This review is for the price and nothing else. Wanted to stop by for a quick oil change. Since I don't know much about Jiffy Lube I looked up some information on their website. I was looking for a price and the time it would take for an oil change. Website said oil change would take 20-45 minutes (I understand this is an estimate) and prices range. With an open mind I stopped by yesterday morning. I was running a little behind so when the technician said its an hour I said I would come back later. He offered to write it up which I was ok with until I heard the price. Price is for 5 quarts and your car uses 6.6 quarts so its $120 (and this probably doesn't include tax). Either way, for that price I will sacrifice a little bit of my time and take it to the dealership for half the price. read more

Quick and easy. My hubby and I took in our Tahoe for an oil change. Service was quick and the price competitive. We went in about an hour before they closed and they were able to squeeze us in. So I went to the jiffy lube by the CVS area and they had two cars ahead of me. So normal quoted an hour and a half. I was like WTF ? Jiffy Lube in Glendora is great. They were able to see me right away. They had my filter in stock. Yay! It's about 100.00 more than I pay at Walmart. However, it's so much better than waiting around for 4 hours while they work on so many cars. The lack of AC was rather troublesome as it was 100+ degrees out. Inside the office was about 84 degrees. That was a bit rough. So glad to not have to wait a really long time to have it taken care of. read more

I got a oil change and air filter change along with another service added and spent over 200$ for them to not replace my air filter by my engine that I paid for. Not only did they not put my new one in they threw away my old one and just left it empty which could cause further problems. I was going to take it back for another repair but if they forget something simple as a air filter I don't want this location doing something major either. Please double check your work. read more

I was dragging my heals on getting oil changed and didn't want to wait a long time. Called about 2pm, John picked right up and said to come over now, they'd have it done in 30 mins. Buzzed over and John ushered me over to bay entrance. While he was getting me checked in, another gentleman was pulling the car into the bay. This jiffy lube is my go to place for oil changes or any other of the services they offer. I have had nothing but good experiences here. I perhaps am guilty of waiting too long to get services done on my car which makes me nervous to go to the mechanic because I have had bad experiences where they make me feel bad and I worry about them ripping me off. I have never had this experience with the employees at the Glendora Jiffy Lube. They are very kind and I always leave knowing that my car is in good shape. They truly go above and beyond every time I'm here. I just got an oil change and when I got back into my car it had been vacuumed. I could not recommend this place enough. I would especially like to give a shout out to Johnny. He is a really great guy and he explains what is going on with my car really well. read more

Came here because the sign said 24.99 driving by. When I got there halfway threw them changing my oil they charged me 44.99 I said why 20$ more when your sign says 24.99. The guy then said that's for first responders only & I said well it doesn't say that at all on your sign & he said well sorry I don't make the sign and continued to charge me 44.99. Here's the sign... the fine print reads "most vehicles, plus tax. Charge for 4X4's. Not valid with any other offers or discounts. Includes up to 5 quarts of conventional oil" NOTHING about who receives this price. This place rips you off. Never coming here again. read more

Time for an oil change. I've always gone to the dealer or VIOC. I didn't have time to do either so I pulled in here. Danny greeted me immediately. He provided me all the information about the cost of the service. (Price of oil change including 5 quarts and that my vehicle takes 8 and the additional amount.) It seemed high. I quickly called VIOC and found that the pricing is almost identical. Plus Jiffy Lube had a better coupon online. Rather than drive across town I stayed. My owner's transmission overheated to 221 degrees (!!) this weekend on the drive to Raging Waters, forcing us to get our transmission fluid replaced early. We weren't having any luck finding a repair shop on Labor Day weekend, and then we found the Jiffy Lube on Route 66 in Glendora. We were in and out in less than half an hour, and my owner was very impressed with their circulation flush pump that completely removed all of the old hydraulic fluid and build-up. They put an extra charge for "special filter" that I have not seen before on my many previous visits to JiffyLube; additionally they kept the previous regular filter charge on there. So I was paying 23$ for a filter. When I mentioned it, his reply was "you have a coupon though right?" He then took some extra off but not what it should have been. Makes me question the rest of the charges. 155.33 was the attempted charge at first for just a 5qt oil change. Furthermore, before the oil change, I asked can you please inflate my tires? After the oil change was done I asked if they were able to clear the tire pressure alert, he gave me an incredibly long and not accurate explanation on why I have something wrong with my car that wouldn't allow them to clear the alert. I got in my car and 4 clicks later I cleared it myself. Then checked my pressure and all tires were dangerously low. read more

Asked about online and was told to find one. Mentioned that I know there are different coupons for different locations was told just find one. Found two (one from the national website) and they denied both because they weren't for that location (see mention above). Asked again where I could find one online and was told that he wasn't going to my job for me in a short and crappy tone. Got irritated at that point and just asked him to close the transaction so I could leave. Won't be back and I don't recommend anyone uses them. Amazing!!! while other near by Jiffy lube locations turned me around because they did not have the required oil or oil filter for my car ( MBenz C300), this Glendora location played no games and ordered my oil filter!!!! No joke!!  They got it within 15 minutes, completed the service and I was out in no time. Great job!!! I am very impressed with the professional treatment and customer service skills that I got from every employee there . (for sure something that many vendors are now lacking). I brought my car in in July for an oil change. The man immediately admonished me bc his computer said I hadn't brought my car in in an obscene amount of time. I said no I just brought it somewhere else. The man then read my info to me and my last name was wrong so I mentioned that and he replies, "well why is it spelled like that in my computer?" Uh I don't know I didn't type it in there. Anyways. He wanted to replace filters and I agreed to one but not all. Cut to this week. My car has been driving terribly and finally brought it in to Honda. They called to tell me I had NO ENGINE FILTER IN MY CAR. Don't even know where to start, after getting an oil change here my car ran a little funny for a week I had it sit for a week and then drove it again this past week noticing no change. After consulting with my mechanic and another one we came to the conclusion that it had too much oil in it. Stop by this morning and the guy that works there said pop the hood he checked the oil and said the levels were good. Now if you know anything about checking oil you have to wait till the car cools down to make sure that all the oil has come down from the motor into the pan to get an accurate reading. Went back to let them know once again it was recording too much oil, during this visit the manager who has always change the oil on this car by the way made me feel as if I didn't know what I was talking about. Asked his mechanic to look at it and he said it was the throttlebody. Explained to him that if I was wrong I would pay for the oil change no problem and that I just wanted it to be right. After all that I decided to leave drove up to A Oilstop drive-through, sat in their bay for 20 minutes when the guy said pop your hood. The first thing he did was check my oil and said to me "you know you have too much oil" Went back and ran into the delightful gentleman in the morning who checked my oil who said it was fine. He looked at the invoice and said they're lying to you. My reply was my mechanic my own eyes this morning (in checking the oil ) and the Oil stop attendant are all wrong? I said are you a mechanic he said yes... After saying that's horrible he said well don't come back then. LOL. If you can find another choice I would highly recommend it! Don't stop here. read more
