Earnie was quick to respond after I got a quote from another company with pink shirts in the valley. Not only was he transparent with his pricing and estimate, he was forthcoming with information that I wouldn't have thought to solicit. Things like proof that he was a licensed contractor as opposed to the other guys that worded their contract in a way that made ME the contractor and them a subcontractor. I left a review a year ago and wanted to update everyone again since I had the radiant roof barrier installed. This improvement was so simple, so cost effective and truly keeps my house cooler. Even when it is 86 degrees outside, my house never heats up more than 75. That says alot as the back of my house faces west where I have 7 large windows that soak in the sun all day long. This was the best investment I ever made on my house. The wear and tear that I am saving on my air conditioning units is awesome. LV Attic Pros is fantastic. I hired Ernie and his crew to remove the old batted insulation in my 50 year old home. They installed a radiant barrier and blown in 13+ inches of insulation. They were very accommodating in scheduling even when I needed to do some work in the attic before the blow in insulation took place. I recently bought my house, and the inspector noted several hot spots in the attic. I contacted LV Attic Pros to look in the attic and see what was causing the hot spots. We had an animal in our attic and also noticed our insulation was not installed properly. We received several quotes and Ernie with LV Attic Pros worked with us to provide the service we needed. They removed the existing attic insulation, vacuumed the attic, installed multiple rodent prevention screens for several attic gaps/openings, installed a radiant barrier and a attic fan to blow out the heat in the summer. They used foam and metal screens to prevent rodents from entering the attic. Thank you so much to Ernie and his crew. We were noticing for a while that we were getting alot of grety sand dust inside the house. Even though our windows have been closed due to the summer months and using the A/C. It didn't seem like this was good. I started looking around and reading reviews. Ernie and his crew came in to put a foil barrier on the inside of my roof. They did a great job and in talking with him further I realized I wanted to replace the blown in insulation with a think bat insulation that he recommended. At one point my entire driveway and part of my front yard was filled with these huge bags that they vacuumed out of my attic. they came in and in two days they did both houses on the property. during the height of Covid-19 he also added germ killing lights to the return ducts of the HVAC. A year later I am more pleased than when they first did it. I can actually say that I felt a difference in the house and my electric bill dropped as a result. A year later the bulbs burnt out, which is to be expected but I could not find replacements. He came out and climbed back up there and ran down the problem for me.
