This is located right in the heart of downtown which means it is close to anything and everything. We came here after the aquarium and we loved it. They do brunch on the weekends which is great, whiskey and scotch flights as well as featured items such as Irish beef stew. The food was great. I didn't love the IPA medium sauce it was just not for me but everything was super delicious! And the service was amazing.

Hands down the best Irish pub I've ever been to! We stopped in late after checking into a nearby hotel, not expecting much -- just some quick food after a long drive from San Antonio. But we were blown away. The service was incredible, especially considering the bartender was also our server. He somehow managed to take orders, make great drinks, offer solid recommendations, and still check in on us throughout. The food came out fast and was absolutely delicious -- way beyond typical bar fare. A total 10/10. I'd absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back!

I came here over the summer while in Dallas for a conference for work. I arrived earlier than hotel check-in, and I had no where to go for several hours, so I came here. I sat at the bar and ordered the chicken and waffles and a side of eggs. The bar tender was pleasant and very welcoming. She chatted with me, sympathetic to the fact that I was tired and hungry with no hotel room to check into just yet. It wasn't long before my meal arrived. The eggs were eggs, though I needed to add a little salt and pepper. The chicken and waffles were delicious; however, the waffles were very sweet. They were soft on the inside but had a bit of a sweet crispiness on the outside. I definitely enjoyed them, but I felt so guilty eating them! After a couple of hours of scrolling through my phone, watching a few soccer games on the TVs at the bar, chatting more with the bartender, I ordered a snack, spicy cheese curds. They were hot, fresh, tasty and really packed a serious punch. The ranch, carrots, and celery really came through for the win! Although the cheese curds were good, I wouldn't have been able to finish them without the ranch and veggies to cool down the spice. Although I would never just sit at a bar for hours under normal circumstances, this place had a pleasant atmosphere that helped to pass the time. If I'm ever in Dallas again, this pub is definitely worth another visit! I saw a couple traditional Irish meals that I would love to try!

Came here with a group of coworkers to celebrate a birthday and we just so happen to be in the mix of celebrating St. Patrick's Day! They had a specialize menu just for the event and a plethora of activities the week leading to. They have a lengthy happy hour and we made sure to order food and drinks for our enjoyment. Our server was attentive and friendly! I ordered the Galway Bay Mussels and they're made with a cream sauce. Definitely a different taste than what I'm used to but the mussels were fresh. I also ordered a few Green Tea Shots and Mar O'Ritas. The drinks were amazing and perfectly mixed! I was able to taste the Cheese Curds and Corned Beef and Cabbage Rolls and they were very tasty. Overall, we had a great time and it was a treat to be there for St. Patrick's Day!

Wow where do I start and in what order?! Oh I know where. 1. The ambiance was great for this place. Stumbled into here just looking for a quick bite. 2. Reasonable prices & portions 3. I had the steak and duck wings and wow! TEN OUT OF TEN. 4. But the highlight of my trip, was not the food nor the ambience, but it was the PHENOMENAL service I received from my server. Wesley was an absolute TREAT. Very accommodating, personable and just full of life. Which is not what you get from most places these days. I will be coming back. And to anyone reading this, if you want great food and had a rough day, look no further than Patrick Kennedys for their great food, and Mr. Wesley for his joyous energy. Thank you.

Patrick Kennedy's DID NOT disappoint! Are you in search of a place with great vibes, good music, a chill atmosphere, great service, and food to boot? I'm here to tell you Patrick Kennedy's has it all and more! Patrick Kennedy's Irish Pub is located near the corner of Main St. and Griffin in downtown Dallas. It's a great place to get together with friends or just surround yourself with great people and atmosphere. As soon as you walk up to the door, you feel as if you are walking into a traditional Irish pub. We were a group of 6 gathering together on a Friday night looking to reconnect. I was unsure if they would be able to accommodate our group, so I sent an email to see if we could make a reservation. A few days later, Samira reached out and was able to accommodate our needs. Her cheerful voice and willingness to ensure that we received the best service possible was a prequel to what was to come. From Elaine, who got us started with beverages, to Erica who took care of our table for the night, to the young lady(I didn't get your name, but your were wearing black & white glasses) who helped my niece in the restroom. Really took the time to serve us well and make us feel at home. I CANNOT say enough good things about the staff! You just need to go down there and experience them for yourself. Now, for the food! What I love about visiting an establishment with a larger group is that it gives you the opportunity to taste and try a variety of offerings, as well as test the kitchen staff prowess! Baby, my hats off to the Kitchen staff. On a busy Friday night, in downtown Dallas, we did not wait more than 10 minutes for any of our food! Everything was hot, fresh, and seasoned well! We started out with a Scottish Egg, Spicy Cheese Curds, and Corned Beef and Cabbage Eggrolls. Absolutely delicious! The Scottish egg was perfectly cooked with the traditional runny yolk and golden brown, crunchy exterior. The cheese curds were absolutely addictive! The eggrolls were served with 1000 island dressings and gave an incredible mouth feel of salty, sweet, tangy, earthy, and tart! Entrees were Fish and Chips( what seemed like a whole cod loin, that was fresh, with a bright clean flavor, and earth shattering crust, served with Coleslaw and the tangiest tarter sauce I have ever had! Bliss. Monte Cristo( standard turkey and ham, but elevated to new heights by adding Wexford cheddar and Swiss Cheese on sourdough bread, then beer-battered and fried to perfection). The Cluckin Chicken (buttermilk-brined chicken breast, with an IPA sauce, coleslaw, cheddar cheese on sourdough(talk about texture and flavor on steroids)! The Turkey Avocado (fresh sliced turkey, creamy avocado, smoky bacon, on sourdough, and a jalapeno aioli for kick)! Drunken Mussels (Black mussels, steamed in a creamy beer broth, that was as elegant as it was light and succulent. The garlic crostinis were the perfect vessel to shovel that rich broth into your belly). Garlic Mac N Cheese ( three Irish cheese, plus a Guinness stout cheese sauce that kept the dish creamy and lush) was everything a Mac N Cheese should be! For dessert! Bread Pudding! I grew up on bread pudding, and this took me home! Thick, custard laden cubes of sourdough, plump raisins, with a Jameson cream sauce. It absolutely warmed my soul! I am so glad we decided to step into everything that is Patrick Kennedy's Irish Pub. Great Food, Great Atmosphere, Great People. Check It Out!!

Delicious vegan Shepard's pie. Great portions. I also got hot tea. This business validates parking also. Customer service was great.

Went here right after flying into forth worth Texas. This is in the heart of downtown and they did not disappoint. Whiskey Wednesday is a hit! Had the Up burger and they loaded it with avocado which I love. Also the location is right off the strip. Wait staff was up to par too.

My date and I! Love it

Extremely personable! Knew EXACTLY what I wanted and what I need before I even knew I neeeded it Nate was awesomely engaging and anticipating what I needed as a guest I never asked and Chloe was super fun! And engaging and someone like me coming out and raising girls at home I love to engage with great people and in a fun atmosphere. I can't say enough I'm struggling to find more words Chloe and Nate made our freaking night from the bottom of my heart I'm a single mom so when I can travel and have fun it makes my night having good people that take care of us even while it's CRAZY busy during a convention "holla"

I was in Dallas recently and was lucky to go in this place. Met friendly people, all there on business like myself. Terrific bartenders.

Patrick Kennedy's is an Irish pub attached to the Westin Dallas Downtown, decorated by aged whiskey barrels outside and all the appropriate Irish pub decorations inside, including subtly placed candies located across the pond. I spent three afternoons and one evening there while staying at the Westin for an event at the conference center (a ten minute walk). The bartenders are talkative and high energy. The pub itself has an impressive collection of whiskey, bourbon and scotch which are best sampled on Whiskey Wednesday when everything (or at least most) is 50% off. The servers are really the shining stars at Patrick Kennedy. Ashley, in particular was very attentive, always asking if I wanted another 'beverage' before my pint glass was empty and knew my name and what I drank as I entered the doors on visit #2. If you're in Dallas be sure to drop in for a pint...and try the curry, fish & chips or the Shepard pie. All phenomenal!

We had a blast!! Came in at about 4 just to chill and have a beer. Great Irish atmosphere and decent happy hour, extensive liquor menu. During our visit they had a promo for Tullamore whiskey so girls came by with free shots. The honey one was really good!! THEN.....the coolest....promo for a free Guiness but we sent a picture to them and they put it in the top!!!! My dog is in the foam!!! So damn cool. Server was cool, music was great. Enjoyed our time. Why not 5 stars??? Wish my beer was a notch colder and it would've been perfect!

We got a cheeseboard, but if I had to recommend one thing, definitely the fried mushrooms if you like mushrooms. They're huge and the spicy cilantro sour cream sauce is killer! We sat in the indoor/outdoor area, which was my fave. It can take a minute to flag someone down when it's busy, but that felt understandable for how busy they were. Easy place to settle into and lose track of time a bit--just drinks, conversation, and good food without overthinking it.

The Guinness is poured so perfectly it should be in the Louvre. The bartender, Austin (I'm pretty sure that's his real name and not just what he tells customers), has the patience of a saint and the sarcasm of a man who's been asked "Do you have anything like Guinness but less dark?" one too many times. Highlights: The fish & chips were so good I briefly considered converting to Catholicism just so I could thank God properly. The bathroom graffiti is poetic. "Roses are red, violets are blue, I came for a piss and met half the crew." - actual quote. Then you've got Hannah, who's basically the pub's chaos coordinator. She's got blonde hair that could guide ships in a fog and a laugh that echoes like a banshee having a great time. Don't sleep on Wes - He'll nod once, slide you your drink, and if you're lucky, mutter something profound like "Life's short, drink good stout." Then he disappears to polish glasses like he's auditioning for a monastery. Absolute mystery man, 10/10 enigma. And rounding out the crew is Paige, the wildcard. She's got stories that start with "Back in then..." and end with police chases, lost sheep, and at least one exploding still. She'll flirt with your grandma, roast your ex in three sentences or less. There is also this Asian guy that looks like a confused troll with blonde hair. He lives up to the saying once you go Asian it's amasian. Can't forget the blonde girl that's going through the Dallas legacy transition of bottle service to real estate. Shes as good at serving as she is selling real estate. These people run the bar like a well-oiled dysfunctional family. They banter with each other louder than the jukebox, remember birthdays you forgot you told them, and have an unspoken code: if you're having a rough night, they'll slide you a free shot and pretend it was a mistake. If you're being a gobshite, they'll roast you into next week without missing a pour.
