Beef and brisket P4. Pho with Medium Rare Beef, Brisket, Tendon & Tripe

Sweet servers. Delicious food. The vermicelli with chicken and veggie spring rolls was incredible. The beef and brisket pho was so rich and flavorful.

My coworkers and I ordered takeout for lunch. I got the pho with beef balls. The broth was super clean and I loved the texture of the beef balls as I am very picky because sometimes other restaurants have beef balls with those weird gelatin pieces inside. I also got the spring rolls, it came super crispy and the sauce was delicious. My coworkers all order the pho with the grill pork chops and they absolutely loved it. We will definitely order from here again and it's highly recommended. The noodles were a bit undercooked, but it was nothing that made the meal terrible..

Bahmi bread not grilled... pork not grilled enough.... Fairly simple to achieve no when ypu name your restaurant GRILL and noodles.

Wanted to like this place but nothing really stood out. We were quickly seated as were only the third table to be occupied after we were seated. It was Friday around dinner time which we thought was strange as to why it wasn't busy... The worker quickly brought us the menus and water. We knew what we wanted to eat so we ordered right away. Two steak phos One chicken pho One pork spring rolls The Steak pho was just meh and needed more flavoring. The color of the meat looked funky but I couldn't tell if it was just the lighting or?......... I was a little worried after eating a few pieces but till this day i'm still not sick, so it was probably just the lighting. My cousin had the chicken pho and she said it was good, so yay for her. The spring rolls were my least favorite. Not sure what kind of pork they used but it was nasty. It almost had like a weird powdery texture to it.... I took two bites and nope, couldn't do it. The workers were very friendly and attentive and the inside was clean. The bathroom was also very clean. The food was a pass for me though :(

this is a very traditional Vietnamese restaurant, with a menu not just pho and bann Mi, but more diverse options from northern, central and southern vietnam. they also serve traditional vietnamese coffee is a must try. The restaurant is very traditional, the oldest viet restaurant in NYC. the staff there speaks Vietnamese. we got seated right away during lunch time on the weekend, it was not busy at all. service is fast i had the bún bò huế which is a central Vietnam dish with spicy, salty, and savory flavors. it comes with thick and round vermicelli noodle, loaded with flavor. Make sure to try their grill pork chop, is well marinated with lemongrass and sweetness to it.

This is the oldest pho restaurant in NYC and the depth of the broth shows that! They also have bun rieu which is hard to find in the city. I will definitely be back to try it on another day when I have more time.

I came here for dessert and got flan and che ba mau. I wish the che ba mau had less ice and more red bean! The flan had brownie on the bottom layer which was interesting to me. It wasn't the best flan I've had but happy I still tried it.

Adorable cute pho spot that is run by an old couple ! Great service and just such an amazing vibe! Food was soooo good and hit the cravings

Pho broth done well here- better than most shops nearby. Brisket meat was a little too lean/chewy for my liking. Rice combo plate was simple and solid (although portion size is smaller). Quick and friendly service.

Brought the rest of the family to try the food here and they love it too. Went this weekend and got a table right away - maybe it's the rain or maybe off-peak because it started filling up again close to 4pm. Food came out fast (good for us since we were kind of hungry and this was our very late lunch). Oxtail pho had comes-off-the-bone meat in flavorful broth. Nice on a cooler drizzly spring day. Shaken beef had very tasty and tender pieces of meat. Thumbs up from my sons for their rice dishes: grilled beef; combination pork chop; and squid in yellow curry ( first time trying curry at a vietnamese place - different from other curries so I will try next time.) Credit card - 3% more. Restroom available.

Needed to branch out of my normal pho joints to try locally recommended places. Been to two of Pasteur's neighbors (Thai Son, Nha Trang) and had this left to complete the tri-pho-cta. Service was standard Chinatown service, "good enough". Small place with just a few tables. It was half full on a Sunday afternoon. We had a table for 4 - ordered the summer roll, spring roll, 3 pho dac biet, another noodle (pic) and an iced coffee. Summer roll -- smaller than other places and was not densely packed and rolled so it fell apart upon first bite. Flavor was very good though Spring rolls -- well fried and seasoned. A little sweeter than other places. Just rolls, no lettuce wraps. Coffee -- decent Pho -- broth was a little light and lacked depth but still good flavor. All meats were solid. Overall, good spot and would go in a pinch. Generally, there are better options elsewhere.

Summer rolls were nice and refreshing with the mint. Pho broth was rich but not over salty and there was an average portion of meat. There's only 1 size of pho bowl and the prices are average (roughly $15-17). Service was quick and they have multiple people working the restaurant floor. I ate and was in and out within 17 min.

Really expensive for House Special Fried Rice when they include tax. When you pay with cash, it comes out to $17.50 and you need to pay 3% more with credit card which is quite expensive. Even though it is $$$, the taste and quality of fried rice is superb and very tasty! I never tasted such quality before from any places. This by far is the best tasty fried rice I've ever tried. It is wok fried with shrimp, sausage, chicken, eggs, scallions, peas, and carrots. The rice is made well and not too soggy, soft or overly cooked and dried. Sausages are good too which is my favorite ingredient in the rice. The place has nice panel windows too when you arrive that makes it welcoming and nice. The menu looks cute with pictures. Ambience is nice and not too loud. There is no music playing and just people talking. Somewhat quiet and dotted along with many Vietnamese places so you know there is competition. But if you want the best fried rice, this is the place to go!

Today, I got a PISILLO panini with ciabatta bread and it was so damn big! I had half of it for lunch and the other half will be saved for my dinner! This panini was just too long and big. I love the balsamic dressing, arugula, tomatoes, and bufula mozz cheese the most out of the whole sandwich! The dressing made it really good and soften the ciabatta bread for easier chewing. My poor mouth and teeth! The whole panini cost $22.21 including tax in cash. There was an atm machine by the entrance in case you don't have cash. The whole place was very cozy and tight knit chairs and tables on both sides of the restaurant. The staff was very fast and I got my panini in not time. I did not have to wait that long. I was just amazed at the size of the ciabatta bread. They had many different types of bread that I can try next time like the focaccia, sfilatino, and semolina bread that looked really good behind the display glass. Every visit reminds you why Parisi has survived since 1903 while trends and neighbors came and went. Let's talk about The Dennis--the undisputed star and a true signature sandwich. This thing is a monster, built on Parisi's legendary fresh-baked bread that somehow stays crisp, chewy, and perfect no matter how much goodness gets piled inside. You get a crispy breaded chicken cutlet layered with thin-sliced prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, and (if you know what you're doing) roasted red peppers. It's all brought together with their house balsamic blend and basil herb spread/pesto--bright, savory, and completely addictive. I cannot confirm or deny that the sandwich is named after me, but I can confirm it's flawless. Pro tips: * Cash only, old-school rules apply. * Come hungry or plan ahead--this sandwich is big enough to share or save half for later, and it still eats beautifully round two. * Tip the sandwich makers. These folks are artists, and the tip box deserves some love. Beyond the food, Parisi is living New York history. From its origins as an Italian bakery on Mott Street, to feeding generations of locals, to being famously beloved by Frank Sinatra (yes, the bread was shipped to California), this place is woven into the fabric of Little Italy/Nolita. Legends like De Niro and Scorsese are fans, and you can still feel that old-world soul--right down to the original brick oven relic resting in the basement. Parisi isn't just a deli. It's continuity. It's tradition. It's proof that when you do one thing incredibly well for over a century, people keep coming back. And once you've had The Dennis, you will too.
