I was advised these DYI mold tests are thrown out in Court, so I needed a legitimate test. Jenny was professional, timely, knowledgeable and patient. I called her on a Thursday, she was at my house on a Friday. The reports were exceedingly detailed and included photographs and the company credentials. By Friday afternoon (same day), Jenny called me to go over the findings. By Tuesday, I had a PDF of the report (Monday was a national holiday). The Fee for the testing was reasonable and customary, and I was able to provide my attorney with this new data to help my case. When you don't know what to do and who to call, contacting Wycoff Environmental is a step in the right direction.

Granted they came in the same day, Jonatan came in the same day and assured me that they "will take care of everything" which was a lie. The next day, his crew came and started the demolition, put the floor cover and the fans. I tried contacting Jonatan but no response since i had questions. Looks like they come in fast and start the work so I can't do anything about it if don't want them to continue. The person who took over for Jonathan was nice, came over several times during the process and responded well to my questions. It took them over 3 days to dry the walls and floors don't know why since it was a small area. Once everything was "dry", the rebuild was contracted out to another company, Inspired Construction. That was a nightmare too and another review. Once they were done, they were done and never heard anything from them until they've demanded payment. Don't trust this company and don't trust Jonatan, that's all I am saying.

I called a trusted friend who is a project manager for a major homebuilder & he referred Ian Simon, owner to me. Ian even returned my call on Easter Sunday & promptly scheduled an appointment to assess the situation. Ian & his son, Kasey found the leak, cut the drywall do everything could dry out & the plumber could fix the leak. After the repair they came back to inspect that there was no residual moisture or mold. Everything was dry, clean, mold free. They did a great job at a very reasonable price! I would recommend them without hesitation. I also had them clean out my dryer vent. They do a variety of clean ups including air vents etc. I was given a final Inspection report to keep with my records of the repair.

Fire Restoration Services…read more I had a small kitchen fire and wanted to procure fire restoration services to take care of any soot and smoke damage. Any visible damage was mostly contained within kitchen area. I looked up local companies on Yelp and decided to get a free quote from Independent Restoration Services. They came out the next day to check out the place, provided a quote within a few hours, and were then able to start the next day after obtaining work authorization. I placed my trust in them based on their reviews across Yelp, Google, and FB. At first I was a bet skeptical due to only one person making it out on the first day, which was due to a combination of scheduling issues , others being called onto different sites/projects, and overall just being a small team. But in the end they still finished on schedule as initially estimated, despite having less manpower than I had expected. They were thorough with the restoration - my place was just as clean as before, and in some places even cleaner. They kept me assured throughout the whole process and answered any questions and concerns I had. There was a misunderstanding on my end where I thought they would also clean the air ducts, but since that is not something they provide, they offered to go 50/50 on subcontracting a duct cleaner. And at the end, they agreed the initial quoted estimated cost seemed a bit too high, so they were willing to adjust the final bill downwards. Overall they provided quality cleaning and restoration services, were flexible to work with, and did not seem like they were out to get my money. The flooring was poorly done and we had to make them come back multiple times to fix issues. They installed the bathroom sink back in crooked and didn't paint the wall afterwards, because the sink wasn't in the same spot. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company
