On December 1, 2025, our entire house was destroyed in a catastrophic flood. We had just moved into our newly remodeled turn-key home 5 years previously and still loved everything about it. To say we were shell shocked and devastated would be putting it mildly. Our home was now in ruins. Bathrooms, cabinetry, flooring, drywall were all destroyed and our home was basically unlivable. We were down to studs and raw plumbing. We immediately began to search for the perfect contractor to help us rebuild our home and put our lives back together. We reviewed multiple contractors online and in person, as well as checking with the Nevada Contractors Board and local permitting offices. One name consistently stood out and was above all others. Jerezee Construction. They had hundreds of 5-star reviews which led me to review their gallery of photos on their website. Their quality of work caught my attention. I reached out to their office and spoke to Ian. We found him to be very professional. He immediately set up an appointment and was incredibly empathetic to our plight. The way he handled our initial contact was so different from other companies we contacted. The next step in our journey was meeting the owner Ilan who arrived at our home to assess the damage. It was quickly apparent this was an experienced and highly qualified contractor. He demonstrated exceptional standards, made suggestions, was extremely organized but above all else inspired confidence that he could help us. He reviewed the contract with us line by line, leaving no stone unturned and highly transparent with clear expectations. No hidden fees, and no surprises. Once the project began, a group text was established. This was updated twice daily throughout the project to keep us informed. We next met Heather, one of Jerezee's designers. Heather quickly recognized we were in over our head and inundated with so many decisions and choices to make. She took the lead and helped us make selections on flooring, bathroom tiles, color palates, hardware, lighting fixtures and paint. She made a comprehensive material list which was amazing. Heather was invaluable to us. She was so patient, knowledgeable and held my hand through every step. Both my husband and I are analytical with no creative bone in our body so doing the design part and picking out product was impossible for us. We couldn't have done this rebuild without her. We were assigned a project manager named David. He was the first line supervisor for all the crew and sub-contractors at our home. He was incredibly responsive, timely, accessible, patient, upbeat and positive always. He made a highly stressful period of our life bearable and was such a joy to work with. He was the right man, at the right time, at the right place for us. As the work progressed it quickly became apparent that all their rave reviews were justified. Construction started exactly as planned and they made the process so easy for us. They handled EVERYTHING! Their craftmanship was impeccable. It was as if they were rebuilding their own house. Ilan, the owner was often on site inspecting the work and the progress. Ilan and David were true perfectionists, and nothing escaped their skilled eyes. At the end of the project, we didn't even have a punch list! Their crew and subcontractors were always polite, respectful, professional and kind. Everyone worked so hard to get us back into our home and genuinely seemed empathetic and understanding of our initial heartbreak. In conclusion, Jerezee Construction and their entire team made a devastating time in our life so much less stressful. Many thanks to Ilan and his team of dedicated professionals. As they say, great leaders do not set out to be a leader... they set out to make a difference, and Ilan has done that with Jerezee Construction. Our architect recommended Jerezee Construction, and within 30 minutes I was on the phone with Roye. For the first time in months, I finally felt like there was hope for our project. Within just a couple of days, Roye met us on-site to walk the property and truly understand our goals, vision, concerns, and the unique challenges we were facing. From that moment on, we knew we were in good hands. Jerezee completely remodeled our cabin in Mount Charleston, and from start to finish, they went above and beyond every step of the way. Mountain construction comes with unique challenges, and we definitely encountered some major ones. Whether it was weather or unexpected issues that come with building on the mountain, the Jerezee team never hesitated to jump in--even on their days off (and even on a birthday!)--to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of dedication and customer service is incredibly rare and gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire project. A special thank you to Roye, who led the project with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care. Cisco, our project manager, kept everything moving smoothly and was always responsive, communicative, and had a smile on his face. Candace was wonderful to work with, helping us navigate design decisions and select materials that perfectly fit our vision. Ian brought great energy from the very first phone call and made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless by coordinating and handling all of the administrative details that happen behind the scenes on a project of this size and complexity. One thing that really stood out was the pride they took in their work. The job site was consistently kept clean, organized, and tidy throughout the remodel, which made a huge difference during such a large project. As we reached the finish line, they encouraged us to "blue tape" every item we wanted addressed, no matter how small. They came back and carefully worked through every detail without hesitation. That commitment to the finishing touches is what takes a project from good to truly exceptional. The entire team was knowledgeable, dependable, genuine, and truly invested in making sure our remodel turned out exactly as we had envisioned. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded every expectation we had. They were transparent throughout the process, communicated openly, and consistently demonstrated that they genuinely cared about the success of our project--not just completing another job. My situation was not a remodel/renovation by choice. Shower was leaking into my neighbor's unit, insurance claims galore, mitigation company was involved. It was a stressful situation for me. I linked up with MVB through the Yelp project feature. I explained my situation and Jessica explained the costs and the insurance quote and the work that needed to be done. She was ready to come out and see what could be done. At the end of the day, the originally company that had given me the estimate for the claim appeared after a month of silence, so MVB did not need to take the hit for the lowball claim amount. I've been without a master bathroom for over a month at this point.... But if I do have the opportunity to do any kind of remodel or renovation, I won't hesitate to reach out to Jessica for an estimate.

I was told it would be 4-6 weeks - it ended up over 5 MONTHS!! No reasons given - failed inspection twice, workers taking their own sweet time, no one showing up, and even left me with holes in the walls during winter. Knew I was going on vacation and didn't even think of filling the holes for my house sitter! Just insane. Purchased several items on the advice of the office manager that turned out not to work out or didn't have the space for - by the time we realized this it was too late to return any of them. She ordered the wrong time for the shower bench so I have a ton of extra tile plus had to order more of another tile for the bench! When I asked why the toilet had not been installed after several months, his answer was that I have another one in the house so why did I need it in the Master bath? After the thousands of dollars I gave them for both projects he gave me a whopping $1500 off for all the problems. Considering all the extra tile and items I ended up with that couldn't be used, he got a bargain. Would not negotiate at all. Considering the grief all this caused, I can't recommend them.

The entire removal and installation took about two weeks, including the glass installation. I also ordered a countertop that matched my shower walls, and I chose cultured marble because I love the clean, high‑quality look. The finished result is exactly what I hoped for, and I'm totally happy with the end product. The crew was professional, respectful, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Shopping around has been a pain as most contractors are really vague and not transparent about pricing. I don't like to jump in to things unless I have an idea of what I'm getting in to , especially when we're talking thousands of dollars. I came across this company as I saw they fully remodeled a home near me (that was recently sold) and their work and design looked good. So I gave them a call and Leo (estimator) was really honest and upfront about their process and more importantly gave me a good ballpark range of what I need to come in with for a full remodel. Also provided some ideas on breaking up the project in to phases (something I never thought about). I normally wouldn't write a review but given the bad experiences I've had just getting a quote from other contractors I'm thoroughly impressed with this company so far.

The common point from what I could tell were that budget, work effort, and communication fell a little short. Karin worked with me on the front end, and Haim executed in an amazing way. That was my experience in the last few months. From a satisfaction point regarding this kitchen renovation it simply could not have gone any better. I will say that the details on the front end matter. We went over several iterations in the beginning. I had narrowed down to two really great contractor options. Ultimately, I went with 702R&R due to their ability to paint with lacquer and extreme attention to detail. I just felt they would do an amazing job. We worked together to build my dream kitchen. It came out even better than I had hoped. I think it is important to review your budget early. Extreme quality costs. Think "Homes on Homes" quality and worthy of HGTV results. I don't want to over promise. It is YOUR design, so you will get what you give. Haim's expertise in managing is worth his weight in gold. Ask early if at your budget level they are interested. I think it will save a lot of hardship on both sides. I will let a few pictures speak for themselves. I'm so grateful I met and hired the 702 folks. They have an incredible team. P.S. I recently had the pleasure of working with DesignZone Remodeling to transform my fireplace. I had previously consulted with Luis about a different project in a different home and was very impressed. I'm glad I contacted them again. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch, and they met or exceeded my expectations. They removed some useless built-in shelving over the fireplace, which opened the space beautifully and allowed for a fresh canvas at the entry of our new home. They re-drywalled nearly everything, ensuring a flawless surface, which I was not expecting. They even pulled out more drywall than was necessary to include 2x4s for TV mounting, which will be very appreciated when we finally set up the entertainment center. The team at DesignZone Remodeling went above and beyond to keep my home clean during the project. They covered every surface with plastic and paper, ensuring that dust and debris stayed confined to the workspace. I greatly appreciated this as past contractors were not so careful, and I had dust everywhere. They also accommodated an accelerated timeline, allowing me to avoid conflicts with my painters. This flexibility made my home improvement journey stress-free. I recommend DesignZone Remodeling for any home improvement project and will be using them again in the future. DesignZone Remodeling did a fantastic job! We have a townhouse that had an old plastic tub/shower. We looked all around for someone who might be able to make our shower look like a "grown-up" shower. We went through a couple of shower people who never called back or who wanted us to do the legwork. DesignZone was a brilliantly organized one-stop-shop for the bathroom, from the plumbing to the electrical to the tiling. Everything was well organized and happened in a timely and efficient manner, with great communication every step of the way. They even came back after they realized there was a crack in one of the tiles... Love and appreciate the attention to detail. The contractors accommodated our request to use the front door because of our HOA. That was extremely helpful. We will definitely use them again to do the other bathroom! Just wrapped up a full kitchen remodel with DesignZone here in Vegas. Man, they crushed it. Told them what I wanted -- clean modern look, big island, tons of storage, no frilly stuff -- and they actually delivered exactly that. Cabinets are solid, countertops look killer, new appliances are beast mode, and the whole open layout makes the place feel twice as big. Crew showed up when they said they would, worked fast, cleaned up every day, and didn't nickel-and-dime me with surprise crap. Project manager kept me in the loop without being annoying about it. Wow guys , honestly I'm very happy with the results of this kitchen remodel on one of my rental properties ! DesignZone team resurfaced the cabinets , replaced appliances and the countertops . Our family had a great experience with the company . Originally my cousin hired them for a bath remodel which turned out absolutely gorgeous. Their in-house designer has a great vision . After seeing the result I hired them to remodel an entire house we recently purchased . 3 baths , kitchen , paint and flooring almost 3000 sqft hot done in less than 2 month! The project manager, Chris Gordy, remained involved and checked on the remodel daily. His super power is his ability to find and correct. What an eye for detail! Each crew was professional, knowledgeable, on time, and treated my home with respect. The job notebook was kept on premises and provided detailed plans for each day. This level of organization was impressive to watch. The project was completed a couple days ahead of schedule and met all of our expectations. After the final inspection a couple minor adjustments were scheduled and completed quickly. It was an incredible experience working with LV Remodel.

Over the years, we had our stairs repaired multiple times because no one bothered to figure out what the underlying issues were. Jarrell took the time to get to the bottom of what the issues were and came up with the appropriate solutions. We weren't just looking for someone who can do the job, we were essentially looking for someone who can permanently fix the issues with our stairs. And that person was Jarrell. Of the handful of contractors we have previously hired and ultimately failed, Jarrell was the one and only person who delivered and actually understood the assignment. Upon making an initial appointment for an estimate with Jarrell, he did contact me to let me know that he was on his way. He was on time. As per my request, he did contact me upon arrival and remembered not to ring the doorbell. Jarrell provided multiple estimates that we could choose from. Each estimate clearly listed all of the work that would be done, so that we would all be on the same page. With his attention to detail, Jarrell had remembered to include tasks that we had previously discussed verbally in the estimates. More importantly, he did follow through and complete these said tasks. Meaning, he is on top of things and doesn't need to be reminded. Jarrell is a man of his word. Punctuality Punctuality was taken very seriously. Jarrell consistently showed up on time on the dates and times he announced he would be working on the stairs. Communication Jarrell always kept an open line of communication. He welcomed questions and concerns. With my experience with previous contractors, I've always found this to be lacking and a struggle. Therefore, I was pleased with Jarrell's forthcoming communication that lasted throughout the entire project. Transparency Jarrell was transparent about fees and costs. These were communicated in advance. He is honest and trustworthy. Respectful After each time Jarrell came to work on the stairs, him and Arlene cleaned up, this included sweeping and tidying up the garage. This may be deemed common practice, however, with our previous experience with other contractors, it actually isn't common practice. Jarrell and Arlene also had things put away neatly and organized. Garbage produced from the project was also removed from the premises. Craftsmanship The quality of his work speaks for itself. There is attention to detail and precision. You should know by now how unbelievably difficult it is to find someone like Jarrell in Las Vegas. With hiring Jarrell, what you are paying for is someone who will complete the job correctly the first time.

Estimate process was typical, came in, did inspection, contracts , applied for financing which I should have looked into, no interest for first year but then 24.99%. The project was about a month out from start date, but they dropped off all the building materials ahead of time, which was in our master bedroom so that was fun getting around. Project took 7 to 10 days because of weekends and memorial weekend, no biggie. Everyone was professional and pleasant. They even offered to repaint the bathroom for a small fee, but when we needed the shower head raised because my significant other is tall. When they called their manager to for paint approval for a small fee no problem, but the shower head they wanted 385$ just for the shower arm that we got from Amazon for 30$ and installed, but the confusion began during the estimate when Adame said project isn't done until customer satisfied, but that all went out the window apparently when trying to get approval for thr shower head. Overall, did they do a good job, yes. Will I use them again when it comes time to thr kitchen no. I don't know what the going rates are but for yelp reviewers this ran me 13k.

My home suffered fire damage in August, and my insurance referred me to this restoration company. I…read moretruly regret trusting them with the job. The work they did was rushed, sloppy, and clearly not done with care or attention to detail. The paint is peeling everywhere, and it's obvious they didn't prep the surfaces properly. They painted right over visible damage without repairing anything first. The chrome molding they installed is full of cracks and misaligned pieces, it looks like it was thrown together just to get the job over with. It honestly feels like they were more focused on getting paid than doing quality work. One of the most upsetting things is that I personally watched them take the new sheetrock that was supposed to be installed in my home and then never put it in. That's completely unacceptable. They essentially cut corners right in front of me. To make matters worse, the team that was supposed to "deep clean" my house after the restoration left it filthy. I had to take multiple days off work just to clean and make my home livable again. I only started noticing all of these issues after settling back in, and since then, all I've gotten from them are excuses, broken promises, and endless delays. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you've already been through a traumatic experience like a house fire, the last thing you need is a company that cuts corners, lies about fixing things, and leaves you to deal with the mess they created. I have many more pictures of their sloppy work and damage done to my house but this is some of them.

As I had learned my insurance company does not cover a leaking roof (a story for another day) we called N&M for an estimate. The price seemed fair and since the work was in my master bedroom which required a repair quickly we contracted with N&M. The work was done neatly, correctly and in a timely manner which is all one can ask. In addition a set of window shutters was not reinstalled to our satisfaction and the contractor sent over two knowledgeable and excellent workers to correct the problem. For all the reasons above we gave N&M 5 stars and would highly recommend this company for any of your needs.
