It didn't sit right, so I decided to get a second opinion. Tal was my technician--he showed up on time, was very professional, and kept everything clean. After inspecting the system, he actually took the time to show me pictures and explain what was going on. Turns out everything with the system was fine, and I didn't need new ductwork at all--it was just my AC filters. He even recommended the right kind to use. I honestly couldn't believe it was something so simple. It's rare to find a company that's this honest and doesn't try to upsell unnecessary work. I've already recommended them to a friend, and I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

The staff is very friendly and professional, and everything moved fast, they were able to fix my garage door the same day, which I really appreciated. Pricing was also a big plus. It was more than affordable, especially compared to other companies I had looked into, and there were no surprises with the work itself. I especially want to shout out Darren. Even though there was a bit of miscommunication regarding the invoice, he handled it so well. He remained patient, kind, and understanding, took the time to listen, and made sure everything was explained clearly. That kind of customer service really goes a long way and made the whole experience feel positive instead of frustrating. I want to also mention that Rebecca is always very friendly and helpful when I call to make my payments. Great service, fair pricing, and solid work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repairs and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I'm not gonna lie after reading the reviews here, I had some reservations about reaching out to Alcal for a bid. The estimate and bidding process was all done over the phone, with plans found on the internet, and customer supplied photos. The scheduling and negotiation process was easy and the week before installation they called to confirm the schedule. The day of they were on time and got right to work. RJ the project Coordinator / Manager was very communicative throughout the whole process. I'm satisfied with the end product, and pleasantly surprised based on the initial reviews.

He fit us in to his hectic schedule for an estimate. (I would much rather hire a company that is super busy than one whose schedule is wide open. If they are that busy that means they are in demand and if they are in demand they must know their stuff) Before giving his estimate he did a thorough inspection with picture and everything. He talked about the different options available. Then even though it took us two months to get the money together, he squeezed us into his schedule. The guys who came to do the work were also very thorough. They too took pictures to help us see what was wrong and how they were fixing the problems. They were also very clean and conscientious, which is huge for me. I recommend G & R Insulation with no hesitation!

But it gets better... One of their ex-employees (who no longer works for the company) made a mistake on our gas company rebate form that resulted in us getting a rebate much smaller than we were expecting (think Taco Bell dog small). Insulation Specialists personally cut us a check for the difference between what we were supposed to receive and what we did receive out of their own account to make sure we received our entire rebate. Unfortuately, after 25 years of service, my 5 ton unit died and I had to start getting quotes for a replacement. I had 7 different companies come to my home and I received quotes as high as $22k to replace my AC unit and furnace. The average quote was around $15-$17k. No way! The last company I met with with Reliable Technical Solutions Comfort Cooling and Heating. I met the owner, Issam, and he seemed honest and straightforward. His price to replace both my AC and furnace was better than the others. But, the real story begins with the quality of his service. Anyways, back to my experience. The insulation was very old and had to be replaced as soon as possible. Whenever I'd turn the AC on, I could see the dust particles flying out of the cracks from the attic. Once I saw that I realized it was time to take care of the mess upstairs because I didn't want to breathe all that in and I also needed the insulation fixed. So I reached out to Reflect the Sun. They were great to work with. You can tell they really know what they're doing. Considering that attic cleaning and insulation installing inside an attic is not easy, the entire process was easy for me! The technicians worked hard and fast to make sure they finished in time. They gave me a time frame and finished within that time frame. Their prices were great. I did price shop, but Reflect the Sun was the most reasonable and they were great to deal with. Anyways, the techs removed the old insulation, bagged it up, tossed up and then added the top-notch insulation for our home: NASA Grade Reflective Attic Insulation! They also cleaned up the attic too. There was so much dust, I'm so glad I was able to get rid of it all. I'm a very satisfied customer.
