Mike and Felix watched the progress every step of the way. I had the entire roof replaced tiles and all. The crew that did the work was very good. It has been 1 1/2 years now and I am so happy with Tocco Roofing. read more

If you're looking for a professional honest roofing company, Tocco Roofing is the BEST! After talking to several companies I'm so glad I chose Tocco Roofing. Their work is absolutely top quality. Had to have an entire new roof put on and they did a phenomenal job! Workers were on time, hard-working and very courteous and professional. The job was completely done from start to finish in less than 3 days. I feel like I have a new home and they gave me exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Their attention to detail and the cleanup afterwards was awesome and they made sure everything was spotless before they left. I would highly recommend them. Sherry W. read more

14 reviews Share review Embed review Write an update Edit review 5/26/2020 I wasn't sure "Mike Tocco Roofing" was the right company NAME but looked at some other reviews to learn they ARE the ones that installed a new roof on my Boulder City home in mid-May, 2020. Perhaps a name update on Yelp* to the name on their invoice--Tocco Roofing & Consulting, LLC? Tocco was referred to me by the realtors that helped us purchase our home. When I came onto Yelp* to leave my 5-Star review, I was shocked to see others that had such negative experiences since ours could not have been better. They gave us a competitive bid and scheduled the job for right after our final closing on the property. They took one day to strip off the old roof, make repairs to damaged wood, then did the entire new roof the following day. The jobsite was left SPOTLESS. In addition, I needed to get onto the roof for some HVAC repairs and had the opportunity to look up close at their work. Down to the last detail, it was PERFECT. If my experience is representative of their typical whole-roof installs, I cannot recommend them more highly. We could NOT have been more pleased with their final work product and will also thank our realtors for making the connection. Cheers! read more

I have used Mike Toco roofing several times over the past 25 years, however, NEVER ON THE SAME HOUSE! His work is AWESOME, and you can always be sure that the work is high quality, and you will never have a problem again. I needed to have some work done on my house before I could sell it, and Mike was on it the next day!! He made the problem go away, and I was able to sell my house quickly. It can be hard to find quality contractors that you can trust in this town, but Mike Toco is a gem read more

Mike replaced our roof a few years ago and we were extremely satisfied with the entire process from estimate to completion. Since then we've had issues with shifting and missing tiles due to high winds. Tocco Roofing has always answered my calls for repair promptly and efficiently. They responded similarly today following last night's storm. I called for repair and within hours a crew arrived to correct the wind damage. I couldn't ask for better customer service and the peace of mind provided by Tocco Roofing. Doug Thomas Boulder City, NV read more

I was refered to Mike Tocco Roofing by my (general contractor Mike White). I spoke with and delt directly with Mike Tocco the owner. I will admit, even with a my contractor telling me that this company is great, the reviews left were scary. I was able to have them start this job May 2020. This was a complete removal of the old roof, replace EVERYTHING thats needs it, new paper and new tiles. I have many more pics, but, they start to look the same quickly, LOL! From the 1st phone call to the very last minute of the job, this company and owner Mike Tocco were excellent!! Schedule the bid, no problem. Schedule a starting time for the project, no problem. Mike c.alled and told me what to expect, things like that. They had to remove more old rotted wood then we 1st thought, no problem. The job ended up taking 2 whole days, no problem. The crew keept me in the loop, like 2-3 times per day. " We did this, replaced that" they even took pics, before and after, so I know the job was done right. Its been just past 2 years now, and we couldnt be happier!! The new roof works as good as it looks. If you need any of this type of work done, this is your guy! I can not thank then enough. Work was done quickly, professionally, excellent clean up, just great. ALSO!!!!! This is a legit company, NOTHING UP FRONT, no I need $1,000 to ge supplies" no games. I paid exactly what we agreed on, not a dollar more. Thank you from The Lakes, Summerlin read more

Tocco Roofing was recommended to me by several people. So I read some reviews, was a little apprehensive, but gave them a call. The service I received was tops! Maybe a bit on the pricey side, I thought, but with these times, whose to say. The workers were fast and efficient. My HOA gave me a choice of 2 browns. I loved the result, the vents were very nice, they had to replace some plywood. The nailing knocked some things down and broke, but to be expected. When the job was complete I canvassed the grounds and immaculate! Neighbors on both sides were impressed as well. Last night when it rained, everything was dry. I'm very pleased with the work and the curtesy. I would definitely recommend them. read more

These guys were recommended by a friend. The entire roof needed an overhaul. The guys all did a great job. They worked very hard, and got the job done in just a little over 2 days. Roof looks great. I highly recommend them. Honest and hard working team. read more

These guys are great, I am a Realtor and have had multiple bids from other companies and most of them just try to sell my clients a new roof, whereas Tocco actually bid what's needed to fix the roof , and prices are very reasonable , they are also very fast and professional. Thank you Tocco for saving my clients money! read more

My realtor recommended Tocco Roofing. We called to make an appointment. We got an email notice someone would be out to inspect our roof. Felix arrived on time and got right to work inspecting the roof. He was very nice and courteous. The estimate was submitted, we signed it and got on the schedule. Within a few days we got notice they would be coming to fix our roof. They arrived on time, worked hard and non stop. They were done and gone in no time. The area around our home was kept clean of any debri. The employees were friendly super courteous and hard working. From the time we made contact with Tocco Roofing to completion of the roof repairs was under one week. Mike the owner is a really nice guy too! This is a busy hard working business. read more

We had a portion of the shingles on our roof blown off so we called a few different places to get quotes. Tocco's guy showed up on time for the quote, explained everything to me and was friendly. Their quote was the lowest of the 3 I got, so we gave them a shot. Their guys were respectful, did good work, cleaned up, and were done in a reasonable amount of time. I recommend Tocco anytime someone asks. read more

As expected, Mike called me this Morning and sent two roofers to make repair/adjustments on our roof. Slant on one vent appeared to have separated/not fully adhered. His employees reassured me that every vent had been sealed. I appreciate the fact that Mike responded so quickly to make repairs with a short break during our storms. read more

Mike Tocco Roofing - Our entire roof was replaced a couple months age because it leaked. Now it's basically brand new and it leaks. - Roofing Near Me

Tocco Roofing put a new roof on our house December 2020. They were quick and friendly and did a good job. This week, however, is a totally different story. We have been having rain and we noticed a leak in our garage. We contacted Tocco on Monday and we were told someone would be out that day. No show, no call. We call them back and were told someone would be out the next day. Once again, no show, no call. The same thing Wednesday and Thursday. They were Johnny-on-the-spot when we were going to be handing money over to them but now that they need to fix their work, they never show up or call us to reschedule. Meanwhile, we sit home waiting. It continues to rain and who knows what may be happening inside the wall and drywall. Highly disappointed. read more

I needed some work done on my roof which was a much bigger job than last time. Once again they did an excellent job and their quote was fair. The only thing they I would suggest is that they call to let you know when work will begin, they just show up. I will call them again, no hesitating. read more

Mike and his crew did a great job on my parents house in Boulder City. Very professional, and they did everything they had in the estimate and more. Lose one star for underwhelming communications. I understood that we had had rain in the area, and I knew I was on the schedule, but I was not kept informed on how the schedule was changing. So I was frustrated by the time Mike advised it was time to start. That being said, they arrived as promised, worked all day, and completed the job on time and for a fair price. read more

I was very pleased with the price! They showed up on time 3 men! They worked there butt off. I like the warranty they give with the repairs. I am now recommending them to a family member read more

I was referred to Tocco roofing by a peer for a roof leak. They came out and diagnosed the roof and I thought the estimate was fair. They completed the work and I paid the bill. The next rain came and the roof leaked as it had in the past. I called a couple times and they did come back out and attempt to fix it. The next rain came and it leaked again. Mike promised to send a guy out to look again. I called and left a voicemail with no return call. I got tired of chasing these guys to repair my roof. Fast forward to today. I had another licensed roofer come out and they said the repairs were done in the wrong place. He found an issue directly above the damaged drywall. Nice enough guys, they just couldn't fix me roof. Now I'm out the $ they charged me and still need to pay the new contractor. read more

This company needs help with costumer service! They're very curt. The man showed up to fix my roof. He knocked, said "I'm here for the roof." Then I never saw him again. No, I'm done, here are photos, it's all taken care of.. nothing. I got an email asking to mail the check. Even the phone calls were blunt. My roof is fixed and the price was fine but I will not use them again. read more

Bought a house and the inspector said we needed some kickout flashing installed above the front door. Had Tocco roofing come out to install it and they did everything but what was asked of them. Didn't find out until a gutter company came out and let us know. Was told the work was half-assed. Poor workmanship. Fascia flashing installed improperly. Customer service is very poor. read more

We just moved to Nevada from another state and needed a very small roofing job on a new shed we had built. I had no idea who to call, so I went to the internet and searched roofing companies in Las Vegas. Tocco Roofing had the highest rating from the BBB and a 5-star rating. So I called. I was greeted by the sweetest and most helpful lady. I let her know up front that it was a small job, and she said they come out and do a bid the next day. They came as promised, gave the most incredible and reasonable bid, showed up when they promised, and the job was done in under two hours. It looks super great and we could not be more pleased. We will be recommending Tocco Roofing to any and all looking for the very best! read more

Called and explained our interest in having them come out for an estimate when this person whom I'm assuming was Mike basically said "well if you find someone else, just go with them!" Then hung up on us. We didn't even get a chance to say bye or give our address yet alone! read more

Was dangerously tailgated by a Tocco Roofing Company truck at approximately 5:30 a.m. on Nov. 17, 2020, driving south down Hollywood Blvd. Yelped this company and wasn't surprised by the amount of bad reviews. Some stated rude customer service. When a person drives a company truck with logo, perhaps courteous driving would be a must. This person not only dangerously tailgated me, they changed lanes and proceeded to dangerously tailgate another car to my side, so much they pulled over to the bike lane to avoid a collision. By the way,, we were traveling a bit above the speed limit.. If they are this rude and dangerous in their personal life, can pretty much conclude, they are an unprofessional company with which to patronize. read more

I don't want to say that this is a bad company. But I will say you should probably go with another...this is my experience. Back in March, I hired "Tocco Roofing & Consulting LLC" (that's the real name of the company) to take a look at our roof. He came and spoke with my wife and she was very pleased and said the guy (who I assume was Mike) was very professional. I so decided - despite some of the negative reviews - to give the company a try. Probably wasn't my best decision. The job (from invoice): "install flat roof system" "install metal wall flashing" "install brown drip" "repair 3 tab shingles as needed" and "reinstall loose shingles as needed." I was told that they were sending a crew in a few days. I was told that they would be coming around 1PM to 2PM to perform the work. Luckily, I took that day off and didn't go anywhere because they came around 830AM to perform the work. No problem. But they clearly didn't work for Tocco Roofing. I guess that's where the "Consulting" part came in. They were some third party guys who I couldn't tell what company they worked for, if they were licensed to do the work, or anything of the sort...(frustrated) no problem. So...I let them into the back yard and let them do their business. about 20 mins later, I hear no noise at all on my roof. Just silence. I walk outside and I see that their truck is gone. I pondered "maybe they took a break to get something from the store." Like an idiot, I waiting an hour or two to finally call Tocco Roofing to find out what was going on. I had work performed on my house, no indication that the work was complete and money in my hand...I called multiple times and left voice messages that day. Nothing. That night there were winds again. I woke up to go to work and what do I find? My roof shingles all over the front and back yard. I get a call later from my mom and was told there was tar all over her outdoor furniture. Great. So I call the company. The guy is telling me he can't hear me over the phone. So I call again. Same issue. Then I received an email for the invoice. (Go figure). So I figured "ok, email is the way to go." So I shot off one an email stating my concerns. Nothing. So I figured, why should I pay for something and I have no clue on what my roof even looks like now? Why should I pay someone who can't answer their phone? I literally had $875 sitting in my kitchen cabinet for weeks waiting for this company to respond to my inquiry. So no phone calls back about my concerns. No emails back following up my inquiry. Then I get a Notice of Right to Lien in the mail. So I figured, "ok, now they want their money." So I called again. And of course no answer, so let's just say I left a lengthy voice mail expressing my displeasure. A call back? Not a chance in hell. So this morning, since I have the day off, I figured I'd give it one more go. I called the company and a gentleman picked up (sounded like the one who said he couldn't hear me in previous calls). I explained my position and his response "thats it, 2 things?"...I'm like "what do you mean, you are saying my concerns aren't valid?" He then proceeds to ask me what the roof type is and eventually agrees to send someone else "in a couple days." Joy. I'm not posting this lengthy essay to tell people to stay away from this company; maybe I just got the tail end of something normally done well. What I am saying is that this is what I had to deal with. Take it for what it is. I obviously will not be using this company in the future. Edit: wrote this review 3 months ago. Haven't heard from company since the last time I called. read more

I have tried for over 2 weeks to get questions answered on an appraisal they have done. 4 phone calls, 3 emails and I cannot even get an answer except from the receptionist who states "I keep giving Mike the messages but I cannot answer for him why he won't call you back". . Business must be booming they can continue to ignore customers. Never again will I ever try to do business with a company like this. Our landlord hired them to fix our roof, they were pretty rude. Took them forever to come out and start working on it, amd when they did they come pounding on my door at 6am barely speaking English and demanding that i move my cars out of the drive way so they can park there. There is a lot of street parking in front of and to the side of my house. They told us they would be there for one day, took longer. BEWARE OF THIS CRIMINAL...HIS CONTRACTORS LICENSE WAS REVOKED BY THE STATE JUNE 24th, 2011....and he's still out there building. The previous homeowners had him build a patio cover on the home several months before we purchased the home. They then had to have him return to fix problems with it as it leaked. We have the contract Mr. Tocco provided them which clearly states he warranties his workmanship for 5 years and materials for 10. Just after purchasing the home we had our first big rain and discovered the cover still leaked. We contacted Mr. Tocco and he sent an employee out to look at the patio cover. The employee took pictures and measurements and stated there was a definite issue with the construction. He said he would let Mr. Tocco know and they would be in touch. We never heard back. I had to phone them several days later and was finally able to get Mr. Tocco on the phone, (which he rarely answers). He told me he wasn't going to honor the warranty but that he would send another roofer over to bid on the job. A day later some Hispanic guy shows up and takes some pictures. He also said the job wasn't done correctly. He said he'd be in touch and we have never heard back from him. We were finally able to get ahold of Mr. Tocco by phone again and voiced our concerns. He sent out the same worker as the first time to look at the job. Again, the guy took more pictures and said it needed to be fixed for sure. He left, telling me he would let Mr. Tocco know. Again, we've heard nothing back. I finally got Mr. Tocco on the phone and he said he was out of town and would call me on Monday August 11th, 2014. I have never heard back from him...and now, even though I've called him at least 30 times, he never answers his phone. On August 14th, 2014 I phoned the State Contractors Board and when I provided them with Mr. Tocco's name, they said, Oh, we know Mike...he isn't licensed. They looked him up in their system and advised me his Contractors License was REVOKED on June 24th, 2011. Since he isn't licensed, there is nothing I can do through them and I'll need to deal with this issue through small claims court. THIS GUY IS A CROOK. DO NOT HIRE HIM AS HE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! read more

BEWARE!! Do not use this company. Same as other reviews. Poor customer service and then was a no-call, no-show for a scheduled appointment that was scheduled almost a week prior. Talk to them that morning and they also said that they would be there sometime between 12 and 4 PM. After 4 PM, they still weren't there. Called and left a message and they never even returned my call. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and I will be placing it on every social media website that I can find. Mike Tocco put a new tile roof on our older Las Vegas home about 8 years ago. They did a great job and I was very pleased. Tocco Roofing replaced a roof on a rental property in Spring of 2019. The team left a mess that we had to call about and we had to reach out a couple of times to keep the job on track, but overall we were satisfied with the job and price. Our tenants called in Fall 2019 that the roof was leaking. We had to contact Tocco's office several times to hear back from the owner, Mike Tocco. Finally, he sent his team out to fix the leak around the HVAC. Unfortunately, they didn't repair it completely and it leaked again. It took weeks and weeks of more followup to get his team out there for another repair. The ceiling in the house is now damaged and needs repair. We have left numerous messages with no return calls from Mike Tocco. It's extremely disappointing that they will not stand by their work and take responsibility of the damage that was caused from the leaking. We will have the ceiling fixed and move on, but we will not use Tocco Roofing for any of our rentals or primary residence in the future. read more

I was referred this place by a friend and was a little leery due to the fact my elderly father was in need of roof work and didn't know how they would treat him. The wind blew the roof of my garage over on top of itself. I got three (3) bids and Tocco Roofing's was fair and reasonable. Their quote was much less than another roofing company and Mike Tocco was more accommodating and pleasant to work with. For example, the more expensive company wanted me to arrange and pay for a dumpster. Tocco Roofing included the dumpster as part of their service. That saved me time and money. Tocco Roofing did an excellent job of repair and there have been no leaks in the garage roof. I recommend Tocco without reservation. Jolen C. read more
