On December 1, 2025, our entire house was destroyed in a catastrophic flood. We had just moved into our newly remodeled turn-key home 5 years previously and still loved everything about it. To say we were shell shocked and devastated would be putting it mildly. Our home was now in ruins. Bathrooms, cabinetry, flooring, drywall were all destroyed and our home was basically unlivable. We were down to studs and raw plumbing. We immediately began to search for the perfect contractor to help us rebuild our home and put our lives back together. We reviewed multiple contractors online and in person, as well as checking with the Nevada Contractors Board and local permitting offices. One name consistently stood out and was above all others. Jerezee Construction. They had hundreds of 5-star reviews which led me to review their gallery of photos on their website. Their quality of work caught my attention. I reached out to their office and spoke to Ian. We found him to be very professional. He immediately set up an appointment and was incredibly empathetic to our plight. The way he handled our initial contact was so different from other companies we contacted. The next step in our journey was meeting the owner Ilan who arrived at our home to assess the damage. It was quickly apparent this was an experienced and highly qualified contractor. He demonstrated exceptional standards, made suggestions, was extremely organized but above all else inspired confidence that he could help us. He reviewed the contract with us line by line, leaving no stone unturned and highly transparent with clear expectations. No hidden fees, and no surprises. Once the project began, a group text was established. This was updated twice daily throughout the project to keep us informed. We next met Heather, one of Jerezee's designers. Heather quickly recognized we were in over our head and inundated with so many decisions and choices to make. She took the lead and helped us make selections on flooring, bathroom tiles, color palates, hardware, lighting fixtures and paint. She made a comprehensive material list which was amazing. Heather was invaluable to us. She was so patient, knowledgeable and held my hand through every step. Both my husband and I are analytical with no creative bone in our body so doing the design part and picking out product was impossible for us. We couldn't have done this rebuild without her. We were assigned a project manager named David. He was the first line supervisor for all the crew and sub-contractors at our home. He was incredibly responsive, timely, accessible, patient, upbeat and positive always. He made a highly stressful period of our life bearable and was such a joy to work with. He was the right man, at the right time, at the right place for us. As the work progressed it quickly became apparent that all their rave reviews were justified. Construction started exactly as planned and they made the process so easy for us. They handled EVERYTHING! Their craftmanship was impeccable. It was as if they were rebuilding their own house. Ilan, the owner was often on site inspecting the work and the progress. Ilan and David were true perfectionists, and nothing escaped their skilled eyes. At the end of the project, we didn't even have a punch list! Their crew and subcontractors were always polite, respectful, professional and kind. Everyone worked so hard to get us back into our home and genuinely seemed empathetic and understanding of our initial heartbreak. In conclusion, Jerezee Construction and their entire team made a devastating time in our life so much less stressful. Many thanks to Ilan and his team of dedicated professionals. As they say, great leaders do not set out to be a leader... they set out to make a difference, and Ilan has done that with Jerezee Construction. Within just a couple of days, Roye met us on-site to walk the property and truly understand our goals, vision, concerns, and the unique challenges we were facing. From that moment on, we knew we were in good hands. Jerezee completely remodeled our cabin in Mount Charleston, and from start to finish, they went above and beyond every step of the way. Mountain construction comes with unique challenges, and we definitely encountered some major ones. Whether it was weather or unexpected issues that come with building on the mountain, the Jerezee team never hesitated to jump in--even on their days off (and even on a birthday!)--to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of dedication and customer service is incredibly rare and gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire project. Candace was wonderful to work with, helping us navigate design decisions and select materials that perfectly fit our vision. Ian brought great energy from the very first phone call and made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless by coordinating and handling all of the administrative details that happen behind the scenes on a project of this size and complexity. One thing that really stood out was the pride they took in their work. The job site was consistently kept clean, organized, and tidy throughout the remodel, which made a huge difference during such a large project. As we reached the finish line, they encouraged us to "blue tape" every item we wanted addressed, no matter how small. They came back and carefully worked through every detail without hesitation. That commitment to the finishing touches is what takes a project from good to truly exceptional. The entire team was knowledgeable, dependable, genuine, and truly invested in making sure our remodel turned out exactly as we had envisioned. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded every expectation we had. They were transparent throughout the process, communicated openly, and consistently demonstrated that they genuinely cared about the success of our project--not just completing another job. The common point from what I could tell were that budget, work effort, and communication fell a little short. Karin worked with me on the front end, and Haim executed in an amazing way. That was my experience in the last few months. From a satisfaction point regarding this kitchen renovation it simply could not have gone any better. I will say that the details on the front end matter. We went over several iterations in the beginning. I had narrowed down to two really great contractor options. Ultimately, I went with 702R&R due to their ability to paint with lacquer and extreme attention to detail. I just felt they would do an amazing job. We worked together to build my dream kitchen. It came out even better than I had hoped. I think it is important to review your budget early. Extreme quality costs. Think "Homes on Homes" quality and worthy of HGTV results. I don't want to over promise. It is YOUR design, so you will get what you give. Haim's expertise in managing is worth his weight in gold. Ask early if at your budget level they are interested. I came across this company as I saw they fully remodeled a home near me (that was recently sold) and their work and design looked good. So I gave them a call and Leo (estimator) was really honest and upfront about their process and more importantly gave me a good ballpark range of what I need to come in with for a full remodel. Also provided some ideas on breaking up the project in to phases (something I never thought about). I normally wouldn't write a review but given the bad experiences I've had just getting a quote from other contractors I'm thoroughly impressed with this company so far.

He is really easy to work with and he goes out of his way to make sure that you are happy with the final product. I recently asked him to change our side gate. All of the gates that we found online were easily over $2000. I asked John if he's able to bring the cost down and he did. He was able to bring the price down by going out of his way and sourcing the parts from different places. If that's not amazing customer service then I don't know what is. The attached pictures are, believe it or not, the "finished" work. Clear lack of attention to detail, and not sure even a secondary (or tertiary) quality check could make the job even appear more polished. In fairness to John, the finished product of landscaping related jobs from other reviews look great! But as far as interior work and aspirations to receive more projects in that scope of work, our house may have just been a stepping stone, but there may be a lot more stones to cross to even pass decent quality work for ourselves and others.

He said it was actually possible to meet our budget but he would have to send Markitos over to do an estimate. Markitos gave us a great affordable price to paint our tub and tiles white and he was super nice. It took him 8 hours one day and he came back the second day to do some caulking. Even though he set up a huge industrial fan, the smell was very strong and we had to let it air out for a week before the smell disappeared. The tub and tiles look fabulous and I love the results! Ironically, that is what led us to signing a contract with him on the spot. What also made us feel more comfortable was knowing that it would be either Chuck or his son, Carlos, handling the install. Carlos was very respectful when he was installing the roller shades and proactively asked whether we were happy with them. Even when I asked Chuck about the valances, he came by to check them himself the same day. We contacted Leo's Handyman Services as we had small cracks forming in our ceiling of our garage in…read morethe drywall seams where the tape was. We contacted Leo via Yelp, and received a response a short time later. Shortly afterwards, Leo came out to our home. He assessed the work, took some pictures and said his specialist can do the job, no problem. That should have been our first warning that Leo himself was not doing the work/repair and did not bring his specialist along for the initial review. He said, I'm an engineer and don't do that sort of work, but no problem he can do it, he'll make it look good, he's a specialist! We talked about how important it was to have our garage cabinets, tools, area where we have shoes and some outdoor furniture stored in the garage covered with plastic and that our newly done epoxy floor would need to be covered from the debris and dust. Leo said that they usually only cover the floor where the work would be done, his reply was it's a garage. We stressed in our conversation and also outlined in our response via text that it was important that it's covered if we hired him for the job. He agreed that it would be done. Later that evening he sent a message with the quote but did not send a contract or scope of work with his quote detailing the work (that should have been another red flag). So I responded with a message that specifically outlined our expectations of the job and what was to be done. He replied, yes everything outlined would be done. He then messaged me that his specialist would be at our home that following Thursday, which we agreed. Wednesday came around and Leo messaged us that his specialist was at another job previously and that he was doing such a great job, the client asked him to stay another day to do more work. He asked if he can come to us on Monday, we said no problem. He said he'd be there in the am on Monday, but would message us with the time frame on Sunday. Sunday came and Leo texted us indicating Simon will arrive around noon, ok no problem. Monday came and Simon showed up at 1pm, he brought his ladder, a drop cloth and only covered the door leading from the garage to our kitchen with plastic, and covered nothing else that we spoke of. After putting that up, Simon told my husband he needed to get some supplies and would be back in 20 minutes. Like what, why did he not come prepared in the first place. The job was straight forward, remove old tape, replace tape, add dry wall/mud, texture and paint (which we supplied the paint). Anyway, Simon left and came back an hour later, not 20 minutes. After returning he worked another 20 minutes and knocked on our door telling us he needed more supplies and would be back in 20 minutes????? He left and came back 20 minutes later. By now it's 3pm, he finished up around 6pm. When we went out to look at the work, it was a mess! He put drywall mud over the tape and used a textured paint roller to texture the areas that were done. We asked why he did not allow for the mud to dry then sand and texture and paint when it was all the way dried? He looked at us perplexed, and said texture spray is expensive and that his textured roller brush gave it a sprayed look. We said that, this is not what we agreed to and that 2 cans of texture spray would have covered it and cost around $20. He literally put tape, drywall mud and painted without allowing properly drying in between each process. The areas he did are noticeable. See photo. I then asked where was all the plastic to cover the areas we discussed with Leo, he could not answer. He spoke very little English so communication was difficult and very frustrating. We advised him he needs to clean up as everything was covered in drywall dust. He ran a shop vacuum for a few minutes and wiped a few areas down and left. Everything was covered in white dust, Everything! I tried to call Leo, but he did not take my call. So I texted him saying that Simon did not do what we discussed. In addition the work done looks worse than it did when the ceiling was cracking. The areas are lumpy and it's an eyesore. Leo finally responded that he and Simon agreed to do it the way he did it as it was more cost effective for them. Leo or Simon at no time never contacted us to change any part of what was agreed. He decided to cut corners without advising us otherwise. His word were they made the decision as it was just a garage. We understand that it would not look 100% the same, but he didn't even try to make it look even half way better. He said what can we do to make it right? To be honest, we just wanted he and his specialist gone. They literally fked up our ceiling and now we'll have to pay someone to fix it. We would not let him touch anything around our home with a 10ft pole. Shame on you Leo for taking our money and leaving us with shoddy work! I would think twice before hiring Leo's Handyman Services ! If we could give zero stars we would!

Good luck with communication with this company. Super quick on responding to yelp inquiry and scheduling an appointment. Roni came over did measurements and stated let me know when you get other estimates I'll do the lower price for you I reached out via yelp asking for an estimate they responded a whole day later saying "hi $11800" No break down no explanation on what's in this estimate. Follow up on getting a breakdown of it and pure Glad I decided to move forward with another company Edited Correct you have came and met and took measurements but provided a hi 11800$ over yelp. I asked for what it entails and got no response back. How did you come up with what you call customer project cost but provided no details. But also shortly after post was made your rep who came to take measurements immediately called and sent a message with "i asked the secretary to send you the quote". Maybe advice for your future projects is dont just spit out the cost without providing details. Best of luck read more

Kenco, and the owner Ken Thomas are amazing. Responsive, courteous, reliable, and the quality of the product and the work are just exceptional. The owner came out in person to assess the window type and was really accommodating and the price was wonderful. I got regular updates on status of order and installation dates and everything happened as they said it would. The installer Artie and his helper Alex were really on top of it and a difficult installation (removing an old non-tempered glass picture window with no frame from a second story) went without a hitch. The owner contacted me to let me know about any delays so I knew exactly when the installer Artie was coming. I can't say enough good things about this company. read more

I'm very concerned about the repair that was made. After they handled the repair I noticed the shingles around the repair were very loose and lifting in the wind, which was not the case before. I raised my concerns but was told, for $1200, they only touched the gap and blamed the roof for being "very old". The roof is only a few years old. Another wind storm came through last night and the shingles I was concerned about were ripped off, clearly a result of their repair they made as it wasnt secured correctly. If I'm spending $1200 on a roof repair I expect the problem to be solved, not the cause of more issues. read more

Kenco is GREAT. I worked with and in the construction industry in my younger days..and know first hand the up and downs and sometimes frustration that can go along with it. Kemco Remodeling has taken out alot of the sting and worry that comes along with a bad experience. Kenny and his crew kept me updated for the whole job. The common point from what I could tell were that budget, work effort, and communication fell a little short. Karin worked with me on the front end, and Haim executed in an amazing way. That was my experience in the last few months. From a satisfaction point regarding this kitchen renovation it simply could not have gone any better. I will say that the details on the front end matter. We went over several iterations in the beginning. I had narrowed down to two really great contractor options. Ultimately, I went with 702R&R due to their ability to paint with lacquer and extreme attention to detail. I just felt they would do an amazing job. We worked together to build my dream kitchen. Most time it's because dirty water and dust on the top layer block Jacob " Not quite sure what that means, I'm guessing if he's saying that the stucco was applied on top of a dirty fence on a brand new home, perhaps they should've used a blower or suggested we do it, if it was going to have an adverse effect on the completed fence. Why would we spend that kind of $ and not get a good result? We've had pretty hard rain since and my fence still looks the same in most of the areas.
