One of their ex-employees (who no longer works for the company) made a mistake on our gas company rebate form that resulted in us getting a rebate much smaller than we were expecting (think Taco Bell dog small). Insulation Specialists personally cut us a check for the difference between what we were supposed to receive and what we did receive out of their own account to make sure we received our entire rebate.
