In September 2024 I had a roof leak in my front room and called Redstone. Javier came out and located the leak, took pictures and provided a very reasonable estimate. I accepted the estimate and he came out and completed the repair. He replaced underlayment, plywood, used roof sealant where necessary and reinstalled existing tiles. I told told him I would review his work after it rained. Yesterday, February 14 it rained all day. No leaks. I had a leak in my garage so I called around for estimates and to see where the problem was originating from, as you know water is a tricky thing. I found Redstone Roofing through Yelp, of course and the reviews were right. Redstone Roofing and Javier are amazing. Javier came out the next day and checked out the garage, sure enough three was an entire section about to go. While he was there I had him check the entire roof, which he was happy to do. He explained a few things that were going on up there and took pictures to show me. It was pretty bad. The previous owner decided feeding pigeons was a good thing... no, it's not. We had so much pigeon poop and dead pigeons on the roof it was mint boggling. After Javier have me a price for the garage, I asked for an estimate for the roof. Needless to say, he beat every competitor and have me a warranty. He worked around my schedule, since we have solar, it needed to be removed... and the job was finished within a week. He and Oscar are great to work with, they are professional, they show up when they say and clean up after themselves. Selling my home. Inspector found a slipped tile and another cracked one. Turns out the slipped tile exposes some plywood that got weathered. Another roofer (will not be named) tried to really rip me off. Wanted to tear down a strip of roofing top to bottom (which included uninstalling water solar heaters and re-installing them - which they did not do). Unreal. Javier came, analyzed and fixed the problems properly. Removed tiles all around, fixed the roof and replaced the tile. Can't even tell there was ever any damage. He inspected the entire roof and repaired all slipped and/or cracked tiles quickly, honestly, and very reasonably.
