Just had our kitchen completely remodeled by DesignZone Remodeling here in Las Vegas and oh my gosh... I'm obsessed!! It went from blah and outdated to this gorgeous, modern dream space--huge marble island, beautiful wood cabinets, those cool pendant lights, and everything just flows so perfectly now. It's bright, open, and honestly feels like a luxury kitchen straight out of a magazine. The crew was seriously the best--super nice, always on time, listened to all my ideas (and fixed my indecisive ones lol), kept everything clean, and finished right on schedule without going over budget. The whole process was actually fun, which I didn't expect! If anyone's looking to do a kitchen remodel in Vegas, RUN to DesignZone Remodeling. Best decision ever for our house. 10/10, five stars all the way!!! read more

We consulted with at least 7 different companies before deciding to go with DesignZone, and it was the best possible decision we could have made. From the very start, Vitaly and his staff were responsive and did everything to make our remodeling dreams come true! (Within our budget, of course). Our project manager Ilya was always available to answer our questions, address our concerns, and alleviate the stresses that come with a renovation. Our dated 1980s home was transformed into a modern dream. WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. We will definitely be using DesignZone for future projects. read more

I couldn't be happier with the work Anna and her team did in our backyard! When we started talking to contractors I didn't have a clear idea of what we wanted, I just knew we needed some sort of shade and a seating area, AND I wanted a modern look. Anna immediately offered to provide a couple different design options and layouts for us to choose from, and I'm so glad we went with her suggestion, because the place looks more beautiful than I could ever imagine! Our backyard is DREAMY, with the pergola and the sun curtains and the string lights, this is officially everyone's favorite spot in our whole house. Thank you, Anna! When we're ready to remodel our kitchen (hopefully soon), you'll be my first call! read more

We really enjoyed working with Luis on our home remodeling project. After our initial contact, he came out to the property to assess and provided us quotes for different sub projects, as well as areas that needed to be addressed from the inspection report. The property was old and he was also able to give us his honest opinions on which ones we should prioritize given our budget. Regarding the kitchen remodel, he also provided a rough rendering of the kitchen to ensure we were all on the same page. Even though we ended up deciding to reconsider our approach on the remodeling (due to no fault from Luis but mostly our indecisiveness), he had demonstrated kindness and immense knowledge spanning different areas of the renovation. In the future if we would need some work done again on a different property, we would reach out to Luis/Designzone remodeling again without any hesitation. read more

If you are looking for a contractor who cares about your project, who will get your project to completion in a reasonable amount of time, and who is responsive and transparent, then you need to work with DesignZone. My husband and I worked with another then 5 star Yelp contractor for our whole house remodel. It was a nightmare and after 2 years and nearly triple our original contract budget, we were left with an unfinished house (no bathrooms, no fireplace, uninhabitable, and parts that were finished was poorly done), over $100k worth of added debt (contractor didn't pay subs), and the contractor filed for bankruptcy. It was a horrible experience but we were lucky to have found Anna from DesignZone. She helped us navigate through this process (filing the complaint, talking and negotiating with existing subs, and more!!). Anna and Luis, our PM, were very responsive and transparent on the work that needed to be done (needs vs wants). We are now in our house and I have nothing but extreme gratitude and praise for Anna and Luis from DesignZone. read more

Luis and the team did a great job with my modern kitchen remodel. I talked to multiple design teams in Las Vegas, and they inspired the confidence that they could handle a job of this magnitude after discussing the project with them. It was really easy to work with them. Like any big project, there can be hiccups, but they were very communicative and responsive when any issues arise. If anyone's interested, you can see the full breakdown of the remodel at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-CKJG8KYbs8 read more

The good: they built a great spare bedroom in our house. Vitaly was responsive once I lost my patience after four months of no action. The price was also very good. The bad: my original project manager wouldn't communicate unless I initiated. Wasn't proactive on the permit process. Once the work started under a new project manager it went ok except the process alignment for the subcontractors was pretty bad. Electricians showed up and didn't know what they were suppose to do due to a lack of communication. Painters would show up before wall texturing did their job which meant painters had to come back another time. Electrician wasn't scheduled to come back to finish so I just did it myself. New ceiling fan wasn't covered so I had to remove texture and paint from it myself. And my stairs were damaged which although they fixed it, the repair job was incomplete and sloppy. Communication was just not as good as it should be. Still four stars because of the value and Vitaly's responsiveness and it's his business. read more

We picked Design Zone to remodel our kitchen because all their work was beautiful, modern, and was not farmhouse chic like every other designer. When Chris came out to do measurements and the estimate he never made us feel like our job was too small ( we had 2 other companies who did) and he gave us a couple options for our budget. After choosing our plan I did have a few questions and would call the office and speak with Lissette she never made me feel as if I was bothering her and was always very helpful. Luis the main contractor and his crew were amazing and kept an open line of communication throughout the whole process. They kept everything clean and tidy during the renovations and even had a woman come clean after! Our next renovation is going to be our master bathroom and I already know I will be calling Design Zone! read more

We moved to Las Vegas about a year and half ago, and since moving we have found it extremely difficult to find trust worthy contractors to do some remodeling we have needed in our home. Looking for bath remodeling companies we were becoming very discouraged, the several companies we interviewed didn't give us the confidence we needed to hire them. Their estimates kept changing always being higher with very few additions. After reading their reviews we found a company, Design Zone Remodeling, and thought we would try again to accomplish this project and find the contractor that would give us professionalism, knowledge and above all honesty. After meeting Anna, from Design Zone Remodeling, we felt we had finally met the company that would do the job professionally and honestly. However, still being skeptical of contractors we asked Anna, from Design Zone Remodeling, to meet with us at our home. A few days later she arrived took measurements and told us her opinion on how we should proceed with our project. No prices were discussed at that time. Anna said she would be back with an estimate in a few days. After she left and before we received the estimate, we hoped that the estimate would come in line with our budget. When Design Zone Remodeling estimate came back, Anna came and explained the cost, the work schedule, where to purchase the material and gave us an approximate finish date. After meeting with Anna, we knew were going to use Design Zone Remodeling, so we signed the contract. Anna and her team are true professionals. One of the things that stood out about Anna is she is not afraid to give her opinion on what material and fixtures to use, and how the project should be done. Design Zone Remodeling was not the highest nor the lowest estimate we received, but we felt they were the most professional and honest. Because of that, we trusted her and the company even more. We would not hesitate to recommend Anna and Design Zone Remodeling to anyone. Everything that Anna told us was true. Her subs were excellent in all aspects of the project. Eli was assigned as our project manager who was dependable, knowledgeable, and paid attention to every detail. He made our project run smoothly and we were very pleased with his work. We would not hesitate to recommend Design Zone Remodeling and Anna for any household project. They are a 5-Star company which does excellent work. You can rely on them to finish the project they are hired to do, and be assured you would as happy as we are. read more

I hired DesignZone to remodel my kitchen and I am so GLAD I did! Remodeling my kitchen had been in the back of my mind for a long time, I spend a lot of time there. I was referred by a friend and now I will referring DesignZone to everyone I know. They made my dream kitchen come true! Not only is it absolutely AMAZING but the whole process was smooth. DesignZone has great customer service, they were very helpful and educated me so much on the process. The team that worked on my kitchen is highly skilled and hard-working. Not only did they do a great job, they also kept it clean and I know that is difficult in this line of work. From the consultation to the final result the team at DesignZone did not disappoint! SOOO glad my inspector recommended AIR. They completed my bathtub installation before my move in and it is BEAUTIFUL. The work space was cleaned and ready after the job was completed. They touched up a paint area so well that it makes me want the whole house painted!! They were informative about each step and went above to explain things that I'll need to know in the future. Definitely calling them to complete all the items from my inspector's list. read more

We had an excellent experience working with this company from initial quote, to the completion of the work. Not only does the finished product look amazing and professional, but the work was completed quickly too and the service was top notch! We especially liked that Luis came by each day for a walkthrough and the crew went above and beyond to not be too disruptive as my husband and I both work from home. 5 stars, totally recommend DesignZone if you are looking to have new baseboards installed. read more

Thank you for your response. 1. I was never rude to you, until you started laughing or chuckling at my questions at which point I became curt ( this was all after our 2nd call ) 2. My project included kitchen backsplash and tiling upgrades, fireplace and living room beams and tile installation and building an entire bar in the dining area. So it wasn't a small project, either you didn't write any of this down during our first two calls or your blatantly lying. 3. I never expected a "free" rendering nor did I ask if it was included, I asked if you do them and what the price was, as no one does them free I just didn't expect the price. 4. When I called back ( the third time) and said yes we'd like to move forward to see what our options are ( because as i said above you recommended us not needing it) it wasn't an intent to waste anyone's time as I appreciated the level of work you provide on your site and videos and thought we'd probably be ok. 5. Not sure why you're throwing the free consultation in my face since that is what you advertise and I would think it's normal for people to get multiple quotes before moving forward with any project. Maybe you didn't intend to but your final call was very condescending, and now you are trying to paint the conversation in a way that alleviates you of responsibility when it literally could've just been an apology and we could have moved forward but as I said previously you've clearly shown how you communicate to clients. Thanks. Hope the owner sees this. read more

Got a few quotes for a total bathroom remodeling, granite kitchen counters, plus 2 sliding doors and a window. One of the construction companies wouldn't do the doors & window and wanted to put in a prefab shower. The one thing I really liked about Design Zone was they let you go out and choose/pay for materials used in your project (no markup). Being a new resident I had no idea where to start but Luis provided a great list of businesses we could get supplies. Once we purchased everything the workers picked up the items on the way to our house for installation. The final result looks awesome, there were a few small nit-picky items we found and they came over and fixed them. Great overall experience for thousands less than I was anticipating paying. read more

Finding a good GC was tough, we received several quotes (one was even arrested this year for ripping off his clients) to remodel our bathrooms, and prices were all over the place. We ended up selecting Design Zone, it first started with a visit from Vitaly, he provided a reasonable quote, it was also a big plus that he was from NYC (like me). One thing that I appreciated was that they gave some design suggestions for our master bath which ended up looking great. As were deciding who to move forward we appreciated that they were not constantly calling us to try to close the deal, they knew it was a big decision and provided the courtesy to give us space. When it came to job, it started in the end of September, I want to highlight that their project manager Luis Romero was amazing to deal with, he was available, and provided great updates. Want to also highlight that there were no surprise "we need to show you something" and charge us for something that we might not have needed, basically we paid what we were quoted (with the exception of getting some additional electrical work). Everything went great, it did take longer than expected, but you can't rush quality read more

DesignZone Remodeled my STR property in Vegas. Their team worked out a design, remodel and furniture as well. It turned out to be the best property in my portfolio!! Ana and Luis were just great. Always on top of issues with immediate communication. We were out of state most of the time but their selections as to carpet, paint color, vanities was spot on. I couldn't be happier with my house! These guys are AMAZING! I have purchased my three-bedroom house back in August 2020... well, to say that it wasn't in its best condition is nothing to say. I did my research and found DesignZone Remodeling: Anna and her team listen to my needs and wants, were straight to the point with their recommendations and suggestions, and completed a wonderful and inexpensive job in a very short period of time. They have transformed my house from a smelly, dirty litterbox to a cozy place where I always want to return to (or never leave actually). They did a fantastic job of wall-painting - I asked them to add a personal touch and paint each room in different colors, which they accomplished without any questions. They upgraded my floors from stinky old carpet to a beautifully wooden laminate (including stairs and closets!!). They have also changed my kitchen countertops, painted kitchen cabinets and doors, renovated tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. Besides that, they were extremely helpful in providing the best recommendations for wall paints, tile, laminate, etc. They even told me which samples to get, what type of paint would work for what type of walls/ surfaces, why laminate would be better for my needs over other types of floorings, AND which stores to go to get all of those products. They did offer to have a full control over materials, but I'm just a person who loves doing shopping herself :) I highly recommend DesignZone Remodeling and Anna's team for all your house remodeling needs. My friends have also used them for their small projects and stayed fully satisfied. read more

I've wanted to replace my sink for a while but the sink I had was an odd shape. It was built into the counter top so it was glued between the stone countertop and the cabinet. It seemed like an impossible task for me. Recently I found a sink that I loved. It has a cup washing feature, water purification faucet, the standard faucet and it also has a shower for rinsing vegetables. I ordered this sink with no idea how it could be installed without destroying my marble countertop. I called Design Zone Remodeling and they had an available appointment very quickly. When they arrived the foreman immediately started measuring and within an hour they had the old sink out and the marble countertop cut. They dropped the new sink in and for the first time I got to see this dream come true. I also had 3 visible holes in the countertop from my old faucet and 2 soap dispenser. The foreman told me he could fill these holes with some kind of product and I won't notice the difference. Well, he was right. The entire job took just over 4 hours and well worth it. The project that I thought would be impossible was just another day at the office for these men. I couldn't be happier. read more

DesignZone team is without a doubt the top notch construction company in Las Vegas. While I know construction and remodeling projects usually take a long time, my project actually went pretty fast, literally every day I saw steady, noticeable progress. My project manager Max was regularly on site always checking the work and making sure all fixtures I bought myself will fit and work as intended, as well as all of our design decisions and changes, so they don't interfere with anything. Also Max would answer calls literally any time day or night whenever we had an issue (although I tried my best not to take advantage, but issues will always arise in projects like this). We come from California and our house is a modern style home with design that's somewhat unique for Las Vegas area (where most homes are beige or gray stucco boxes), and there were a lot of challenges to get permits approved since materials that we are using are not popular in the area, and Max with his boss Vitaly helped us greatly with that. With help of DesignZone we got everything accomplished within more than reasonable time frame. Thank you to the team! If you need a general contractor don't hesitate and call this company. read more

I had a schedule and they fit right to it and I was so glad they accommodated that. I don't have any regrets hiring them. From Day one of demolition to the last day of cleaning, the remodel went smoothly. If I had concerns, Project Manager Luis was on top of it. Everyday he was in communication with me. Chris and Datali came out to give us an estimate to remodel both our master bathroom and hallway bathroom. They were terrific and got us an estimate the next day that was competitive. We asked for some more info. about the design and how best to tile around our shutters in a walk in shower and was hooked up with Luis who would be assigned to our remodel project. He came out a 2nd time and after some discussion , we decided to scrap our plan for a walk in shower and instead go with an inlaid bathtub ( Luis said a standalone tub couldn't be done in our remaining space). Luis assured us a tub would be less costly than a long. walk in shower. He came back to us with a much higher estimate for adding a recessed light , a switch, and said the original estimated was wrong because it didn't have enough tiling. I repeatedly pointed out to him that there is less tiling involved with the tub install ( you don't tile under or behind a tub) and he would talk in circles not addressing why he had jacked up the original estimate. Then I asked why Luis wrote an estimate with no sq footage noted as the original estimate had? He said it was an oversight . We were going to hire this contractor and was ready to sign a contract and pay the 50% down payment if not for the gut check we got from dealing with Luis who would have been our project lead. As another reviewer noted , their estimates are not always in line. Ask for datali or Chris if you want to deal with this company and pay close close attention to your estimate . We ended up going with another general contractor after dealing with Luis. He was also wrong that a standalone tub wouldn't fit in our space because it's been done . Just too lazy to think it out. read more
