My house in Trop/McLeod was built in the 70's and my shingle roof was really bad. After getting many quotes, I went with Ariat. Josh and Aaron answered all my questions and all the guys who came to do my roof were very professional. The job was done in 2 days. I love my new roof and I really appreciate their service. I would definitely recommend these guys. Absolutely 100% satisfied. I'm hard to please!!! read more

I hired Ariat Roofing in 2020 for a complete new roof including the boards underneath. Totally new roof. Now in 2026 I have multiple leaks because a big part of the backside of the roof was never sealed properly (see pictures the new roofing company took before repairing this). I sent Ariat a message to see if the warranty covers this and they didn't reply so I had to hire another roofer to fix this. I would not recommend them unfortunately. If they reach out to me I will update my review. read more

The guys were prompt and seemed to do a great job! Josh, who did our bid, was great at explaining what needed to be done and was able to schedule us in a timely manner they also cleaned up after they were done! I was referred to them by a neighbor who was very satisfied with their work as well! read more

They replaced our back roof in three days and cleaned up everything. Would highly recommend.

I decided to work with this company based on a referral from one of my friends. I met Aaron and spoke with him several times -- he was definitely one of the main reasons I chose to proceed with them. However, after the installation, I had a very hard time getting any responses from the company. Each time I reached out for help, I ended up contacting Aaron, even though he's the estimator and not directly responsible for my post-installation issues. He was kind enough to try to assist me anyway. It has now been three months since the installation, and I'm still waiting for them to come and fix a broken landscaping light. They told me it would take about a week to order and replace, but I haven't heard back since. read more

My experience with Ariat roofing was extremely smooth and exceptional. Their customer service and integrity of their commitment for their quality service should be recognized and admired for. From the beginning to the end, every single staff members were courteous, polite and exhibited exceptional customer service. The project Manager, Aaron, and Elvin, and Foreman Beto were very pleasant to talk to. No company is perfect, and you know what kind of business they are running based on how they handle a situation when there is an issue. We countered a very minor issue and they took the full ownership and took care of it with no fuss when it was addressed. I received quotes from 4 different companies and Ariat's quote was very reasonable. Ariat not only offer a very honest pricing, but also a great customer service. I will HIGHLY recommend Ariat Roofing based on my experience. If you do give your business to them, I hope you get to interact with Aaron, Elvin and Beto :) read more

TILE ROOF REPAIR - TOP QUALITY, FAIR PRICE. Start to finish, great experience (March 2025). Josh and Aaron came out to inspect, assess, and quote. Professional, friendly, thorough, respectful, no hype or up-sell, no BS. Hard to find vendors and staff who respect women in construction. They had no issues with me being up on my roof with them, or watching them work the entire time. All of them respected that I knew about roofing and didn't talk down to me. They were fully transparent in their logic for their recommendations, sent quick and complete quote, with very fair price. License and insurance all in order. Roofing team of Martin, and Sergio and his son Anthony, were all professional, conscientious, thorough. Crew Lead Sergio came on-site quickly to briefly resolve an unforeseen condition. All customizations (flashings, tile cutting, 18" overlap, etc.) that the three roofers did individually, were top-notch. Very impressed with the quality of their work and thoroughness. Office staff Dawn & Ceci were quick, responsive, friendly, and professional. One note, not realizing how much debris would be under the tiles, next time I will know to let my neighbor know some of it would fall onto his patio, and not to let the dog out while work was being done. Luckily, they didn't have much out there at the time. Roofing crew automatically went next door afterwards to offer to clean. Next time, will let neighbors know in-advance so they can make sure they clear the patio area if they want before work starts, and to ensure the dog does his business before the work starts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARIAT ROOFING! Already referred them to friends who are also happy with their work. read more

A couple years after the install, the roof itself is holding up well and there have been no issues with the shingles. Unfortunately, the team that nailed everything down was very sloppy and damaged many of the exposed trusses and left poorly aimed nails. One of the team leads came by after I pointed out the issue and dremelled off some of the revealed nails, but even now I'm still finding them. Unfortunately, while nails can be cut off and patched, the cracked and split trusses will take significantly more work to resolve. read more

I was so impressed with these people and this company, I had to write a review. Which I neverrr do!! Starting with Josh, Aaron, and then Eric. The estimators, who happen to be brothers, who made the initial contact with me. Josh and Aaron were Awesome in both their expertise, explanations, and my options moving forward. Their personalities however are what sold me as well as their family & company values... Those were easy to see... Those transcend throughout the company and it's evident!! The crew that was sent out lead by Kevin, was also reassuring with their abilities and professionalism. Kevin kept me informed and didn't mind my questions throughout the process. With a construction background and a bit of a perfectionism personality, I probably was more thorough than most people would be. That's just me... They had no problem with my OC nature and getting it done right. Safely, efficiently, respectfully, and leaving me with a smile on my face. Eric and Elvin continued this great service with their walk through of the project afterwards. Answering any questions or concerns I had... Overall, I'm very happy with this company, these people that I naturally warmed up too and respected. A job well done and much appreciate!! I will definitely be recommending and referring this company and these people to anyone who wants a conscientious team who cares about its customers, and who does what's right on their side. Awesomeness!! Thanks Ariat Roofing!! Guy S. A/C chase and shed shingle replacement read more

Recently, I contacted Ariat Roofing to address a small leak manifesting in an upstairs ceiling, replace damaged roofing tiles, inspect and repair any roofing problems, and remove a swimming pool solar heating system. Within a matter of days, Kevin and his crew showed up as scheduled. Their work was excellent and not only did they clean up all the debris from their work, they also completely cleaned the first and second floor roofs. My wife and I were impressed at how fast they accomplished their work, the quality of their work, and their attention to detail. The end results far exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with Ariat Roofing. read more

I can't say enough great things about Ariat Roofing! Last year, I had a few tiles come off the roof of our house, and Josh and his team came out to assess the situation. They gave us a very reasonable quote, and as a retired military vet, I especially appreciated the military discount they offered. To top it off, Josh even gave us a one-year guarantee on their work, which really put my mind at ease. Fast forward to this past weekend, when my wife and I were away in California for a long weekend visit. We returned home to find that a few tiles had come off the back corner of our roof. I reached out to Josh from Ariat Roofing again, and he quickly sent Eric and his crew to inspect the roof. Less than an hour later, the issue was completely resolved! Not only did they fix the tiles that had come off, but Eric and his team also went the extra mile by inspecting the entire roof to make sure there were no other issues. Eric even recommended getting the gutters cleaned of pine needles once the windy weather dies down. When I asked how much this extra service would cost, Eric said, "No charge! It's all part of our exceptional service." That's the kind of customer care you just don't see every day! From the initial consultation to the recent repair, Josh, Eric, and the entire Ariat Roofing crew have consistently impressed us with their professionalism, meticulous work, and commitment to excellent customer service. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Kudos to Ariat Roofing--this company goes above and beyond! Highly recommend to anyone in need of roofing services! read more

Tried to set up an appointment for them to come out to give me an estimate DAWN couldn't give me a set date when she just said when they're available again they will call me back which was fine but my home insurance company is about to cancel my policy due to roof conditions I asked her if she could send me in writing they are coming out soon since that's what my agent told me to send as long as I have a proof that I have someone coming out to fix the roof they will reconsider and she basically told me to have them call her NO I said they need in writing and DAWN got snappy. I was prepared to hand you over 10K probably more if I were to go with you guys and for her to have an attitude is crazy to me I guess they don't need extra money read more

Great price and excellent work. Flawless from the time of estimate and through completion. I highly recommend this company!

As a female, I am always hesitant when calling for workmen to come out to give me an estimate as well as following through with quality work but, I was delightfully surprised with Ariat Roofing. Not only did the owner respond quickly but he was very insightful and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of and as a female that tends to happen with certain companies. I was able to be scheduled in an acceptable amount of time and the work exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much for all your help, I'll be sure to recommend you to my friends. read more

My family and I have been using Ariat Roofing for 7 years. They have performed repairs at our several residences and our commercial property. The crew showed up on time with efficient and excellent repair work. Highly recommend Ariat Roofing.

We all want a contractor to come out the moment we call because we have a problem and want it taken care of yesterday. We also know that just won't happen because a good contractor is busy and the best are even busier. That being said, Ariat is at the top of the list of the best in the Vegas valley. My home was hit by a micro burst on May 22nd and of course I had to call my insurance to file a claim for the first time. Then came the numerous phone calls and all the well it might be a month from now before we can come out just to give you an estimate. Then I got a hold of Ariat Roofing and a young lady named Cecilia. She explained that they too were very busy but they could get Josh, their estimator out in 2 days. She also told me that if I accepted their bid it might be as long as a month until they work could be completed. Ok no problem as I was working with insurance and I understand great work doesn't happen right now just because you think that you're their only client. Josh and Aaron showed up, went over my roof in total and explained what work needed done. Also, since I have solar, I need some panels removed to do the work properly. Josh gave me the name of a great solar company that they had done business with and who to ask for (Reta at 1Sun Solar Electric, also a great company). After getting a check from my insurance company and knowing my deductible (), I still had a few dollars left in the bank and asked Josh to come back out as I had some questions about the cost to do a complete section of my roof instead of just the damage repair. He and Aaron made some measurements and gave me a new figure that I could afford to do which was the smart thing to do in the overall situation. After agreeing to the new cost, Cecilia went to work with their scheduling team and was able to get me a date to do the work. She also coordinated with Reta at 1 Sun Solar Electric so that everything would run smoothly. The roofing crew that did the work was awesome. I had told them my better half worked from home and had two meetings that day. They showed total respect for her work and completed the roof without interruption. Plus they did a top notch job which was even better than I had expected. So the next time you need work done on your roof, give Ariat Roofing a call and remember that quality work won't happen the moment you hang up the phone, but you will get a great job done at a great price. I RECOMMEND ARIAT ROOFING and they stand by their work. read more

Josh took pictures of the broken and disturbed tile and explained to me the necessary repair. He also inspected the entire roof taking pictures to show me everything was in good shape. It seems the damage was done by weather where the wind had exceeded 50mph a few months back. I would fully recommend Ariat Roofing to anyone. They are well deserving of the AAA rating by the BBB. read more

Dear Owners & Staff at Ariat Roofing: You didn't just waste the 2-hour window that we sat waiting for you to show up even though we had scheduled and re-confirmed our appointment with you. You also wasted the whole week it took for you to schedule us an appointment. If I was not so annoyed with your lack of concern when you called us to cancel at the very last minute, I guess I should be relieved that I was able to escape from hiring a company who obviously does not value me or my family's time. Did amazing job on my roof and reasonable. Workers were very responsible of my patio furniture plants etc. would definitely recommend Ariat.

I called for an estimate to replace facia and it took two weeks to hear back. They left a message on my voicemail what time they'd be coming without confirming it was a good time. They stopped by and said they would look around outside and get back to me. I never heard from them again. That was over two weeks ago. read more

I called and got an estimate for repairing a leaking roof. What a great company! After repairing the leaks, it was noted that the original tile roofing design was faulty--curved tiles were covering the edge of two valleys, blocking rainwater and causing it to pour down over the facia, damaging the wood in both places. It was not easy to devise a "fix" that would provide proper drainage without looking jerry-rigged and ugly, but the design and extra work were provided without exceeding the original cost estimate. read more

We chose Ariat Roofing after getting a few estimates. They where on time and thorough. The estimate was right on target with a few of the others we had out. The guys who worked on our roof did an excellent job. That being said they did mess up a few things that had nothing to do with the roof. Jay and Eric came out and listened to our complaints and I am so happy they made everything right. They are true to their word and I respect that. So if your looking for a honest, trustworthy roofing company then look no further. read more

Jay has done a great job for me on many occasions. I've had him do inspections on many possible investment purchases. His info has aided greatly in making the best return on our dollars and saved me about $15,000 in a six month period of time! Currently working on a repair which will include a drywall ceiling interior patch job. I'm excited to get this done before Christmas! Good job guys! read more

I see a lot of good reviews here about their craftsmanship and quality of work, but I will never know because I couldn't even get an estimate from these guys. They were recommended to me by a friend, and when the estimator came out I had told him that as recent transplants to Las vegas, we've been having trouble finding good quality and reliable contractors. He assured me he was going to restore my faith in Las Vegas contractors. He assured me he would have an estimate to me within a matter of days. I had to reach out to him on more than one occasion asking again and again for my estimate, 18 days later still no estimate. I actually had two jobs that I would have potentially used them for. Clearly these guys don't need my money and aren't interested in my business. What a shame, I had high hopes for them. read more
