Lately discovered their lunch specials. Assortment of pasta option with a side salad or soup. My favorite is the linguine Gorgonzola and Caesar. Perfect portion and the sauce is so cravable. Highly recommend read more

The featured dish on their menu was Cioppino, so thought I'd try it, even though I know it's difficult to find a restaurant with good Cioppino. This rated as the worst yet! The sauce was bland, one small piece of fish, the rest precooked shrimp and bay scallops. The service was excellent, reason for two stars instead of one. read more

I was pretty excited to go here when I heard we were getting a Pastini. I have tried one of the locations in Portland but it was 7 or so years ago. The location itself is beautiful and bright. We were seated quickly as it was not super busy at that moment. They have a great list of cocktails available and it was almost hard to pick, I wanted to try so many! But we started with the sangria and my boyfriend got the blood orange margarita. Both drinks were great. For starters we got the scampi and meatballs. I prefer larger shrimp but the flavor was perfect and the meatballs were tender. I love how chunky the marinara was, it all just fit together so well. We also got a Caesar salad which has now made it to my top list of favorites in Eugene! Dinner wise we ordered the pomodoro and my boyfriend got their sunday special which was crumbled meatballs with a mushroom/lil mama's pepper sauce on top of polenta. Only problem with that dish was that it was on top of polenta cakes and wasn't quite what we were expecting. Both were good though. My only gripe with this place is that they have a full list of great cocktails but no full bar. We were also told that we weren't allowed to order more than 3 drinks. Which isn't a problem for us but it still bothered me a bit. Our server said it was a family friendly restaurant (even though we saw no kids haha) and that was their rule. I was too young to drink back when I first went to Pastini so I had no idea this was a thing. I've never been a restaurant that limited drinks, even other family friendly places. I want to give this place 4 stars so bad because the food and service was excellent, but the drink thing struck me the wrong way and even though I know we will be back, I know it won't be as often as I thought. read more

This is a very nice, new place located in a relatively new shopping mall. It's in the bottom of a hotel but I can't remember the name of the hotel. Parking is easy because it's within the building itself because part of it is a parking structure. The dining room is large and spacious and very contemporary in decore. We were a party of five for a weekday luncheon. For lunch, they offer a special , 10 tasty lunches for $9 each. These include pastas, sandwiches , salads or combination of them. This arrangement of a complete lunch for $9 is a very good deal . And to top it off the service is very good and the food was excellent. I don't remember what everyone had but I had the lasagna and it came in its own little bowl along with garlic bread and a side salad . My wife had a linguine with pesto sauce . Hers, like mine , came with a side salad and garlic bread. It's just $9 for a complete lunch, that beats the heck out of lunch at a passport joint for a burger plus fries surely cost more than $9. Not to mention that probably not be as good as Pastini's offerings. BTW, this is a chain operator sites in Portland , Tigard, Beaverton, Corvallis Bend and Eugene. If we should find ourselves in any of these areas, we would not hesitate to dine at any of these stores. . read more

After a horrible experience with important guests at Pastini, I was sent a gift card apologizing and encouraging a return to give the restaurant another go. I had been roughly 10 times before my unpleasant experience and I have been back probably 5 times since. The most recent trips were what I have come to expect from Pastini: fantastic food, service, and drink! I can confidently say that my unpleasant experience was a fluke and that Pastini really is fantastic! The service and food have left nothing to be desired and the Ambiance is, as always, great. Unfortunately, my single poor experience really limits this review to 4 stars, as it has become infamous within my family. Still, I always suggest Pastini to visiting company and encourage anyone considering to try it! read more

Really nice place for a meal. There wasn't much of a wait and everyone is so nice. We order calamari as the appetizer and it was not oily and very crispy and yummy. I don't normally get pasta much cause it normally make me feel heavy and such. But the pasta was really good and they serve the right amount. read more

Our server was wonderful and friendly. The service was fast, but not rushed. I got the basil lemonade which was amazing and tasted super fresh. The butternut squash ravioli was some of the best I've had. The waiter said the ravioli were not made from scratch in house, but that's no surprise-what restaurant is making fresh pasta anyway. It had hazelnuts and deep fried crispy sage leaves that were like little herby chips. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this restaurant and will definitely be back. read more

Pastini - Italian Near Me - Eugene, Oregon

Came here with friends, loved the food and service. great environment and setting made me fell in a home environmen. Will be returning

We really wanted to love this place...the ambience and service were fantastic! Unfortunately, for the money, we're sticking with Beppe's from now on. However the tortellini gorgonzola and were noteworthy! There was MUCH to be desired, including taste with the fusili alla roma. Given tjr shrimp appetizer and Caesar sala, 4-stars is extremely generous. We won't be adding this place to our regular restaurant rotation, but may attempt this place for one of the weekly specials at some point... read more

HORRIBLE MUSIC. Just so horrible. I feel like I'm in a mall food court with these terrible music choices. I might as well blare a pop radio station off my phone while I eat. Just ruins it. The food is alright(some dishes are underwhelming), but the ambiance just absolutely RUINS the experience. Everyone who I talk with about Pastini and what they think of the place always brings up how horrid the music is. If they played something as simple as light jazz or even traditional Italian music. If this change was made, it would completely change the environment. Although I will say, the service/waiters are polite! I would recommend Beppe and Gianni's if you are looking for a more authentic Italian cuisine. Sorry Pastini, do yourself a favor and fix your music! read more

Better than average for a chain. Ingredients are fresh and the portions are large. I suggest family style and share with your whole party!

I am no food critic but I will leave a review when it's well deserved for satisfying two very different palates under one roof! Got the fried calamari to share My partner got the tortellini gorgonzola and I got the gluten free spaghetti aglio e olio with added shrimp. It was so delicious! 0 complaints on my part. Very hard to go anywhere that has gluten free options and it taste almost exactly as the real thing! great seasoning on everything, light and fresh for a pasta dish. Definitely recommend this place. Also our waitress was so nice and friendly! helped us decide what dish to go with. Wish I could remember her name. read more

First time here. We wanted to try the happy hour menu and were surprised at the quality of food and even more so surprised at the prices! For $5-$6 a plate we loved the artichoke spread (probably the best Ive tasted in Eugene), spaghetti and Caesar salad. Next time we come in I'll order extra spaghetti sauce and extra cheese on the artichoke; both were tasty but I'll want more next time. On Wednesdays the wines are 1/2 off and you can take home any leftover. It looks like a bottle is about $35 regular price. The decor is very nice and new -- comfortable! A beautiful mahogany 2x8 top cap wraps around the banquettes. The lighting soft and fixtures unique. The atmosphere on the quiet side. I only wish the background music was different. Thats it! read more

We only ate there once. That was enough. Over cooked mushy spaghetti noodles, to me, have never been appetizing.

Good pasta at a good price! Garlic bread upgrade for $2.50 is a nice touch. Higher quality than Olive Garden, but won't break the bank.

Great pasta choices, I would recommend this place. It's at the parkway center. Good wine list and reasonable prices. read more

Wanted to try this place after my friend recommended it. We came for the lunch happy hour. I ordered the Mac n cheese with the house made soup. The Mac n Cheese was lacking a lot of flavor, I was kinda disappointed. The soup was decent, had sausage bits, cheese, and some pasta bits. My friend ordered the lasagna and soup and it was pretty delicious! We ordered the garlic bread as well and it was pretty tasty. It paired well with the soup and lasagna sauce. I'd probably come here again but will try something different. read more

I'd like to provide an update. Management from this location reached out and addressed the service issues we experienced. I look forward to returning. As mentioned in my earlier review the entree's we've come to love at other Pastini locations were equally good here as well. With so many choices for dining it's nice to know a company takes it's service seriously. Good food and great service can't be beat. Thanks again Pastini for reaching out, it wasn't expected. read more

Pastini - Tortellini Gorgonzola with added chicken - Italian Near Me - Eugene, Oregon

I love this place! Food is always delicious and they have the best blood orange margaritas. You can even get them to go!

Even delivered across town and it was still warm and delicious. The pasta was cooked to perfection. The asparagus was warm and crisp. All around the food was great. We've dined in BC and it was good service in the restaurant, too. read more

This reminds me of a mostly pasta only Olive Garden with interior decor targeted more towards younger generations, not exactly family events. The selection of pasta is nice and creative, which is nice compared to Olive Garden's basic options. They also have a list of vegetarian options and mark which ones can be veganized which is perfect! If i could give half stars i would give this a 3.5 or 3.75. The Farfalle Siciliano has greek olives, capers, sherry, sun dried tomatoes, and feta but is easily veganized without feta. It was good but the sauce was a bit too salty, i would recommend adjusting the sodium. The 2 flaws i saw: 1) my sister doesnt eat cheese and ordered a pasta that did not indicate on the menu had cheese on top. We're so used to other places saying "oh don't worry we add the cheese at the table" so we didnt say no cheese, and then there was a lot of cheese on the dish when it arrived. 2) the pasta portion sizes are sorta small, and the bread is just two small pieces that might as well be one. This is definitely healthier than other Italian places that give you multiple serving portions of pasta and bread but I wish the prices were lower. read more

Ordered 3 entrees that were vegetarian dishes via phone order pickup, and ALL three had a fishy undertone with every bite.. not what we were hoping for, won't be getting their food again. The wine on the other hand was fabulous and we got wine coupons for half off. read more

Pastini is so delicious! Everything I've eaten at Pastini is fabulous from the baked meatballs to the stuffed shells to the garlic bread to the soups to the salads! I mean everything! I crave Pastini! I haven't tried the lasagna or pizza yet but I'm going to. Best thing so far is the stuffed shells. Oh my delicious! read more

Flavors were really good and staff was nice. Quick chefs. My only issue was my pasta was way too overcooked in my dish, but other than that, I'd give this place a go again. read more

Food is usually good. We've only done takeout, so I can't comment on service or ambiance.

I am Sooo excited they have come to Eugene. I have missed coming to this awesome taste bud tantalizing place because I would have to go so far (Portland) to get my pasta slurp on. The portions are good and the Lunch Specials are great cost wise. I am always down for a big bowl of Misto Mare and some grilled crusty bread to dip in that ever mouth watering olive oil/balsamic vinegar combo. Thank You, Thank you, thank you for bringing your deliciousness to town. Only down side is that being on the backside of the Oakway Mall, parking can be a bit of a headache but in my opinion, getting that goodness into my mouth makes it worth it. read more

LOVE this place! My go to pasta place in Eugene. I love the lemon cream pasta with asparagus as well as the mac n cheese. Mediocre food and fairly small portions. The worst part is the service. It's sparse and slow. And unreliable takeout times. I'm here for my last time, currently 20 minutes (and still waiting) after the pickup time I set 90 minutes from my order... Edit. It ended up being 35 minutes late. They comped my appetizers. The food was pretty bad. The sauces were watery. My "creamy parmesan" sauce was too watery to stick to the noodles at all. Not even a little. One of the worst Italian meals I have had. read more

Of the 2 experiences I've had with Pastini, one was bad and the other was worse. When I walked into the Corvallis restaurant, and tried to make a take-out order, the cook rudely rushed me out the door, and rudely told me that I could only order for delivery. It was so awkward, uncomfortable, and embarrassing, that I will never do business with that location. Tonight I ordered from the Eugene restaurant via Uber Eats, and did not receive my main entree. When I realized it, and it was the second time in less than a month that I hadn't received an entree item, I was so furious, that I threw out the rest of the order. Never again will I do business with Pastini, or Uber, and I highly recommend the same to you. read more

Very enjoyable! We have Pastini in Eugene, OR a try Friday night. Our dinner started with some delicious red pepper bisque filled by a wonderful Cesar salad. Next we tried the lasagna and pasta bolognese. Sauce was nice. Finally we wrapped up with two generous portions of tiramisu and coffee. Modern farmhouse decor and very attentive staff. This is for dinner on Saturday, November 27. Overall, I was not impressed. The wait for seating was long, service was slow, and the food took forever to get. We checked in at 5:30PM, got seated at 6:10, and the appetizer didn't arrive until 6:50. Our tables experience seemed to be the same at all the tables around us...people waiting for their food and searching for a waiter for more drinks, bread, whatever. Now to be balanced in my review: Price - reasonable. We got out under $100 for 3 three people with drinks, entrées, and a shared appetizer. Waiter - friendly, but slow. Drinks took 10 minutes to get after ordering and the appetizer (Scampi) took 40 minutes. Had to ask for bread and more water. Food - Appetizer (Scampi) was good. Would have liked more bread to dip in the garlic oil. Spaghetti con Gaberetti - basically a speghetti with white fish and shrimp. The white fish was over cooked, but the shrimp was good. Key complaint was it was probably finished by kitchen first and they let it sit on the counter to be picked up with the other dishes at same time, so the pasta wasn't hot and entire dish got hard. Spaghetti Carbonara - this was delicious. Was probably done last by kitchen so freshest when it got to the table. I would order this again....it was good. Drinks - reasonably priced and good size for both alcohol and non-alcohol. No idea if the non-alcohol drinks include refills, as the waiter disappeared after the drinks arrived. read more

Good atmosphere, Good food, pretty consistent with their dishes as I've eaten there MANY times, alittle spendy though.....
