GreenSo came by to evaluate the job and confirmed that a permit was not needed (confirmed by Clark County's own permitting site), scoped out the job, and came back with a far more reasonable price than EVERYBODY else. We were able to get started immediately and 90% of the job was completed in a week. The finishings took a little longer, but considering the high quality of the work, was more than worth it. Ron, Jose & the team were fantastic to work with and customer satisfaction was their priority. I'd happily recommend GreenSo to anybody needing to repair or improve their home for projects of any size.

The solar lights petered out quickly in the winter or after a cloudy day. I went to my trusty Yelp app and came across Las Vegas Backyards and their many five star reviews. I sent information about my project through Yelp, and I received a response the next business day to setup an estimate. The project manager was very thorough, and he explained his recommendations for the project while keeping aesthetics in mind. The estimate was right in line with what my research had told me was an average price for this type of job. I was, however, a little surprised that the project manager did not arrive with a catalog of various lighting fixture choices to peruse. He did send several photos of his recommended fixtures later that day based on our preference for something modern. Communication was quite good through a group text with all the respective players involved. The date for the install was arranged within a week or so of my inquiry. There was a slight snafu on installation day, as the fixtures we had chosen were sold out. We were sent photos of alternative choices and were able to find a contemporary design that was to our liking. The first part of the installation took about a half day with trenching, running power lines, and installing the fixtures. The second day was a quick installation of the transformer. I was happy to see they had installed a smart transformer with WiFi access and an app to set schedules. I do wish they would've gone over this ahead of time to discuss what type of transformer would be installed (again, I am glad they picked a smart model as that's exactly what I wanted). Unfortunately, one of the spotlights was found to be defective by the installer during their testing. They returned the next afternoon to replace it. Payment was handled in phases with certain percentages due at certain points in the installation. Payment is easily made online with a credit card, but unfortunately there is a surcharge for this type of payment. They do have other payment options if you want to avoid the surcharge. Now we have a wonderful, gorgeous, and very upscale looking landscape lighting setup that really increases the curb appeal! Thank you to Las Vegas backyards!

He was very professional, no pressure, honest, did what he said he was going to do, and quote seemed to be on point. Side yard turned out way better than I expected and looks amazing. The workers were careless in the way they cut the turf boarders and installed the Bend-a-board edging. The turf edges rolled up in a matter of a few days and the boards lifter out of the ground. We had them do the edges over again twice and same crappy results. Just the worst workmanship.

I live in Texas and also knew what needed to happen so I trusted him right away. He got the quote to me when he said and we agreed on the price and scope. I left for home and we scheduled the work for 2-months out. We communicated just before the date scheduled and he showed up right on time. He did a great job (I was still in Texas) and he took my mother in law shopping for new plants (she loves that)! He sent me pic when he finished AND he took her shopping again for more plants!
