My review has NOTHING to do with their quality of work. I requested an estimate to repair/replace a roof. Yelp allowed me to contact 5 companies. This is the only company that requested that I Zelle them $75.00 to schedule the inspection for the estimate. Why should I pay them for the estimate when I can get 4 companies to do it at no charge. I am sure that these companies that do it at no charge have a built-in cost for the estimate, which is in my opinion a much better business model. As of now, this company is loosing on the opportunity to do a job that costs at least 150 times the cost of the estimate - very shortsighted but best wishes to them! read more

They were able to give me a fair quote. Completed the job efficiently and were very easy to talk with. Provided plenty of pictures before and after. They arrived exactly when they said they would. read more

Alberto not only replaced the broken tile on my roof quickly, he identified the lack of flashing along the roof edge and installed that as well. He cleaned debris off of my patio cover (which I can no longer do myself), and had it all completed within a matter of a few hours. I highly recommend him. He is reliable, thorough, and gets the job done! read more

I needed pine needles swept off my roof. I contacted several companies and this company responded quickly and with a fair price. They provided a free estimate and put it in writing upon request. On the day of service, they arrived a few minutes early, cleaned my roof, collected all the needles, and packed them up neatly. They were efficient and very easy to work with. It was actually one of the easiest and most straightforward transactions I've had in recent memory. Highly recommend! read more

I had many roof leaks during the huge Vegas storm in September. I contacted All Pro Maintenance Services through the Yelp project application. Alberto responded right away! He came by the same week and gave me a great quote and was reasonably priced compared to others. I was working with my home warranty and Alberto helped with the process. He completed the work promptly and efficiently. He replaced 11 broken tiles and reinstalled loose tiles. He also replaced caps around my chimney area and cleaned around the a/c unit. He did a great job! I would recommend. Always responded quickly and completed the job in great time. read more

Alberto and his team did an excellent job repairing my roof. He quoted me a good price and finished the job in 2.5 days.

Requested a quote for my roof repair in my front porch area and Alberto was very prompt in reaching out. He came out to do a very thorough inspection of my roof and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work efforts needed. When it came to the day to do the repair, they did a great job and provided updates with pictures. I would certainly reach out to Alberto in the future for any roof repairs or redo! read more

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed by this company. Not only did they fail to show up for our scheduled quote appointment, but they also did not bother to reply back to me in a timely manner. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on their business practices. I expect better communication and reliability from any company I choose to work with in the future. *** The owner responded saying they informed me of cancellation that never happened read more

Reached out through Yelp for roof maintenance and Alberto answered right away. We set up a time for him to come by for an estimate the next day. He was on time and spent quite a lot of time inspecting my roof & taking pictures to show me the work needed. He gave me a fair price and set up when he would be back to do the work. He was on time and spent nearly the whole day cleaning the roof, replacing broken tiles, cleaning gutters and recaulking flashings. When he was done, he and his crew cleaned up and showed me the after-pictures, so clean!!!! I would recommend hiring, they did a great job! read more

I can honestly say my experience is different from others. There were a few negative reviews on this company about a "language barrier", I'm white and had no problem speaking with Alberto. The job they do is not easy. Alberto, showed great professionalism while dealing with me. The original price quoted did not change. As far as the work, Alberto told me when my house was built they did not use the proper size nails to secure the tiled shingles to the roof which caused them to fall off. When I asked if he could put longer nails in the others that may fall off in the future he said that will not be a problem he will take care of it.  Alberto, has all the right to refuse service to the ungrateful clients that try and weasel the price down because of a" language barrier". Alberto speaks good english. In such a terrible economy with the cost of living so high the price was reasonable and the work was completed in a timely manner. Thank you Alberto for being a man of your word that's tough to come by nowadays. read more

We had a missing tile from our roof due to wind damage and it was leaking into a room. Alberto and All Pro was great from the moment I requested a quote. He promptly responded late at night and scheduled an inspection for the very next morning. He gave a reasonable quote that beat the competition and was back the very same afternoon to fix our roof. He was efficient and thorough. He was professional and pleasant to work with. Thank you Alberto! read more

Alberto was quick to respond to my request and was able to come out see what my issue was same day. He explained everything clearly and broke down the estimate for me, which seemed super reasonable for the work he was going to do. He came out the next two days and now my roof is leak free! I am working with him on a couple more projects now- super reliable, does great work for good prices and a friendly guy - definitely recommend All Pro! read more

I needed a new roof on my house and Alberto quickly responded and provided a quote. I thought he did a good job on the quote and explanation of the work. I also needed a quote for some sheetrock repair due to a leak in my existing roof and his rate was competitively priced for that work as well. The problem happened after he agreed to take on the job for the sheetrock repair. The day before the work was supposed to start I had sent a text message. Alberto did not tell me who was doing the job, when they would arrive and some other key details. I presumed he was either sending a crew or one of his workers for the sheetrock repaid. In my text, I inquired about the arrival time as well as if the people coming to do the repair spoke decent english for me to communicate with. That is exactly how I wrote the text with no derogatory connotations. I do not speak Spanish and have had challenges in the past with non-English speaking crews with no one on site to communicate with who did a job improperly due to a complete language barrier. This request has absolutely nothing to do with prejudice or anything of that matter. Due to past experiences it is important for me to communicate with someone on site. Especially when dealing with interior work that requires measurements, can light placement and potential wiring. Communication is a must. This is where Alberto became very unprofessional. I received a reply insinuating something I did not say. Alberto implied he was offended since he thought we communicated well during the quote and then said he refused to do the job abruptly, less than 24 hours before the job was supposed to start. I responded to his text in a kind manner saying there must of been a misunderstanding. I did not know he was doing the job himself (therefore no language barrier) and I was only inquiring about potential language barrier problems. Alberto never took a second to reply to the text. Just essentially accused me of being a bigot and ghosted a job that was supposed to start within 24 hours. I think this behavior is not good and I caution others about his ability to handle himself professionally. If you are doing big $10,000+ jobs (roofing) or even $750 jobs (sheetrock repair), you need a stable and competent contractor. Alberto may do good work and I believe he is very capable. I just would of hated for his attitude or behavior to of shown up during the job itself. I wish him all the best but thought I should share this experience with others. The process of finding contractors and inviting them into your home while paying out fairly large sums of money is stressful. His behavior just makes this entire process bad for everyone. Both the contractors and the home owners. ** I did find an excellent sheet rock repair person here on Yelp who is Ukrainian. He did not speak any english but used google translate on his phone to get the job done. He did incredibly good work with his wife and I couldn't be happier. To be clear, I just need someone who I can communicate with. This has nothing to do with even speaking english. I just need a person willing to put in the effort to communicate to produce proper results that lead to no issue between both parties. The contractor is "TS HANDYMAN" here on yelp. Great team and extremely kind and pleasant to work with. read more

All pro maintenance quickly responded and set up an appointment. They came out on time every time and gave me the quote first day which was emailed by the end of the day. I was able to make the deposit of 60% and they scheduled to start the next day. Over the course of a 3 days the work was completed inside and out. With the final 40% being paid upon satisfaction. He was nice and courteous and let me know when he was leaving and arriving for the day.
