I had eight companies quote me for replacing five windows (retrofit) and a patio door at my property and Kenco Remodeling won my business. I was only interested in the Anlin Series Windows (Bay View) which made it difficult to find companies that offer that product (HomeAdvisor paired me with companies that did not install Anlin products, even when noted). For those not familiar with ordering windows nowadays, especially Anlin, the individual that measures your windows or doors is also a salesperson so expect a presentation of the products and up selling (if a company asks for an hour block of your time, or ask to have your spouse present, it is going to be a long presentation), almost as bad as buying a car at the dealership. Luckily Kenco, specifically Kenny who did the measurements recognized that I already knew what I wanted so he didn't try to up sell me or do a presentation, which was a relief. Kenny was friendly and on time, and provided a competitive quote. I tweaked my request on the options for the windows and doors a couple times after Kenny's visit and he was always quick to respond to my emails and provided updated quotes same day. With those factors in mind, the windows and door were ordered through Kenny. Ken from Kenco scheduled with me for a final measurement of the windows and door before production. Windows took roughly eight weeks to be made by the manufacturer, which was expected since the other companies that quoted me stated eight to ten weeks. Once the windows arrived at Kenco, I was scheduled for next day installation. John and his crew were on time (9am), courteous, and quick, job was done same day. They didn't use the cheap silicone from home depot that has shrinkage, they left no gaps between the frames and the windows and doors were leveled so they slide effortlessly. Not only am I happy with my new windows and door but I am grateful to everyone at Kenco Remodeling. Will definitely use Kenco for the next property!

I requested quotes from several companies for a job replacing some old yellow mosaic windows for our new house. Kenny came by to do some initial measurements and give us a quote. He was timely, really friendly, and thoroughly walked us through the process of the replacement. Out of all the people we spoke with, we liked the interaction with him the most, so ultimately decided to accept his bid - it was neither the highest nor lowest out of our options. I did ask if he would match a competitor, but he very transparently told me why he couldn't do that and explained the windows of the competitor were made from re-grind vinyl and had a much lower energy efficiency rating, something that was popular among flippers. Overall his bid seemed very fair to me and at least I gave it a try, so we decided to proceed. The reason I wasn't able to give a full 5 stars for this installation experience is because there are definitely areas of communication that could be improved. While my interactions with Kenny have been rgreat and he was always very responsive, this did not extend through the entire pipeline. After agreeing to move forward, I was told the production team was going to reach out to me the next day to schedule a time to get exact measurements, but I had to follow up after a week because I still hadn't received any communication. They gave me a call shortly after. It was about a month and a half after when I had received communication again from them that the windows were finally ready to install. Honestly I wasn't too sure if my project was still happening because I hadn't heard from them at all, but turns out one of the windows were back ordered which was why it took so long, and it was totally fine, but would have been nice to be given a small heads up on where we were at with the process. Now that the windows were ready, I was able to schedule a time to get the windows installed. Very unfortunately the day we scheduled ended up being the one day it was 100% projected to rain. As the day got closer, I wasn't sure if the weather was going to be a problem so I reached out to Kenny to ask if we needed to reschedule. He said the installer would play it by ear and call me if he couldn't do the job. Our time slot rolled around and still no call, so I ended up having to message Kenny to check in if that meant the job was still happening. The installer decided it was a no-go so we rescheduled for following day. I don't live at the residence, so luckily I had confirmed that before leaving the house, instead of waiting there at the scheduled time. I do wish the installer could have at least notified me instead of me having to call the company to confirm if he was coming or not. The following day we arrived at the house during the new installation time frame, but after waiting 30 minutes, then the full hour, still no word from the installer. I was unable to reach Kenny immediately, but the installer did give me a call eventually and said he was going to be 45 minutes late (the time slot he was supposed to be here had already passed) and can we reschedule for the following week instead. I had already taken time off work and waited an hour, so I wasn't thrilled to have been given such short notice just to possibly have to go through this again. Luckily Kenny called me back, and was very understanding of the situation once I had explained it to him, and he promptly notified me that the installer would still be coming to finish the installation. There is definitely a huge disconnect between the person you interact with for the project and the person actually completing the project work. Long story short, my new windows are very beautiful and seem to be well installed so I am very relieved at least the project is now complete. As long as you have some patience and are OK with being proactive with communication, I would recommend working with Kenco.

My cats enjoying the view. That's my patio door, you can see the white frame and the screen door is bronze.

After requesting different contractors to replace my windows I decided to go with these guys. The windows they offer are great, energy efficient and they reduce the street noise! I'm in love with the patio door frame, it looks really nice and modern. Because I live in a HOA community, I had to get them bronze in the outside but I was able to keep it white in the inside (before that it was all bronze). They also offer to communicate through text which I appreciate as I'm not fully available at work to pick up calls.

Recently replaced a Garden Window over kitchen sink + 2 large non-opening windows with an 8-foot wide sliding door on the back of my home. Kenny and Ken at KenCo were super responsive, professional & followed All COVID protocols (masks, etc) every time they came out. For those who care - their PRICE WAS FAR BETTER than ANY of the 7 other bids I got (including Lowes 'special' price). On top of that they used high-quality window product, and the installation was done AHEAD of Schedule and done in like 3 hours - including clean up :-) They were so Awesome, I will be considering them for any major renovation work I am planning to do in the future. Highly recommend these guys!

We were in the market for a new roof and Ken was on time with all appointments, explained things clearly, responded super fast to all inquiries, and even added an extra vent day of on request. Very Happy with the roof. His employees cleaned up well, almost like they were never there to begin with. I appreciate the service and will defiantly look into using them again. T

On December 1, 2025, our entire house was destroyed in a catastrophic flood. We had just moved into our newly remodeled turn-key home 5 years previously and still loved everything about it. To say we were shell shocked and devastated would be putting it mildly. Our home was now in ruins. Bathrooms, cabinetry, flooring, drywall were all destroyed and our home was basically unlivable. We were down to studs and raw plumbing. We immediately began to search for the perfect contractor to help us rebuild our home and put our lives back together. We reviewed multiple contractors online and in person, as well as checking with the Nevada Contractors Board and local permitting offices. One name consistently stood out and was above all others. Jerezee Construction. They had hundreds of 5-star reviews which led me to review their gallery of photos on their website. Their quality of work caught my attention. I reached out to their office and spoke to Ian. We found him to be very professional. He immediately set up an appointment and was incredibly empathetic to our plight. The way he handled our initial contact was so different from other companies we contacted. The next step in our journey was meeting the owner Ilan who arrived at our home to assess the damage. It was quickly apparent this was an experienced and highly qualified contractor. He demonstrated exceptional standards, made suggestions, was extremely organized but above all else inspired confidence that he could help us. He reviewed the contract with us line by line, leaving no stone unturned and highly transparent with clear expectations. No hidden fees, and no surprises. Once the project began, a group text was established. This was updated twice daily throughout the project to keep us informed. We next met Heather, one of Jerezee's designers. Heather quickly recognized we were in over our head and inundated with so many decisions and choices to make. She took the lead and helped us make selections on flooring, bathroom tiles, color palates, hardware, lighting fixtures and paint. She made a comprehensive material list which was amazing. Heather was invaluable to us. She was so patient, knowledgeable and held my hand through every step. Both my husband and I are analytical with no creative bone in our body so doing the design part and picking out product was impossible for us. We couldn't have done this rebuild without her. We were assigned a project manager named David. He was the first line supervisor for all the crew and sub-contractors at our home. He was incredibly responsive, timely, accessible, patient, upbeat and positive always. He made a highly stressful period of our life bearable and was such a joy to work with. He was the right man, at the right time, at the right place for us. As the work progressed it quickly became apparent that all their rave reviews were justified. Construction started exactly as planned and they made the process so easy for us. They handled EVERYTHING! Their craftmanship was impeccable. It was as if they were rebuilding their own house. Ilan, the owner was often on site inspecting the work and the progress. Ilan and David were true perfectionists, and nothing escaped their skilled eyes. At the end of the project, we didn't even have a punch list! Their crew and subcontractors were always polite, respectful, professional and kind. Everyone worked so hard to get us back into our home and genuinely seemed empathetic and understanding of our initial heartbreak. In conclusion, Jerezee Construction and their entire team made a devastating time in our life so much less stressful. Many thanks to Ilan and his team of dedicated professionals. As they say, great leaders do not set out to be a leader... they set out to make a difference, and Ilan has done that with Jerezee Construction. We will be forever grateful to him and his crew and would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

When we first met with him we had high hopes, but it soon became obvious their field work and the office are on different pages. The quality of their work is poor, and they do not seem to take any pre-cautions to protect work they have completed. The new floor and marble countertop we had installed was severely scratched before it was even turned over and they argued we were being too picky and would not fix it. The quality and timeliness of their work was so substandard, we decided to have them only complete two of the three bathrooms and we went with another contractor for the 3rd who was much more prepared. If you have a standard bathroom with no high-end fixtures or finishes, I think they would do fine. I do not think they are used to working with anything that requires quality or higher finishes. The timing was also twice what they promised, so just be prepared to have it take longer if you go with them. When we decided to go our separate ways, it was noted in the final paperwork they would support any issues we had when completing the 3rd bathroom, as they had bought a large portion of the material. Well, we had issues and reached out to the office and the owner (Roy) who never called me back. I actually spoke to their office who assured me someone would call, but never did. We had to re-purchase some cabinets they had provided for the 3rd bathroom as it had parts missing because of damage caused by their own workers who installed the door pulls wrong and it damaged the face of the cabinets. Apparently, they never replaced the items and would not even call us back so we could find out how to get more. Very poor customer service. DO NOT USE Jerezee Construction unless you want a big headache. We have photos of their work and can provide more information if you would like. We had originally planned to not write a review but after they would not call us back for material support, we felt it was warranted to warn others about their business practices. You have been warned. Stay away! I need to update my review since another person called mine into question. The communication was poor and Roye did not check in with us during the project once. Maybe our project of $45K for 3 bathrooms was not big enough to get the support needed, but the final product and organization was very poor. Even after we parted ways, we were assured they would offer at least warranty support for the bathroom they did and on materials but we could not even get a call back. I said it before and will say it one more time. If your project is small and low quality finishes and you have no timeframe for completion, then choose them. If you want the finish product to be undamaged and finish within the original time agreed upon, choose another GC. We found another GC to complete our master bathroom and entire upstairs and it was night and day. DO NOT USE JEREZEE

The common point from what I could tell were that budget, work effort, and communication fell a little short. Karin worked with me on the front end, and Haim executed in an amazing way. That was my experience in the last few months. From a satisfaction point regarding this kitchen renovation it simply could not have gone any better. I will say that the details on the front end matter. We went over several iterations in the beginning. I had narrowed down to two really great contractor options. Ultimately, I went with 702R&R due to their ability to paint with lacquer and extreme attention to detail. I just felt they would do an amazing job. We worked together to build my dream kitchen. It came out even better than I had hoped. I think it is important to review your budget early. Extreme quality costs. Think "Homes on Homes" quality and worthy of HGTV results. John is one of the most professional and trustworthy independent contractors I've ever worked with. He is really easy to work with and he goes out of his way to make sure that you are happy with the final product. I recently asked him to change our side gate. All of the gates that we found online were easily over $2000. I asked John if he's able to bring the cost down and he did. He was able to bring the price down by going out of his way and sourcing the parts from different places. If that's not amazing customer service then I don't know what is. After the completed job, it may take some time before my family is able to recommend interior touch ups to others that may be looking into it. Getting into the scope of work and what was completed, a large part of the job was to repair drywall damage due to water leaks, paint touch ups, and door replacements. The attached pictures are, believe it or not, the "finished" work. Clear lack of attention to detail, and not sure even a secondary (or tertiary) quality check could make the job even appear more polished. In fairness to John, the finished product of landscaping related jobs from other reviews look great! But as far as interior work and aspirations to receive more projects in that scope of work, our house may have just been a stepping stone, but there may be a lot more stones to cross to even pass decent quality work for ourselves and others.
