Cody with Baccus came by my house today to check a suspected leak on my patio. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He had his suspicions that it may not actually be something to worry about but still removed some tile and double checked the roof. Once he came back down he explained to me that my roof is in good condition, to double check if there's any leaking when it rains but it looks more like cosmetic repair needed on the patio ceiling than any actual repair. The value of a professional not trying to sell me something I didn't need told me everything I needed to know about the honesty of this company. If I needed any repairs to my roof in the future I will absolutely call Baccus and their level of integrity can't be matched. In a day and age where you never get a diagnosis that everything looks okay and people are always trying to rip you off- finding a reputable company is like finding a needle in a haystack. I'm very grateful and impressed. Thanks again to Baccus and if you need any estimates or roof repairs give them a call! They're awesome! read more

We just had a new roof installed by Baccus Roofing. They did an amazing job. Cody kept us up to date every step of the way. The team did an excellent job cleaning up along the way during the project. We would highly recommend Baccus Roofing. Thank you again. read more

Looking to get solar panels for our house, one of the best practices prior to installing solar panels is to make sure the roof of the house is in good condition! When I went to Yelp for this project and looked up roofing vendors, Baccus Roofing was one of the ones that populated on the list! I called Baccus Roofing on a Thursday afternoon before the end of business. One of the team members picked up and scheduled me for a next day assessment! The team member arrived early morning around 9:00 A.M. He did an amazing job going through all of the pictures of the roof and the different types of maintenance offered. He also recommended a complete reroof prior to solar panels and that the roof wasn't ready for solar. The team member was professional and straightforward with the next steps on what needed to be done with the house! We had a great experience going through Baccus Roofing for a quote! read more

Cody and his team did an absolutely remarkable job and I can't recommend them enough. They did an entire roof replacement, which looks fantastic read more

Baccus roofing was awesome. We had one noticeable broken roof tile that slid down exposing roof board. Cody, their estimator, came out and said instead of putting in estimate and having a crew come out he would just fix it then. He climbed up and also noticed another cracked tile, one that had slipped out of place and a cracked peak cap. He went around and fixed all of those items for the same original estimate of the first item. Very impressed with their response time, not putting me off with just an estimate and then having to wait and schedule the repair. I feel like roof is in good shape now and we have mitigated any problems. Highly recommend them. read more

It's so hard to find great service and workmanship these days, but I would tell you, HANDS DOWN, John and Cody are TOP NOTCH! The customer care, the level of craftsmanship and clean work they do is second to none. So grateful I found them. I can't recommend them enough... and I don't typically rate companies unless they are really bad or really really great!! and these guys are really really great! read more

Baccus Roofing really came through. We had another company reroof our home a few years ago, that roof had several leaks and was improperly installed. The company we used paid us to have it redone. Baccus Roofing provided the most reasonable rate. It only took them about a day and a half. They were kind, answered all questions and John was very helpful. I highly recommend Baccus Roofing for all your roof needs. Very reasonably priced very helpful and very nice guys. read more

I can see why they get good ratings. We had our roof done this past week and they did a beautiful job. Cody was great through out the whole process. They cleaned up all the mess around the house and everything looks great. Their prices were very fair and honest. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing projects. read more

I had Baccus Roofing come to me house for an inspection. It was found I had several broken roof tiles and leaking in one area. The inspector was great and I was provided a quote to repair the same day. I called and approved to work quoted and within 1 week the work was completed. The crew was very professional and respected us as the property owner. I would recommend Baccus for all roofing work you may have. All work was completed and they cleaned up the entire area before they left. Thanks Baccus for your help. read more

Very responsive company and good customer service. Cody came to my home to estimate the work and he did a great job. They are out 2 months to come to do the needed work for which I will seek other roofing companies that may have availability sooner and a lighter price... Great customer service though! We had amazing service and a fabulous job done by this company. We are more then happy with everything. Thank you John for a great experience with you and your men and going the extra mile for us. read more

I should have written this review a few months back when they did work on my previous property. My bad for that. But the guy came out very quickly and gave an estimate to fix something on our roof which was incredibly reasonably priced! I was shocked. He came back the next day (as he didn't have the necessary sealant on his truck) and did the job. Absolutely amazing work. Sent pics so i could fwd to my agent as we were selling the house as it was part of the list of required "get fixed" for buyer. And didnt break the bank!!! We knew we would be using them again on our future home as it had an older roof and we knew they were the right ppl for the job! Trustworthy, fast, great prices.. what more can you ask for? read more

Baccus Roofing - This was the roof they repaired and helped sell my home. Goodbye old house :) - Roofing Near Me

When I called about a leak in my roof Coty came out fast to check it out, and it got fixed this morning. I am very pleased!

Competent roofers that know what to look for when providing maintenance. It's been 4 months since they did the work, and we finally had enough rain last weekend to determine the roof leaks appear to have been repaired. They did a walk-through on the roof and provided photographs during bidding process showing wind damaged tiles and other areas needing attention. Fairly detailed proposal that included 2-year warranty. Had a crew of three guys who spent half a day performing the work. Overall, very professional. The only area for improvement would be cost, --they get trial-attorney rates for manual labor. read more

These guys were amazing! I had 4 or so other highly rated roofers come out, all gave estimates (for repair and/or whole roof replace). These guys were the least expensive for just the repair, and we went that route. They did AWESOME job. Also: they were the ONLY ones that would give a "certificate" at the end of job about our whole roof (which our insurance wanted). They went above and beyond. The owner (I think) was the one who came out and did the inspection/estimate. Then when we hired them, 3 guys came out and did the hole repair work in just over 2 hours. We couldn't be more happy! Thanks John and gang!!!!!! read more

A few roof tiles blew off in a wind storm. Baccus responded quickly and came out to give an estimate. Showed up on time for both quote and the day of repair. Job was done as specified at the quoted price. Professional and courteous read more

A piece of one of the corner tiles of my roof fell off, so I called Bacchus Roofing (702-566-9993) because the BBB rate them an A+ business. I was told that they could get someone out here in Anthem the next day. Sure enough, he arrived at the appointed time and asked if I wanted him to walk the roof and look for problems. He found no other issues and then repaired the tile, all within about 20 minutes. He did not charge me a penny and even refused a tip. Why? He was the owner, John. For superb and honest roof repairs and reroofing, you cannot do better than Bacchus. read more

We didn't have the greatest time with them. they are fast which makes mistakes . not great but not terrible. Cody is a cool guy though! Hes the one that will come to you house for estimates. be sure to know exactly what you want and need. To be clear, they never provided any service so we cannot judge on the quality of their work. However, we sent them the inspection report we had received on March 5th so they could be prepared to provide a roof repair estimate today on the 9th. Upon arriving at the house today, they informed us they cannot do gravel/asphalt repairs. We expressed our disappointment in their service and Cody continued to reiterate this type of roof isn't in their capabilities and he didn't know this was the type of roof since he "just looked at the inspection report today." I reminded him we had sent him the report 4 days ago and it isn't our fault he didn't do his homework and look this up beforehand. He apologized. This conversation happened on the phone and ended with me thanking them for making it out to the house and informing them we will not be using their services in the future due to the obvious lack of preparation they undertake. Since then we have received two emails from them, one of which they state "with all due respect we spend gas to be at this property and it's a free estimate but we don't say this is a waste of time", why bring up spending gas if not to imply this was a waste of time? We again reiterated they had the inspection report. They then responded with "we showed up and did our job and the truth is you just want us to do your job too and blame it on us." I beg your pardon? Do our job? We are not roofers. Hence why we reached out to a roofing company. We have since ceased responding since there is clearly no professionalism the longer this conversation goes on. The takeaway is, we had a house inspected we'd like to buy with potential roof issues. Our 10-day due diligence expires in 2 days so baccus was supposed to provide an estimate today on the cost of repairing the roof. We provided the inspection report 4 days ago, when we booked baccus to come out. There is a high chance we will miss out on this house since there is no other capable roofing company able to come out in the next two days to provide an estimate. We trusted baccus and that was our mistake. read more

Overall, a good experience. First time I had to hire a roofer. I wasn't aware how damaging the Vegas winds are. Baccus Roofing came out to provide an estimate for a leak I had and general repairs. My leak was small and I think I caught it early so there wasn't really any damage. Just discoloring in the ceiling. The person that came out was very kind and knowledgeable. Provided photos of problem areas. I agreed to the estimate. I was told I would receive a call in 24 hours for scheduling. 2 days passed and no call so I had to call them to get a time scheduled. After I did, they came out extremely quick to perform the work. On the day of the work order, the team was very fast. Came in, checked the location of the leak and went straight to the roof. About 2 to 3 hours later, they knocked on the door and said they were done and told me to sign. I asked if they found the leak and and the gentleman said he did and tried to get me to sign quickly. He didn't elaborate on the repairs made. It seemed like they may have been in a hurry to get to another job. They didn't have me pay then. Later Baccus Roofing sent me photos of the work done and sign off on the work. I had questions about the work (being a the first time I had to hire roofers). Shot them an email with questions and they called me within 2 hours to explain things a little more in detail. read more

Excellent service and competitive price! I reached out to Baccus and another company after a big storm. We noticed 2 leaks in our house. They responded as soon as they could and were very professional. Baccus quoted us a price that was about $1,500 less than the other company so that made our decision easy. There is a warranty on their work and pictures were taken. You can tell they did a thorough job. I highly recommend them! read more

I contacted Baccus Roofing for an estimate on my leaky roof. Cody came out, spent time explaining to me what he saw and showed me pictures and answered all my questions. I had a few more companies come out for estimates as well. I chose Baccus Roofing (they weren't the cheapest or the highest estimate) and couldn't be happier with my choice. They were professional, kept me posted on scheduling etc. Came out as scheduled, and did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs roofing services. read more

Terrible experience from the get-go! The guy who came looked irritable to start with as soon as I opened the door. When I told him of the roofing maintenance needed, just a few broken tiles that needed to be replaced...he was like, "Oh, this isn't a whole roof replacement?" I said, "No." Then he said something in an irritated tone under his breath about how she got it wrong. I'm assuming he was referencing the admin/office/appointment maker. Anyhow, he was pretty snarky. When he proceeded to come in my home, I stopped him and said, "I'm sorry but we don't wear shoes in our home." He had an attitude like, well I need to see what's going on inside regarding any possible leaks. I said, "Yes, that's fine, but you need to take your shoes off or wear shoe coverings." He looked irritated like it was a hassle to remove his shoes. My thought was, "Dude, why did you even come if you're coming with an irritated look and attitude?!" It's not a way to get the work! He then goes on the roof and comes down to show me pics. I'm wanting him to just get to the chase, so when I ask him about the main area that needs replacement, he stops me and with a quick lip says, "Um, I'm getting there." I was so turned off after that point...I was just like "Uh huh, uh huh, uh huh" every time he would say something. He then says he will work up an estimate and send it to me. I still haven't seen one, but that's fine cause the whole experience from the time he knocked on my door was horrible. If he's not the owner, I hope the owner knows who he's sending out to represent the company. This was on 8/10/22. read more

We found Baccus Roofing from a NextDoor referral and called them after a drone roof inspection showed some "issues". They came out right away and did a full inspection, which included pictures. Since we really only wanted them to address the issues in the home inspection report, they agreed to send a quote for the repairs. The repair quote was reasonable and they were able to schedule the repairs right away. They completed all the repairs and sent us a bill including pictures (a lot!) of repairs (before and after). We'd definitely use them again. read more

I recently had Baccus doing some extensive work on my roof in Summerlin. They were Amazing! The crew was fast , courteous and extremely efficient. After they left, I did notice a patio electrical outlet had quit working. I tried all the breakers and all the GFI switches. Still no power to the outlet. I called and explained the situation to one of the owners, John Ryan. John was very understanding and concerned. He personally came over the next morning at the crack of dawn! He inspected the outlet and proceeded to diagnose the problem. Within about 20 minutes, John had solved the issue. This is the type of business you want to hire for your roofing needs. Very confusing quoting and invoicing from Baccus Roofing. If the guys working on the roof knock on your door to explain what they are doing-it's an add-on to your quoted price. Don't approve the work. Ask for a revised quote before moving forward. The quote is NOT the final invoice price for this company. I've never had a contractor assume that additional charges don't need to be discussed with the homeowner before the work is completed. read more

After receiving damage from a micro-burst on Valentines evening, I called 3 roofers to get estimates on blown skylights and missing tiles.
