First time I took my car here they replaced a belt and when I got my car back, the belt was replaced but there was grease all inside the front seat of the car and the steering wheel. I took my car back there because it was leaking coolant, they quoted me $800 to fix the leak and then once they ordered the part charged me the labor to fixed it, they called and told me the head gasket was creaked and it would be an additional $2,300 to fix that l!!!!! It was oil change time and my brother told me to come to Patrick since he had a great deal. Not only did I get a deal but his customer service is great! I came back to him for a noise coming from my car, he diagnosed it and fixed it all in the same day. He also checks in a few days after as well as a month after service just to make sure the car runs well. Today of all days around 7:30pm (after closing) my car battery decided to die, AAA said it was my alternator, I called Patrick and he said "Ill stick around for you to bring it in!" I had posted a review here several years ago that I wish could be removed! I have taken my van here for some major work to be done. When they had told me that cluster in my van had to be replaced, I took it somewhere else for a second opinion. It turned out to be a short in the wiring. Then I took my car to Patrick's to have motor mounts replaced and they replaced them and there has been a rumbling on the right side when curving to the right. They had informed that the transmission was the problem. And now fast-forwarding a few years later the transmission does have to be rebuilt because they are the wrong motor-mounts and the CV axle bearing is improperly worn. Another example, 3 weeks ago I took my car in for an oil change. Patrick's told me that the air filter needed replacing. I went to take it out and get a new one . . .well the old one was never put back! When will this shop pay attention to smaller details? I will never return for anything even if it is something as small as an oil change! read more

Had my truck AC worked on here after having it in at another shop a couple times with no luck. They tried replacing things and thinking and guessing but still would run warm after a couple days. Then after that shop I went to another place that just wanted to replace the entire AC system cause that's just what they like to do. I called around and When I tt Patrick over the phone he made me feel good about bringing it to him. Told me to just give him some time with it and let him get some dye in it and investigate. After having it there he calls me in a couple hours and finds the leak that no one else could. Gives me some options and get it done. Shows me the pics of the dye and also says that they couldn't find any dye from the previous shop. Hmmmm‍ Initially when I went in I was worried cause he's a younger guy and sometimes you want to think that they don't have a good work ethic or aren't hard workers or won't put in the time. Basically this repair shop charged $316.00 for checking and topping off the transmission oil. Total rip off. The reason I brought in my vehicle in was due to oil leaking under the hood and along the side of the passengers side of the vehicle. The shop claimed that they were not able to find the leak and said I might have ran something over. I would have noticed if I ran something over. I drove the vehicle home and trouble shot the issue myself. My findings: transmission high pressure line is leaking and needs to be replaced. Now they said they needed to take out the ac condenser for further inspection for finding the leak. I informed them that the condenser is bad and needs to be replaced. They stated that they did a 400lbs pressure test and found no issue with the condenser and refilled with R-134a. Well I still have an issue with the ac system leaking. Long story short I TRIED TO HELP OUR LOCAL BUSINESS OWNERS BUT INSTEAD I WAS RIPPED OFF. LOL... AFTER I FOUND THE ISSUE MYSELF THEY HAD THE NERVE TO SAY THEY COULD REPLACE THE HIGH PRESSURE HOSE AT A DISCOUNT PRICE OF $416.00. THIS IS WHY YOU SHOULD RESEARCH AND FIX YOURSELF. Patrick inspected the car twice and the second time discovered that the cost of repairs was not going to be as much as originally thought. I really appreciate his honesty and double checking. My mom and I were coming from Pasadena to San dimas to go to boot barn when suddenly her tire pressure light came on, as a service advisor myself my first instinct was to stop and check the tires at a gas station, but I realized that their air machine wasn't able to give me an accurate reading. Not being from the area I googled tire shops and this one came up they were about 5 minutes from where we were so when I called and asked if we could come in for a quick tire pressure check the gentleman on the phone was very friendly and allowed us to come in about 10 minutes before they were going to close. We were greeted by Steve who reassured us he was going to check all 4 tires for any potential punctures. After checking all 4 they noticed the from left was lower than the others but reassured us that where was no puncture and to monitor it. Both Andy and Steve were very helpful and made sure to reset the TMPS light and we left relived knowing we were safe and going to make it back to Pasadena without any issues. 10/10 would recommend! :) read more

Patrick is awesome ! I would highly recommend him for any work needed on your vehicle. I was having an issue with a high speed wobble on my Toyota Tundra. I originally went to Goodyear and they simply dismissed it as needing new tires and alignment. They would be happy to fix me up for $1500. I went to Patrick for a second opinion and after inspecting the vehicle he said it needed new shocks and tires wouldn't hurt either. He was honest and said he could just put new tires on it and send me on my way but I would have the same problem in six months. Patrick replaces the shocks and advised me to get new tires as soon as I could. I let the business after paying only a third of what Goodyear wanted and the problem has been solved. I gave Patrick a call to get a quote for a full synthetic oil change on my Audi. Patrick gave me a quote and said I could come in within the next hour. When I arrived an hour later, sure enough, they were ready for me. While my car was being worked on, I sat in the reception area, which was nice and cool and had free wi-fi. After only 30 minutes of waiting, my car was done. Not only did Patrick charge me the exact amount he quoted me over the phone, he also sent me a follow-up text message a few days later to see if my car was running smoothly. He was charging me to do other things when he said it was just one thing it just felt weird to me how he just kept charging me other things. I GOT MORE THAN WHAT I PAID FOR!!! My dad and I came here on a Tuesday morning because the check engine light turned on and my PT Cruiser had been having some acceleration problems. I told Patrick that he has to go through my passenger side door because my driver side won't open because of a previous accident. A few minutes later, Patrick told us that he just fixed my door. FOR FREE, NO CHARGE!! He just saved me and my anxiety with dealing with my car insurance company!!! THAT'S SO AWESOME!! In addition to getting my car fixed, we also asked them to get an oil change. Very fast service, everything is done in less than two hours. Prices are very affordable too!!! They also did some additional inspection, and made sure my tire pressure, etc. are all good. He gave me a quote and recommended additional services that my car needs but I did not feel pressured at all to get them done. Giving this business 3 stars based only on a benefit of the doubt, since the work was just completed and honestly don't know if it was done properly and correctly or not. They did agree to see the vehicle promptly so that I give them. Patrick said he would call me to let me know if they would keep the vehicle more than a day, never called. I called, no answer, left a message at 530pm asking about the vehicle. Asked to call me if they could. Was told they close between 6and 7 pm, guess they couldn't find the time. Next day, called at noon, was told the job was almost done, workers were at lunch ( 1:30) that it should be ready in an hour. Called again at 4pm, only to be told it should be ready 20 minutes. Do you see a pattern? I don't mind waiting just be up front, is it that difficult? In any case got there in 30 minutes, waited 10 minutes while guy was on the phone, never even looked at me, let alone say, I'll be with you in a minute. Finally, told him what I was there for and simply stated it will be $928.00. Never even bothered to: 1. Explain the work they supposedly did 2. Explain if there was a warranty on their work 3. Ask if I wanted to at least see, if not take the replaced parts. I really don't care if they did a good job on the car, many honest businesses can do the same. Call me petty, but if I am trusting you enough to pay you almost $1000 for work at least be professional enough to act like you care about customer service. read more
