank you
