We shared 1.5 large sandwiches between 2 people and I think that was more than enough food. - Cheesesteak - I don't know how I feel about this sandwich. I got the sandwich delivered via Uber Eats so I can't provide a proper review of the service or ambiance. The sandwich itself though was very good. The steak was finally chopped and well covered with cheese whiz. The hero itself was good quality and held the food well without getting the sogginess that is common especially after delivery. One of the all time best meals I have ever had in my life! Got the classic cheesesteak with fries and a DC - it lived up to all the hype and more. The seeded hero they serve it on was so chewy and the steak was cooked to perfection and it had such a nice cooper sharp cheese on it that bursted with flavor in every single bite! Easy walk from the Bedford station and fast service. I ordered the roast pork sandwich ($18.95) and cheesesteak ($19.95) and a birch beer to go (absolute must). There is a reason that there are no "chopped cheese" places in Philly, sure there are places that make them, but it's an interior sandwich to the cheesesteak, BUT there are authentic Phily cheesesteak places in NYC. And that says something about which is better. I do find it odd that the name has Roast Pork on it, but every picture on the website is of everything, but it's namesake and the online ordering only has the cheesesteak. Easy fix guys. It's a tad on the greasy side and the onions could use a little more time on the grill. They season the meat well, which some places rely on just the beef to carry it. I've never had an impossible anything that even came close to the original and I don't see that changing no matter how much cheese you put on it. The hoagie is fantastic, dense, textured, toothsome, filling, balanced. Scrapple from the homeland is fitting against the Pork Roll, both are bolder than expected and a welcome change up from the BECSPK most NYers prefer. Now onto the star of the show, when you can get it. Seasoned, slow roasted, rested tender, juicy roast pork. Get the extra gravy, the bread can handle it. The sharp provolone and bitter sweet brocoli rabe are super balance. I also ask for pecorino dusting like the Sunday Gravy, the tang really helps punch thingsd up. Worth it. Federoff has been torturing me on IG for years and I finally got a bite. The cheesesteak is good and super satisfying, the roll, the cheesiness, approved. Best of all the onions were cooked perfect and still had a crunch so brought flavor to every bite. You almost never get that. The steak was overcooked for sure which is why I'm sitting on a 4. If not for the prices, this would likely be a five star review. Before I get into the meat, cheese, and broccoli rabe of this review, yes, I have been to Philadelphia, several times. I have been to South Philadelphia. I have been to Tony Luke's. I have been to John's Roast Pork. I have tried their cheesesteaks and roast porks at their respective locations. I have started too many sentences with "I", and no, I am not sorry I did that. The sandwiches and service is spot on with what you would get from both of these establishments. Paying nearly $50 for them plus a drink is high, but necessary for this review. To prove it, I got one roast pork and one cheesesteak. I did not get an Italian Hoagie this time, but I am certain to do it next time based on the way these two sandwiches behaved. The roast pork is darn close to what you would expect from John's or Tommy DiNic's. Plenty of meat, a good amount of broccoli rabe, and it is dipped in a gravy to make your hands wet. The cheesesteak is great as well. You are offered the standard Philadelphia choices of cheez whiz, provolone, and white American. I will go with white American as a first choice. It works beautifully. You get a hit of cheese and meat in every bite. The meat is never dry. It is a great marriage and you get tremendous flavor. The meat is neat ribbons, not that minced meat that has you picking at your fingers. The restaurant has a vintage feel to it. No tables, just swivel chairs, and a register in the middle. It has a nice South Philadelphia vibe to it, but I have two more ideas to make it more like South Philadelphia. Make it more communal tables by offering long table seating. Additionally, offer free pickles to allow for easy digestion. I guess because they are afraid people will steal is the reason for the lack of pickles. You can get fries for $1 extra, but I am staying true to my word after trying the amazing poutine in Canada. I refuse to eat fries in the United States, with very few exceptions. Besides the price, everything else makes coming to Williamsburg and trying a steak or sandwich at Fedoroff's feel like your stomach walked down Oregon Avenue, then rang the Liberty Bell after running up the Rocky Steps. read more

I saw DEVOURPOWER's TIKTOK of this place and it did not disappoint. I got the Philly cheesesteak. I asked for peppers and such, but I don't think they put them on it.
