He was extremely knowledgeable, answered every question my partner and I had, brought samples so we could compare options, and never once pressured us into unnecessary upgrades. We always felt informed, not sold to. Jose, our foreman, made sure everything was completed correctly and kept us updated throughout the installation. His communication with the crew was excellent, and I was amazed they completed the entire roof in just two days. What an incredible team. Today is October 28, exactly TWO WEEKS later, and I have received ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. No estimates, no photographs, no inspection findings, no written explanation, nothing. Just repeated promises that have never been fulfilled. I've followed up numerous times by text and tried calling the company's office without success. Jordan even claimed he had attempted to call me several times and had already sent the estimates. However, I had no missed calls from him and never received a single email. I checked my inbox, spam, and junk folders and confirmed my email address with him multiple times. After I confronted him about the lack of communication, he finally called me, apologized, and personally guaranteed that I would receive everything the following morning. That deadline came and went, just like the others. Another promise, another disappointment. What makes this situation particularly frustrating is that Jordan personally inspected my property, including accessing my attic and walking on my roof, yet I have absolutely no documentation of what he found, what needs to be repaired, or the condition of the areas he inspected. Meanwhile, we've had more rain, and I'm still dealing with a roof that has confirmed leaks. I specifically explained how concerned I was about my home and how important it was to me to have everything properly documented and repaired to a high standard. What kind of professionalism is this?
