I decided to work with this company based on a referral from one of my friends. I met Aaron and spoke with him several times -- he was definitely one of the main reasons I chose to proceed with them. However, after the installation, I had a very hard time getting any responses from the company. Each time I reached out for help, I ended up contacting Aaron, even though he's the estimator and not directly responsible for my post-installation issues. He was kind enough to try to assist me anyway. It has now been three months since the installation, and I'm still waiting for them to come and fix a broken landscaping light. They told me it would take about a week to order and replace, but I haven't heard back since. read more

They had no issues with me being up on my roof with them, or watching them work the entire time. All of them respected that I knew about roofing and didn't talk down to me. Roofing team of Martin, and Sergio and his son Anthony, were all professional, conscientious, thorough. Crew Lead Sergio came on-site quickly to briefly resolve an unforeseen condition. All customizations (flashings, tile cutting, 18" overlap, etc.) that the three roofers did individually, were top-notch. Very impressed with the quality of their work and thoroughness. Office staff Dawn & Ceci were quick, responsive, friendly, and professional. One note, not realizing how much debris would be under the tiles, next time I will know to let my neighbor know some of it would fall onto his patio, and not to let the dog out while work was being done. Luckily, they didn't have much out there at the time. Roofing crew automatically went next door afterwards to offer to clean. Next time, will let neighbors know in-advance so they can make sure they clear the patio area if they want before work starts, and to ensure the dog does his business before the work starts. A couple years after the install, the roof itself is holding up well and there have been no issues with the shingles. Unfortunately, the team that nailed everything down was very sloppy and damaged many of the exposed trusses and left poorly aimed nails. One of the team leads came by after I pointed out the issue and dremelled off some of the revealed nails, but even now I'm still finding them. Unfortunately, while nails can be cut off and patched, the cracked and split trusses will take significantly more work to resolve. read more

I can't say enough great things about Ariat Roofing! Last year, I had a few tiles come off the roof of our house, and Josh and his team came out to assess the situation. They gave us a very reasonable quote, and as a retired military vet, I especially appreciated the military discount they offered. Fast forward to this past weekend, when my wife and I were away in California for a long weekend visit. We returned home to find that a few tiles had come off the back corner of our roof. Tried to set up an appointment for them to come out to give me an estimate DAWN couldn't give me a set date when she just said when they're available again they will call me back which was fine but my home insurance company is about to cancel my policy due to roof conditions I asked her if she could send me in writing they are coming out soon since that's what my agent told me to send as long as I have a proof that I have someone coming out to fix the roof they will reconsider and she basically told me to have them call her NO I said they need in writing and DAWN got snappy. We all want a contractor to come out the moment we call because we have a problem and want it taken care of yesterday. We also know that just won't happen because a good contractor is busy and the best are even busier. That being said, Ariat is at the top of the list of the best in the Vegas valley. My home was hit by a micro burst on May 22nd and of course I had to call my insurance to file a claim for the first time. Then came the numerous phone calls and all the well it might be a month from now before we can come out just to give you an estimate. Then I got a hold of Ariat Roofing and a young lady named Cecilia. She explained that they too were very busy but they could get Josh, their estimator out in 2 days. She also told me that if I accepted their bid it might be as long as a month until they work could be completed. Ok no problem as I was working with insurance and I understand great work doesn't happen right now just because you think that you're their only client. Josh and Aaron showed up, went over my roof in total and explained what work needed done. Also, since I have solar, I need some panels removed to do the work properly. Josh gave me the name of a great solar company that they had done business with and who to ask for (Reta at 1Sun Solar Electric, also a great company). After getting a check from my insurance company and knowing my deductible (), I still had a few dollars left in the bank and asked Josh to come back out as I had some questions about the cost to do a complete section of my roof instead of just the damage repair. He and Aaron made some measurements and gave me a new figure that I could afford to do which was the smart thing to do in the overall situation. After agreeing to the new cost, Cecilia went to work with their scheduling team and was able to get me a date to do the work. She also coordinated with Reta at 1 Sun Solar Electric so that everything would run smoothly. The roofing crew that did the work was awesome. I had told them my better half worked from home and had two meetings that day. They showed total respect for her work and completed the roof without interruption. Plus they did a top notch job which was even better than I had expected. I called and got an estimate for repairing a leaking roof. What a great company! After repairing the leaks, it was noted that the original tile roofing design was faulty--curved tiles were covering the edge of two valleys, blocking rainwater and causing it to pour down over the facia, damaging the wood in both places. It was not easy to devise a "fix" that would provide proper drainage without looking jerry-rigged and ugly, but the design and extra work were provided without exceeding the original cost estimate. read more

They stopped by and said they would look around outside and get back to me. I never heard from them again. That was over two weeks ago. read more

They were recommended to me by a friend, and when the estimator came out I had told him that as recent transplants to Las vegas, we've been having trouble finding good quality and reliable contractors. He assured me he was going to restore my faith in Las Vegas contractors. He assured me he would have an estimate to me within a matter of days. I had to reach out to him on more than one occasion asking again and again for my estimate, 18 days later still no estimate. I actually had two jobs that I would have potentially used them for. Ariat Roofing just completed the refelting of our entire roof, and we just have to say we're so impressed with Ariat's professionalism and work quality! From our initial contact with Ariat to the final invoicing procedure, we received prompt and excellent attention. When we called Ariat for an estimate, Josh and Aaron came within a few days and patiently explained the different options (and showed us photos they had taken on our roof) for fixing a leak we had over one window. Since our home is now 25 years old, we decided to refelt the entire roof vs. only do a repair. While Ariat's proposal for the entire roof was not the least expensive (Ariat was in the middle of the range of estimates we got), we believe they are the most cost efficient and worthwhile. Although the start of our roof project was delayed 1 week by Ariat, they came on time the following week, and the crew was here every day of the project (took 3.5 days to complete, which was quicker than Ariat had estimated!) either on time or slightly earlier. Each day, the crew members were very diligent about cleaning up the work area and the ground around our home (often picking up debris as they worked during the workday). They also covered the stone finish of our driveway when placing a dumpster and were very careful with all of our outdoor lighting fixtures, etc. The photos we received of the roof after Ariat completed the project reflect great performance of the work. Finally, the administrative staff we interacted with for scheduling and invoicing were helpful and courteous. We've experienced a number of disappointing service calls in recent years, so it was so wonderful to work with a reliable, professional company like Ariat! read more
