He fit us in to his hectic schedule for an estimate. (I would much rather hire a company that is super busy than one whose schedule is wide open. If they are that busy that means they are in demand and if they are in demand they must know their stuff) Before giving his estimate he did a thorough inspection with picture and everything. He talked about the different options available. Then even though it took us two months to get the money together, he squeezed us into his schedule. But it gets better... One of their ex-employees (who no longer works for the company) made a mistake on our gas company rebate form that resulted in us getting a rebate much smaller than we were expecting (think Taco Bell dog small). Insulation Specialists personally cut us a check for the difference between what we were supposed to receive and what we did receive out of their own account to make sure we received our entire rebate.
