My AC went out in the middle of the summer. This place was open on a Sunday (when most places were closed). My car was fixed by Monday! Owner reached out to me a couple weeks later to make sure everything was still working well. read more

Went there to get all four breaks and rotors replaced, he gave me a great quote and even a discount for being a first time customer. I was able to drop off my car and pick it up same day four hours later. Patrick was very nice and professional and I would definitely go back. 10/10 service. read more

Highly recommend! Went in a little distressed hearing a thumping sound from my car. The staff immediately welcomed me and answered all my questions, need to say my stress started to ease. After their full inspection the very kind owner Patrick was the one who gave me the news on what was needed at the time and what he recommend to get done when I could, Kudos for the honesty! I got the needed stuff completed same day and my car now runs band new once again, definitely going back! read more

I would highly recommend Patrick's auto Center for any of your car service needs. My vehicle's battery died on Sunday afternoon. It wouldn't even jumpstart. I got my vehicle towed to Patrick's auto Center. The next morning, I left my key with Patrick, and he diagnosed the problem was the battery. He gave me a call to give me an estimate on services. I got my battery replaced, and within a few hours my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I really appreciate Patrick's communication and overall customer service. Thanks Patrick! read more

When I want an oil/filter change on any of my vehicles, I want to be sure a qualified mechanic/technician will be working on it. Especially so if I am sending my daughter to get her car serviced. Patrick has services her Lexus hybrid on 2 occasions now. He is thorough and clean and uses top-shelf products. He also takes note of other areas that need service and has advised me of same. He is not pushy, which I appreciate. I fully intend to continue using Patrick for all of my vehicles. read more

Spoke with JD prior to taking my car in for a brake pad installment and machining of the rotors. He quoted me a fair price. Once the car was on the lift he attempted to charge me double claiming the rotors were too worn to be machined. He didn't realize I had gotten my rotors measured hours prior and there was more than enough material to machine. When I showed him the measurements he was dumbfounded. He proceeded to finish the job as discussed. Common practice at these shops. read more

Three years ago this was an honest and quality repair shop. I have an Acura MDX and during these three years they repaired all manner of things. Throughout their prices have consistently gone up far faster than inflation. I don't begrudge them charging whatever they can get for their service but... ...the new service writer Patrick brought in named Andy is patronizing, rude, and a thief. During my last service he said my car needed a new rear engine mount and new axle wheel bearings. He demonstrated the need for wheel bearings by shifting the car into gear, engine running, and then toggling from drive to reverse. He cited the different noises from reverse to drive as evidence of failed wheel bearings. I grew up working on my own cars and knew he was full of crap immediately so I hustled out of there asap with no intention to return. A trip to my buddy that manages the service department of a nearby Acura dealer confirmed the wheel bearings were fine. Like I said, this used to be a reputable shop but, now, buyer beware. read more

Thank you Patrick's Auto for taking care of my little Whip today! I am satisfied with your service, honesty and friendly business. On top of Patrick being very thorough with all the work that was done to my little vehicle was the top notch service. I feel safe. I will be returning for future maintenance on my cars! I called for an estimate to replace my daughters ac compressor in her Honda Civic. She was quoted a couple of very high prices from other repair shops and based on the positive reviews I decided to give Patrick's Auto a try. I spoke with JD and given what I thought was a fair price. About $150 lower than the others. Best of all the work was completed the same day on a Saturday. Everyone seemed courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to bring my car here or recommend them to friends. read more

Such an amazing place !!! Patrick is the best , he always gets the problem fixed. Very passionate about what he does and he takes that into consideration when working on your vehicle. Patrick is a LIFESAVER! Not only he is kind, but he is also your honest mechanic. He just started this auto center 5 months ago and while it is still pretty new, it does not remove the fact he has over 10 years of experience. I came in on a Sunday because my Honda just decided to lose a bolt holding my brake and caliper together while I was on the freeway. Patrick stayed past hours and waited for me to get there. He understood that I would have a delay because I had to tow my car to his shop. After inspecting my car, he told me the previous mechanic that did my brakes did a poor job and that if I had driven more, the brakes would have fallen off my car and cause more damage. He addressed the problem and told me to go to the previous mechanic to claim the amount he would charge me. The price was fair and he got everything done in 15 minutes. Overall, this place is super reasonable with its pricing and Patrick goes above and beyond in terms of customer service. I would be back!!! read more

Brought all my cars here. Patrick and Andy have been extremely helpful. My Tundra had engine light on for the longest and I brought it to the dealer twice and they couldn't seem to find the problem, said it might be a transmission problem. I decided to bring it to Patrick's and have them take a look. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in the same day! No more fix engine light! Wow! Even brought my GTR to change my breaks and rotors and oil change on my Hummer. Quick and easy.I trust them 100% now. Definitely will be coming here for all my car needs. read more

My car battery had been dying whenever I tried starting it for the past two days so I needed a new one asap. I called a couple of shops but none of them had batteries on hand until I called Patrick's Auto Center. The employee on the phone was friendly and gave prompt answers to all my questions and told me I could come in anytime. I let them know I would be driving over right away. The service was quick and the employees were friendly. From the time I made the call to the time my car was complete, only took 1 hour (including the 15 minute drive over). Definitely recommend these guys. They will get you taken care of quickly and efficiently! read more

Andy that helped us out was an outstanding representative. The work was modest and reliable without breaking the bank. I usually like to work on my car myself ,however, they helped me out in a pinch with my part replacement. Overall I don't mind coming back here even though it is a little far from me. But I like their work and their work ethics. read more

Patrick is very responsive and friendly. I reached out via Yelp to schedule an appointment and he got back to me with information very quickly, his pricing is also very competitive. I appreciate that he wasn't very pushy and did not try to upsell me on like air filter changes and other miscellaneous things that I'm all too familiar with at other auto centers. He did note that my front tires were wearing down, and provided me with a quote for the tires - which was not bad at all. When asked, he was very honest with me regarding the tread of the tires, he told me that I could probably still use them for another few thousand miles. I really appreciate how responsive, transparent, and competitively priced it is here, and I will definitely be bringing my Mercedes back here. read more

Great, friendly, courteous and reachable- long overdue review- Patrick has taken care of our family's cars since he opened. Prior to that I was getting oil changes from his neighbor.
