Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Glendora, California

Wow! Exceptional and unexpected service from Leonard!! Dropped into Jiffy Lube in Glendora today with one of our cars and with my daughter with her car. She was nervous to go as she'd never been. As soon as we pulled up, we were greeted and told to pull one car in and then park the other. We were directed to the waiting room which was super cool on this 95 degree CA day. They were down to two people and a little busy but it didn't stop them from dropping in and letting us know they'd be right back with us within a few minutes. Leonard then came in and let us know he was busy but if okay he'd be on our cars within 20 minutes. I said no problem. He proceeded to knock out my wife's car and then my daughter's car next. He had her go up and go through the process of establishing her info in the system and even took her back to see how to check oil and coolant. Leonard provided top notch service and went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. He's honest, helpful, and expedient. He also offered us a discount for being a local student (for my daughter) so the cost and service was well worth the visit. Thanks Leonard! We'll be back :) read more

I know I came in at the last minute. The guys were kind of upset. It was 20 minutes before they closed. That's no excuse to have shitty service. They wouldn't honor the coupon that's on this website. They didn't check the air cabin filter like I asked they didn't fill up the wipers. I've been coming here for four years oh, and they said I need 1000s of dollars of work on my front end. I'm having that double checked right now. read more

Service was great, and was able to get in and out fast. Thank you Elie for helping me out.

Nice crew and very helpful. Did an awesome job on the routine oil change. If and when you stop by, ask for Elie.

I went there yesterday and was taken for a ride. They charge me $149 for a synthetic oil change.which i thought was more than i had been charged previously. I don't know if they are under new ownership but I would not recommend this business. They try to upsell you air filter for your engine cabin filter. He wanted to change my brake fluid. I ended up spending over $200. I will not be returning when you can go down the street and get your oil changed for cheaper from the same company. read more
